it’s cool living here This is my second year here, maintenance is always handled right away even the emergency one’s I’ve had to do at 1 in the morning,I rather communicate via email they usually respond within 48hrs and my concerns are handled .
Luxury Resort style living at reasonable price The day I toured the Grove, I toured many other apt communities in my area, staff was very nice and professional. It’s kinda pricey for a small space but reasonable with all the different things that comes, like cabinet space patio and amenities. No cheap floors or paint like the other complex buildings. I am really considering moving here.

Awesome team here at The Grove I was out of town and had a package delivered 3 days early. I didn't have much time to try to get the package secured, so I put in a maintenance request. Although it didn't really have anything to do with maintaining the apartment, they took care of it and moved the package inside the front door. So grateful for everyone here at The Grove.

Accommodated me last minute. Christi I stumbled across The Grove while apartment hunting and gave them a call- Christy answered and was so kind and accommodative. She set up a tour for me that Saturday at 12:30. The apartment was much better then others in area. Notice all apartments now charge for so many things and electric door lock. garbage and water internet and pay for access to pool and property fun. Dog was is on property also..
