I’ve had a great experience living in this community. The staff is responsive, the amenities are well-maintained, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. I truly appreciate the care put into keeping everything running smoothly.
Consistent lack of communication between residents and "management" doesn't live up to the luxurious prices we pay for rent, amenities, and every other fee. It sometimes feels as though people are inept with handling difficult building issues,complaints, or creating proper protocols to prevent such issues. The past couple of years that has been a lack of upkeep with general common spaces -- broken furniture, appliances, and doors. Constant fire alarms due to residents opening doors when their apartments smokes up which later creates false alarms. When I moved in 2020 I had high hopes and was pleasantly pleased but a couple of years after things began to unravel despite costs increasing.

I lived in this apartment for less a week and had a great experience. The building is well-maintained, and the management team was always responsive to maintenance requests. The location is perfect — close to public transit and grocery stores. The apartment itself had modern appliances and plenty of natural light. I’ve been living at The Harper Apartments for a while, and overall it’s been a good experience with a few areas that could be better. The building itself is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained — the lobby and common areas always look upscale, and the amenities like the gym, lounge, and rooftop space are genuinely impressive. The apartments have a luxury feel, with high ceilings, large windows, and good soundproofing compared to most buildings in the area.

I have really enjoyed living at The Harper at Harmon Meadows. Everyone in the leasing office and maintenance are personable and friendly. The location is ideal. It’s close enough to the city and major highways, yet far enough where you don’t hear all the hustle and bustle of everything. And there’s a parking deck across the street, so there’s never an issue for parking when guests come.

I wish this community were gated to enhance safety, peace, and quiet for the residents. Currently, it’s open to anyone, allowing people to drive in and roam around at any time of day or night. Most buildings in Secaucus are gated—except this one. Hopefully, Greystar will consider installing gates in the future to help minimize unnecessary traffic and prevent non-residents from entering The Harper community.

Serene apartments in the Meadowlands with a nice view of New York skyline. Everything is walkable like Sam’s club, Walmart, walking trail, shopping complex and a variety of restaurants to eat out. Well maintained, lively and cordial community!

.Many residents, unfortunately, do not follow the community policies. As a result, we often see garbage left on the floor in the trash room, Walmart shopping carts abandoned near the elevators, and excessive noise during nighttime hours. Additionally, children under the age of 16 are frequently seen roaming the building and using amenities such as the pool and gym without adult supervision. The playroom is often left in disarray—there have been multiple incidents of the TV being broken,. Parents are not encouraging their children to clean up after themselves, which contributes to the mess. These behaviors are often tolerated by management. There appear to be no consequences for repeated violations, and community policies are not being consistently enforced. Furthermore, there is a perception that some residents receive preferential treatment from management due to shared ethnic or cultural backgrounds, which raises concerns about fairness and favoritism.

After 25 years of home ownership, we decided to sell and rent, and we are thrilled to be here! The leasing team- particularly RASHED- made all the difference in our decision to move here. The touring, application and onboarding process was indeed a precursor to the best-in-class service we continue to receive as tenants. The property is beautifully maintained, very clean, and safe and secure. Units are modern, spacious and bright with huge windows. So far, my resident experience has been very positive. The members of the staff have all been helpful with providing us any assistance that we have requested. We are now about halfway done with moving all of our stuff into our new apartment. We successfully set up our Wi-Fi Network through Demetrious at Verizon and it has been working great. We obtained our pool passes on Friday and went to enjoy this amenity for the first time over the weekend. We are looking forward to decorating our apartment over the next few weeks to really settle in and make it our own. We have already been visiting some nearby stores and exploring the town of Secaucus. If everything keeps going this well this next year living at The Harper at Harmon Meadows seems very bright!

Modern, clean, apartments with great amenities, however much is lacking. For a "luxury" apartment complex to not have any sort of concierge is crazy. Guest parking is a tedious nightmare. Leasing office closes at 5 or 6 depending on the day, and there is no one you can contact after hours for assistance or complaints. Noise levels in apartments and common areas are completely out of control. People treat the common areas here like a cruise ship night club at all hours of the day. Packages are confusing without a concierge as some will go to a package locker in your building, some will go to a package locker at the main building, and others will go to the package room. In general, this is a nice apartment complex with beautiful modern amenities, however, severely lacking in the lifestyle, service and convenience factors that you'd see in other luxury buildings. We regret moving here and already know we will not be renewing our lease.

Please note when you receive a package in the locker systems you will get an alert \"lockers\" when it is located in the package room you get an alert for the \"package room\". The leasing office is open Monday - Friday from 10am-6pm and Saturdays from 10am - 5pm. Maintenance is on site 7 days a week from 8am - 5pm. Emergency maintenance calls can be made after these hours. Best email to reach us at as well is theharper@greystar.com for any issues after hours. Of course in an emergency please call 911. I can't lie - it's discouraging to learn that you didn't have a great experience. But your feedback helps us improve, so we'd like to learn more about how we can make it better.
I love living here. It has been a wonderful experience for me and my son. I wouldn't change a thing. Everything is very well maintained and cared for.

I love this place. A quiet place to call home. Just wished people would clean up after their pets. Specially those with large dogs. Other than that, I love it here. The commute to and from work is perfect for me.

For me this has been one of the best places so far. It is a quite retreat which I am always looking forward to come to the place I call home. I have peace of mind about my orders when they get delivered and I’m not home. The complex is very clean and it truly has everything you could ask for. The commute to the city is perfect. The bus runs quite often and is super fast, in 15mns I’m already in the city (with no traffic of course) but 20/25 max. I couldn’t be more happy with this place and I’ve been here for a month now.
