Go somewhere else

Don't live here. They'll end your lease so they can "renovate" your apartment so they can charge more. Then they'll insult you and say you can rent a different apartment at the increased price (almost $400 more than we were paying) with $200 holding fee for a complex you already live in. It's unethical. They'll also never come and fix things in your apartment. We went a month without being able to use our bathroom sink. Amenities are also a wash. Unless you're unemployed, you'll never be able to use the pool, because it closes at 4 PM. If you can afford ANYWHERE else, please do it. Save yourself the heartache of being kicked out of an apartment in the middle of a pandemic even though you've never missed a payment.

Not worth the $

Very loud community. Loud drunken parties that management does nothing about. Unattended and screaming children are always running on the property. Very filthy dumpsters and not enough of them. Huge potholes and holes in the stucco of apts.

Heritage Luxury Apartments is close to freeways, shopping, Indian School park, St. Joe's Medical Center Hospital, and Banner Good Samaritan Hospital, as well as many local shops and restaurants. Management and staff are pleasant and follow up promptly on resident's maintenance requests and other residential questions or concerns.

The new management of The Heritage is improving and changing to make our residents feel safe and welcomed! Beautiful renovations are done in most apartments. Prior company was deceitful and negligent on following through on work orders. Glad that The heritage has a new management and just hope they make all the units as beautiful for all residents currently residing here.

Through the transition of a new company there were some improvements done to the bathroom new toilet which the people putting in the toilet cracked a small corner. The person who did the counter top left small area around sink that was not done correctly. I hope that upon leaving heritage we are not liable for the repairs when we leave. The apartment was not what I expected when we moved in. But I know the new company has been improving the units and I see for myself as residents move out and new ones move in. The new company is a great company helping the residents and making it a beautiful place to live.

Nice and quiet living space. Affordable luxury apartment living. Centrally located to everything. My only complaint is how often they have to shut off the water. For the most part, they will warn you, but they never know how long it will be shut off for. It's inconvenient when you're trying to get ready for work, and can't shower/brush your teeth, or wash dishes.

Cant Beat It!

I absolutely LOVE living at The Heritage! The ladies in the leasing office are nothing but helpful and attentive. I always make management a large deciding factor when choosing where to live, and they have done an outstanding job from A-Z. I made the move from across the country, and they made sure that I had everything I needed, and were extremely accommodating... making the move as easy as moving across the country can be! The complex is always nice and tidy, and maintenance is extremely polite. You will not find a better place to live when considering area, price, and facilities.

Great location-Great people

I have lived here for over 9 years. For the location and the apartment space, it is well worth the price, but most importantly, everyone that works here from the office staff to the maintenance folks, they have always been attentive to my needs. If I needed anything repaired, they not only respond right away, they did quality work and listened to my concerns. I truly appreciate the office staff too, and their kindness. If I were to rent again in the future, I would certainly look here first. You can't beat the location, they have a competitive rate for what you pay for and the grounds are maintained on a regular basis. I will certainly miss everyone. Ann

Heritage is full of character!

Heritage Apartments is a great place to live! The location is awesome- near downtown Phoenix and the Biltmore shops. The apartments are amazing for shared living, all the privacy you need is available. The community offers great ammenities, all the whole keeping you safe with the gates. Im happy to be here!

Welcome to Phoenix...

I moved to Phoenix from Atlanta, GA all alone, without family or friends for a job opportunity. I found my apartment online and the leasing agent, Kayla, was absolutely wonderful. She ensured me that I would be fine here in Phoenix and would meet great neighbors at The Heritage. She was right...I am fine! I love this apartment. I thought that I would miss the space having moved from a larger home, but the apartment offers just the right amount of space. The hardwood floors are a nice touch. The water is really horrible (hard water that smells awful) but I can manage that. The few service requests I've had were handled quickly and resolved the issue. The location is great and I'm looking forward to seeing what all Phoenix has to offer....ATL Girl in Phoenix
