Great place...with bad rodent (mouse) issue

Had a huge rodent issue on the first floor and while it is NYC, the management did a horrible job addressing the issue. I even heard the tenant before had the same issue. People that also work for the building and mangamrnt company have made comments around how bad a job the company does overall. Also had a lot of bugs when first moving in - thankfully, they addressed that.
