Have been living here for 4 years now and it has been great. There has been a change in management and the cleaning crew but it has been good. I have noticed more dog poop being left in the dog run this year likely from new owners or members from our neighboring community who are not supposed to use our dog park.

Love everything about this place. That being said, the only issue is parking spaces.Its tough to have guests as there is not enough parking space for guests. Otherwise overwhelmingly satisfied.

The apartment is great! We have a nice unit, very clean, they keep it very clean. They vacuum, and salt it in the winter. The gym is great! They provide free coffee.

It's a nice community. The sound proof of my apartment is generally good. But I can heard the noise from upstairs, especially them walking around. My neighbour downstairs told me the same as well. Also, the voltage or electric current in my apartment is not stable. I see lights flashing all the time.

Living at The Grove at Piscataway was a great experience. The apartment was spacious, modern, and well-equipped, offering plenty of privacy and comfort. Very safe and quite apartment community. Service requests are handled very quickly. No worry of snow in the winter as they clean up real quick. Close to major highways and restaurants.

Everything is perfect except for the parking situation. There's not enough parking spaces for when you have guests and that becomes an issue. It's not enough of an issue to make me move. Otherwise I couldn't be happier.

Close to all major stores and highway. Small and quiet complex. Definitely can recommend this complex as pet friendly, kid friendly and upkeep of the grounds is good. Miss the food trucks and desert trucks if you don’t have dinner plans but that’s not a bad factor!

Excellent apartments in general. Very clean and the apt soundproofing is great (barely ever hear any sounds coming from next door, above, etc). Maintenence/engineering staff are AMAZING. Super responsive and kind and trustworthy! Only issue is very limited parking and rental space fees for the amenities are steep for events. Otherwise very happy here.

Overall the Grove is a nice place to live. On the pricier side but you'll find that pretty much anywhere. Maintenance does an amazing job. Old office manager was also great, so far the new manager is ok as i have noticed it has gotten a bit noisier since.

I really had good experience till one day i decided to move because of job. The behavior changed from the management. They will not give you any relaxation based on your loyalty and discipline. Till last penny if you dont pay they will not even talk about your security deposit.
This was our second apartment in NJ and it has been good. We were missing a community manager for a while but Sergio has really stepped in and helped the community. A few building issues but overall have enjoyed living here

So far living in this complex has been amazing. Great environment for my two kids, luxury living conditions and more. Using the pool, grill area, the gym and more has given us much happiness.

The neighborhood is very quiet. The complex and community is always clean. The apartments are modern and spacious. The amenities are very nice. The playroom is very big. You can watch TV, play pool or just relax and chat with a few friends there. The pool area is very nice. I love that you can grill, swim and relax all in the same area.

Convenient location. Staff are very friendly. Common area is well maintained. Nice environment. A lot of birds and deers in the beautiful woods right next to the community.

After living at The Grove at Piscataway for 2 years, it’s time to say goodbye. The maintenance crew is fantastic as they do a great job of keeping common areas clean, updating units periodically, and fixing problems in a timely manner albeit keep in mind there will be a small wait time. The clubhouse representative has had some change overs but each person has been kind and helpful. I will comment on one of the negative aspects is the close proximity of the apartment complex to the train line. You will definitely hear the train horns while it crosses the tracks. It will wake you up during the nights. The good news is it’ll only take you about 3 weeks to become used to it so it’ll be less of a bother as time goes on.

Move in was flawless. All the grounds seem very well kept. Sergio has gone above and beyond. The parking is great as well. I feel like we can be here a long time.
We have been here for 8 months now and we love it here. great staffers, friendly neighbors, kid friendly community and beautiful outdoor views!!
