The office manager here is very understanding and will help you in anyway she can. These apartments at the gateway is very affordable to live. The apartments are new and update on all kitchen appliance. We love it here. The perfect place for my family.
I have been living at the Heights for a short time, (This is my second month) but the time I have spent here has been great, Sybil is amazing, anytime I have a question, or just passing by she always answers with a smile. The apartment is awesome. There are a few quirky things inside like the floor leaning to one side, nothing to worry about, but this is what makes it home. I have actually told several people about living her. They are impressed.
So glad I found this place. I’ve had peace of mind staying here. Management is always available to answer questions and help at any time. Maintenance gives timely help and it’s a calm environment. Love the layout too.
Units are very clean. All appliances are new and there are washer/dryers in the unit. It is quiet and extremely convenient to downtown Roanoke.
