The building advertises itself as a luxury building with a staff and amenities, however, the office staff is completely unresponsive. The amenities never work, the gym they highlight didn’t have working equipment for months and the building did nothing to fix it. The security features like the parking gates and call boxes break constantly and rarely get fixed, and the elevator breaks every couple of weeks. That is just the building at large, if something goes wrong in your apartment you’ll need to file multiple requests for help before the poor maintenance worker is even told.

Great place to stay! The apartment is cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. Perfect location with everything within walking distance. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

Rather disappointed that amenities like gym equipment don't work for over a month now. Trash chute is always broken, printer in office hasn't worked in months, and one elevator always seems to be down at least every two weeks. The pool area stays dirty. Since they let go of previous property manager, it's gone down hill. GK claims this is Luxury and it's not. For what you pay here, you could be getting things that actually work.
Fantastic building, extremely kind and helpful management and beautifully maintained. I have everything I need. The location is prime and I enjoy the amenities very much.

As a long-time resident, I can honestly say these apartments are a fantastic place to live. The location is super convenient, close to public transport and lots of great local spots. The management team is always on top of things and quick to address any concerns. The apartments are spacious, well-kept, and have all the amenities I need. I like living here. The building is nice, safe and quiet. Everyone that I have met in the building has been super kind. Angie is SO KIND and helpful!
Very poorly managed, and management is rude, retaliatory and argumentative. Tenants move out after a year or two because they are frustrated by huge rent increases and lack of any accountability by management. Pool is the highlight of the building but has had zero chaise lounges for more than a year. Dog run is disgusting and tenants are allowed to not clean up after their pets. The building's design is cool and the views are awesome. The tenants deserve better customer service.
What you're seeing here is the model apartment looks nothing like it does in person it's very small and I mean small good luck getting a view of anything muchless the one here it' not realistic also they are showing you pics of the lobby and office mixed with the apartment pics as if your going to get office space and a big fireplace NOPE you don't and the kitchen only one person can fit in it I went here and wasted my time they showed me the model trying to get me to sign I said NO I want to see the actual apartment and got excuses finally they were like oh great by the look on their face as they took me to an apartment that looked like it was in a different building you never would believe they had the nerve to show the apt they showed me as the actual one for rent it was like a totally different everything it was just very odd I can't believe people actually live there till I realized they had no choice after they signed as a woman (now my best friend) on my way out whispered. "don't rent here" I walked by her it's like she was scared someone was watching her or something and as I found out it was exactly that because on top of everything else these people act like the police and monitor everything you do and everyone that comes over sometimes they're not even allowed in the building as I turned and said to her girl I already know because I asked to see the apartment and she replied I wished I would have to and she said 3 more months and she'll be free from her dark catacomb we talked a little longer and exchanged numbers and now ironically she basically had been staying here as much as she can at my place I'm from Hollywood so I know how people can get fooled but that is the only good thing from this is I met someone who I truly get along with and have so much in common with she now has one month left on her hell lease however in 2 weeks we're moving into our awesome place in Los Feliz yeah we found an awesome 2 bedroom! ??????
