We are right on 2nd St SW, just 5 blocks west of Mayo Clinic's St. Mary's Hospital. We are on the bus line. The Gryff is pet friendly. We have underground parking available for a fee. The Gryff has a spectacular view from our 4th floor rooftop deck and a fun hangout spot at our street level patio.

The apartment building is well kept and very clean. The landlord is super responsive to messaging and gets things fixed in a timely manner. When an issue came up, she took time out of her day to check in on my apartment while I was at work to make sure it was resolved.
