Quirky, artistic, and never boring, Fremont is one of Seattle's most-loved neighborhoods. This colorful, trendy, bohemian neighborhood is about four miles north of Downtown Seattle.

Noise level is extremely high--dogs barking, people running and up and down stairs with thin walls. You can hear EVERYTHING. Parking garage-- No security. Spaces are literally smaller than any compact space I've parked in. You cannot open your doors. Property damage with no consequence. There is no liability in this garage. My car was damaged in two separate events with no investigation or help from leasing office

I would give them a 0 star review if possible. I am a former tenant who is owed money and has had management acknowledge via email I am owed a refund. It has been over a year and a half and I still have not received my money back. They have not responded to email or voicemails. In a city as transient as Seattle, this is bad business and I would not recommend their properties.

We love living here. The staff is awesome especially Amanda and Jon. They took great care of our movein. The location is just awesome. I would highly recommend the place. It is brand new and the Fremont area is a great place to live.
