So far so good. Fairly quiet community with mostly working professionals. Front office staff is professional and great with communication. Older community but well kept.

I have lived at the Heights for two and one-half years and I still rate The Heights a 10. Recently management has continued to improve the surroundings with new trees, plants etc. If you are looking for a clean and safe enough, The Heights is the place for you. The management team is the best as well as the maintenance staff. Living here will be the best decision you will ever make.

Love the area. It also really, really nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Love the trash service! The pool chairs have already come in handy after a long day.

As my first apartment, I have had such an excellent experience so far! I’m so happy with it. Especially with the spaciousness of the rooms, closets, and kitchen!
This is my second year here at heights at converse and it’s been good so far no complaints:) might be renewing again for nxt year but a different building and floor hopefully
This complex is the best place to live in the surrounding area. The maintenance staff and office staff are the best. All work requests for repairs are handled immediately. Have valet trash pickup is a plus.
I’ve loved staying here. The staff and maint are always on it when informed with anything. Besides the nosey neighbors I can’t complains at all.
Although there were some issues with my initial move in, the leasing office was quick to make me feel heard and to fix the issues in a timely manner. Very happy with my choice to live here.
It seems to quiet which is nice! The interactions with people that we’ve had has been awesome, the people have been so friendly! The apartment itself is nice and affordable!
Except for the above or next door neighbors making noise and yelling, all have been nice. I really appreciate the staff and maintenance completing work orders timely and responding promptly.
I like living here i just wish the walls were thicker and the gym was cleaned on a regular basis. I’ve been going for about a month and a half now and the treadmill has been down and there was a water bottle in the same area everyday of my workout until about 2 weeks ago. Lots of accumulated dust, the ellipticals seem to squeak when someone uses them and the weight pull down system seems to stick when you do lighter work outs. Minor things but I feel they can make all the difference
So far so good here. Trash gets picked up just fine almost every morning. No noise complaints about neighbors or other tenants. Really close by many places and seems to be a nice neighborhood.
So far… it has been good. The attention to necessities and maintenance items have been resolved within a day. That’s perfect. My only complain is the non-residents and companies representative touching our doors unsolicited at any time. That really creeps me out.
Moved here in December 2023 & really enjoy it. Madison, Matthew & Brandie from Office have been great. Residents I meet are very friendly.
I have to say first off that the management here at the Heights at Converse are very nice and helpful. They made my experience to acquire the apartment easy and were never impatient with my questions. I like the apartment itself very much. It's roomy and very clean and nicely laid out. The maintenance crew were here to fix a very minor problem within minutes and couldn't have been nicer. I'm very happy that I chose this complex.
Been here almost a year now and the apartments are amazing. The only thing is hearing your upstairs neighbors stomping all the time but other then that. I'm recommending these apartments to family and friends
From our showing to move in & after, the property is amazing. Everyone is friendly. We were welcomed with smiles & greetings from everyone when we moved in. The apartment feels like a home. Thank you Brandie & Matt for making this a smooth transition & being so patient, friendly & professional. Unfortunately we didn’t have any of this at our last property. We love it here!!
Apartment itself is great. The amenities are very resourceful & the pool was always clean during the summer. My recommendation would be it would only be nice if apartments were soundproof. You hear everything from the top neighbors.

Best apartment complex ever!! They can fix the problem very fast. There is always plenty of parking space. Office is even open on Saturdays. You can pay rent online portal is easy to use

Overall I have no complaints, I really like how it’s a small community not a ton of apartments just enough. Staff is always helpful, my work orders are done in a timely fashion.
I have lived at The Heights since December 2021 and have loved every minute. The Office staff is professional, courteous and responds quickly to any problem you might have. The groundskeepers keep the property clean from litter, etc. The complex is very convenient to churches, supermarkets, fast food and drug stores. When you compare the pricing to the surrounding complexes you might think the rent is high but you get more for your money here.
Quiet place to live, maintenance people are very nice and helpful. Grounds are keep neat, Turn around time in resident portal is excellent. One issue I don’t like is the valet garbage pickup, this is not negotiable and it should be since that’s not a one fits all service

The best way to describe heights at converse would be quiet and peaceful, with out mentioning their great tenant assistance. Plenty of stores and pharmacies near by in case you need to go for a quick grocery run.

The location is great, and the apartments are pretty nice. Maintenace has always been super responsive, but the front office is not. The gym equipment is terrible, and most of it doesn't work.

Apartment complex is very quite. The neighbors are very respectful. The only concern is the inability to provide residents a way to open gates throughout the residence. It is a gated community, but ownership has no solution for a keyless entry system.
