I think it is a good starting place to live and raise young kids if you can’t afford a townhome. Be warned that the appliances are going to break often and they never tell you when maintenance will arrive at your home. Also walls are super thin and they don’t take action when you put in a noise complaint.

The same things that attracted me to this location have remained just as attractive. a this location is elevated enough to allay flooding. Isolated enough to reduce noise and other disturbances. The maintenance staff here is also first rate.

We love many things about Greens at Westgate including the beautiful amenities! The trails out back are our favorite and we walk it every season. Maintenance has always provided professional attention and quick responses. However, the apartment walls and floors are extremely thin and it can feel like you’re sharing an apartment with your neighbors.

Very quiet area, and the maintenance is quick to respond when putting an order in place. Also the upkeep of the complex is outstanding. Would recommend anyone.

The neighborhood is quiet and there is not a lot of traffic in and out. It’s a nice area to be able to sit outside on the porch and relax. 5/5 The apartments themselves are very nice, a decent size, nothing too extravagant. garbage disposal included and washer and dryer. 5/5 However, getting ahold of someone in the office is almost impossible. Getting answers and getting help takes so long. 2.5/5 rating in that department. The area around is also nice, a lot of shopping within 5-15 minutes from the apartments!!

The place was clean when we moved in, some of our maintenance requests were not fulfilled before we moved in and haven’t been fixed for a while. The neighbors are nice and friendly. Good community. People leaving dog poop everywhere outside though, no one picks up after themselves.

The amenities are great, the land is beautiful but the apartments themselves can be a nightmare if your neighbor smokes inside. Maintenance is the best we’ve ever had and we are so excited for the pool. It would be awesome if the pool had a select few hours a week for adults only.

The apartments at Greens at Westgate are a great area and close to 30 and 83. The community carters to families and dogs with a playground and dog park.

It's really clean and moving in is not a hassle. Houses are cozy, have a lot of room to decorate, big bedrooms and living room and every house has a patio.

This place is horrible and not worth the outrageous rent. People let theirs dogs off leash and don’t pick up the poop. Neighbors are extremely loud and rude. The leasing office does not offer much help in that matter so you have to call the cops multiple times and still nothing gets resolved.

I haven’t met any neighbors yet but it is very quiet and calm in the neighborhood. So far it is going great ! I have no problems in the home and there is plenty of parking !

It’s been almost a year, and we couldn’t be happier. I appreciate how quickly they cleared walkways and roads when the snow was heavy. I also appreciate how helpful the office staff was when I lost my keys. This is a really quiet but friendly community.

The leasing office does not care about their tenants. If anything they are anti whatever tenants say. Not family friendly. Always parties being thrown. Terrible terrible management.

very friendly staff and open community. Small things need looked at, but overall am happy with my experience! being on the bottom floor does come with some noise from above but hey it’s nothing unbearable.

Location is perfect, only good thing about living here. Apartments are very outdated and drafts from heat and cold will raise your electric bill. No one in the apartment complex picks up after their dog, nothing is done about it besides an email asking them to pick up after their pets. Walls/ceilings are extremely thin and outdated. You will hear everything your neighbors do especially if you live on first floor. Maintenance crew is incompetent and will need multiple stops for simple fixes that you could do yourself but not worth the costs. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Great place to live. Quit and safe. Brittany is so sweet and helpful.. so much to do here 24-hour workout center you can rent bikes there's a playground for the kids there's a dog park around the corner there's a place you can walk for the exercise in the back safe and secure all around great place to live.
