The Harper At Harmon Meadow

I wish this community were gated to enhance safety, peace, and quiet for the residents. Currently, it’s open to anyone, allowing people to drive in and roam around at any time of day or night. Most buildings in Secaucus are gated—except this one. Hopefully, Greystar will consider installing gates in the future to help minimize unnecessary traffic and prevent non-residents from entering The Harper community.

It's a very peaceful and beautiful place to live. I love the care they put into keeping the buildings, the pool and gardens looking spectacular.

The experience has been great so far. Amenities are well-maintained. In unit maintenance needs more work. Upon move out. More thorough job needs to be done.

I love living at The Harper. The leasing office is very helpful, the maintenance is hardworking and great people, the staff is wonderful, Alex in package concierge is hardworking . The neighbors all help one another and look out for each other. It’s a great community.

I don't want to write the things I always write. If I still want to say it, it's a really nice living site. If I read what I write, I'm telling it to the people who read it. You can't know how perfect a place it is unless you live here. I recommend it. It's a central place. It's a quiet place. It's close to shopping areas. It's close to NYC Manhattan. Thanks

I've been here for nine months. The place is great, the services are excellent, it's close to transportation, markets, and a large number of restaurants. In addition to the peace and comfort.

Serene apartments in the Meadowlands with a nice view of New York skyline. Everything is walkable like Sam’s club, Walmart, walking trail, shopping complex and a variety of restaurants to eat out. Well maintained, lively and cordial community!

.Many residents, unfortunately, do not follow the community policies. As a result, we often see garbage left on the floor in the trash room, Walmart shopping carts abandoned near the elevators, and excessive noise during nighttime hours. Additionally, children under the age of 16 are frequently seen roaming the building and using amenities such as the pool and gym without adult supervision. The playroom is often left in disarray—there have been multiple incidents of the TV being broken,. Parents are not encouraging their children to clean up after themselves, which contributes to the mess. These behaviors are often tolerated by management. There appear to be no consequences for repeated violations, and community policies are not being consistently enforced. Furthermore, there is a perception that some residents receive preferential treatment from management due to shared ethnic or cultural backgrounds, which raises concerns about fairness and favoritism.

Great great place to live in! Hidden gem in Secaucus, the level of service and security at this community is outstanding, I have to say it is one of the best in New Jersey.

The Harper is a great place to live. The leasing office, maintenance team, package room, amenities, the neighbors, animals, family friendly, etc. Everyone looks out for one another and I love the sense of community. Because it id a community.

It’s a beautiful and quiet community with many facilities. We are enjoying our stay and highly recommend this community. Office staff and maintenance staff is amazing.

The Harper has been amazing! The staff are friendly and the neighbours like family. I would recommend for a small family or young couple. There are plenty of things to do in the surrounding area, including places to eat, workout and unwind.

Very glad with the lifestyle this condo provide us. We’ve a toddler at home and she really enjoys the handy playground, as well as the warm swimming pool when the weather allows it

After 25 years of home ownership, we decided to sell and rent, and we are thrilled to be here! The leasing team- particularly RASHED- made all the difference in our decision to move here. The touring, application and onboarding process was indeed a precursor to the best-in-class service we continue to receive as tenants. The property is beautifully maintained, very clean, and safe and secure. Units are modern, spacious and bright with huge windows. We get the best of both worlds: a serene, tranquil, secluded environment, while being just steps away from restaurants, shopping, movie theater and easy bus to NYC. And the perks! On-site dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up. Wash room to bathe your dog. Gyms, lounge, and conference rooms to access at any time. Package concierge to receive shipments on your behalf. Online system to request repairs in your unit. Community events such as barbecues, pool parties and local food trucks. A kids playroom and playground. A dog park. Feels like home!

So far, my resident experience has been very positive. The members of the staff have all been helpful with providing us any assistance that we have requested. We are now about halfway done with moving all of our stuff into our new apartment. We successfully set up our Wi-Fi Network through Demetrious at Verizon and it has been working great. We obtained our pool passes on Friday and went to enjoy this amenity for the first time over the weekend. We are looking forward to decorating our apartment over the next few weeks to really settle in and make it our own. We have already been visiting some nearby stores and exploring the town of Secaucus. If everything keeps going this well this next year living at The Harper at Harmon Meadows seems very bright!

Modern, clean, apartments with great amenities, however much is lacking. For a "luxury" apartment complex to not have any sort of concierge is crazy. Guest parking is a tedious nightmare. Leasing office closes at 5 or 6 depending on the day, and there is no one you can contact after hours for assistance or complaints. Noise levels in apartments and common areas are completely out of control. People treat the common areas here like a cruise ship night club at all hours of the day. Packages are confusing without a concierge as some will go to a package locker in your building, some will go to a package locker at the main building, and others will go to the package room. In general, this is a nice apartment complex with beautiful modern amenities, however, severely lacking in the lifestyle, service and convenience factors that you'd see in other luxury buildings. We regret moving here and already know we will not be renewing our lease.

I love living here. It has been a wonderful experience for me and my son. I wouldn't change a thing. Everything is very well maintained and cared for.

I love this place. A quiet place to call home. Just wished people would clean up after their pets. Specially those with large dogs. Other than that, I love it here. The commute to and from work is perfect for me.

For me this has been one of the best places so far. It is a quite retreat which I am always looking forward to come to the place I call home. I have peace of mind about my orders when they get delivered and I’m not home. The complex is very clean and it truly has everything you could ask for. The commute to the city is perfect. The bus runs quite often and is super fast, in 15mns I’m already in the city (with no traffic of course) but 20/25 max. I couldn’t be more happy with this place and I’ve been here for a month now.

Living in my apartment complex has been a generally positive experience. The community is well-maintained, with clean common areas, friendly neighbors, and a peaceful environment that makes it feel like home. However, one persistent issue is that some residents frequently smoke in non-designated areas. This not only affects the air quality but also diminishes the comfort for those of us who prefer smoke-free spaces. It would be beneficial if management could enforce the designated smoking policies more strictly. Additionally, with the growing number of electric vehicle owners, installing EV chargers would be a forward-thinking improvement. This addition would reflect a commitment to sustainability and meet the evolving needs of residents. Overall, despite these concerns, I’m pleased with my living experience and hopeful that management will address these issues to further enhance our community.

Loving the new place, I love the accessibility and ability to meet new people, wish the smell in front of entrance doors can get fixed. Maybe a way to track when the Harmon bus comes through

Overall it’s been a great living space. The environment is calm and comfortable.definitely a place to decompress after a long day or just in general. Best choice we made when looking for our new home.

The apartment is really a nice place. Close to the grocery stores and has free shuttle bus between the train station and the apartment. Taking the bus to New York is very convenient too. I like it!

So far, so good. We enjoy the calm and quiet of the neighborhood. The only problem that I have is that people don't pick up their dog poop on the property enough. Besides that, the property is well maintained, and all the staff I have met are friendly.

The maintenance is amazing, they literally take care of everything in the same day or the next day. The hallway and public area are always clean. The leasing office is very helpful as well!

We've overall had a great experience here - I would say that the apartment is quite pricey, but in a quiet location with a relatively direct commute into the city.

I moved into The Harper in mid-September 2024, and after living here for about a month, I can confidently say it’s the best apartment complex with the best management I’ve experienced so far.

My studio is very spacious and everything looks brand new. The building is very clean and quiet, and the package room is very easy to use. So far, so good.

Very good, very clean environment, very comfy and peaceful to live, friendly neighbors, good entertainment, swimming pool and BBQ feel good about the security system and personal

The condominium has several leisure areas. It is pet-friendly. My neighbors are very quiet. It is in a good location close to large supermarkets, shops and restaurants. There is also public transportation nearby where you can catch a bus to go to New York or the American Dream. Everything is very easy and practical.

Lovely community with extremely good maintenance and management. Access to the dog park is beautiful addition. The amenities are top notch and feel secure living in this community

I love living at The Harper. Marcella is great, the leasing office, maintenance and even package concierge. Alex and whole team. Any question you have it is answered and what ever you need they help you every step of the way. Neighbors are kind and helpful. Love seeing all the animals.

Our experience living at The Harper has been really great so far. We enjoy the amenities, and property staff is attentive to our questions as we adjusted to our new home.

Best place to live. Staff is very nice and always there to answer questions and help in anyway. Everything is always clean in the summer they have an excellent clean pool. They do events for residents.

I've lived here for almost 4 years and wouldnt really go anywhere else in Secaucus. It is safe, quiet, amazingly located and gorgeous here. Additionally, the building staff is polite and do everything to make living here amazing
