The hewing was the first place to have an actual office manager, Jordan show me around the property. he took great interest in my puppy at the time which was sweet, and made us feel really welcome.

My car was unnecessarily towed and retrieved at my own expense. I was never contacted regarding this. My apartment was less than clean at move in, also never addressed. It doesn't appear that any revenue is being reinvested into the property. When I've called the office, the staff have ranged from ignorant to rude. No, I would not recommend this company unless I saw impactful efforts to improve. I would recommend the maintenance team as they have been always polite and prompt to respond.

The buildings are old but they did a great job with the renovations to make them feel new and comfortable making this apartment complex one of the most affordable and well placed in Fort Collins that i have found

Do not live here. These people will not protect you in any way shape or form. They are compulsive liars and they will burn you for something you didn't even do wrong. They overcharge you for utilities. They charge you for surveillance cameras and yet they say they're not but I saw it on my statements every single month for 2 years. It's a headache to get maintenance over to your place to fix anything. I've had to wait almost a month just to get my outlet fixed when I didn't have lighting in my home. The mice are insane to the point I've now had over 30 plus mice in my home and they're still in there but you're kicking me out. I have lost so much of my belongings and food to these mice. In the apartment managers will do nothing but just keep sending pest control for little traps. If you have an unruly neighbor they won't protect you they'll side with the person that is actually harming you. So make sure you read all reviews and talk to your community before moving into this place cuz I guarantee you this is a nightmare

Do not live here. It is infested with mice for the past several months and it has not been addressed to the proper manner. It takes forever for maintenance to get to your house to fix anything. The apartment manager is constantly disrespectful to all residents when they have issues with their apartments or anything with billing. When we are asked to email apartment managers and not speak to them directly they never respond with anything. So now it feels like we are being neglected. We are constantly being overcharged for our apartment rent and get we are still living in the same nightmare. It is too dark at night there's constantly crime going on within our apartment complex because it is so dark that you came and see what's going on in front of your own face. This place is unsafe unclean and not properly managed. There's too much crime and there's too many maintenance issues to even address that this place needs to be rebuilt.

I am in the future tenant portion of leasing with this company. To begin I was told the lack of communication was due to a change in management but it has not gotten any better. I signed my lease based on a virtual tour because no touring is available. I have had to call and email numerous times just to find out if they have received the documents needed to allow me to move in. I had questions on the payment portion of the app they use. It was going to charge me over $40 just to pay my rent. I called and emailed- waited over 24 hours before I figured out what to do myself. I still have not gotten a call or email back to help me. I was told I would get a call to help me see the apartment before I got the keys only to have to call back and be told I would get a call when Alyssa was done with her appointment. At the end of my workday I called the office after waiting all day. I seem to only get answers if I call and call until I reach someone. I’m very nervous that if something is wrong and I need maintenance or a question answered that I will be left to figure it out on my own. I’m scared that with this lack of communication I’ve made a very bad mistake.

I really enjoy living here! I like the layout of my apartment a lot. I love the natural areas in the complex. It's a great location close to trails and lots of stores and restaurants.

we have lived here for about 6 months and so far so good. They were very helpful when we were applying (rented it sight unseen being out of state) and sent us copies of the floor plan and an idea of what amenities were close to the various units we were considering. Within walking distance of campus which is great for football and basketball games. Also about a 35 minute walk to old town and just a 1/2 block from the bike/walking path Very dog friendly Office and maintenance staff are great- very courteous and prompt. Our AC went out on a holiday and they prioritized this even though legally they didn't have to (the temp wasnt hot enough for it to be considered an emergency but they knew it would be uncomfortable)

Perfect for a couple in school at CSU. Apartment appears to be older building but it has been maintained well. The pipes make a noise, especially with hot water. Pool and laundry on the complex.
