Fast, easy, and efficient move in! This place is so nice and neat. I’m excited to continue exploring the amenities and seeing what else it has to offer.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. The amenities are one of their biggest selling points. The units are maintained well and have great views. And safety is a huge priority of the management team. Great place, in many ways!
Great location but maintenance takes a long time to respond to requests, elevator is always broken, neighbors let their dogs walk without a leash and allows them to swim inside the pool. Not to mention dogs are not maintained and are owners leave their dogs waste on neighbors doorsteps. Mailing room is almost never maintained as well and packages get lost
Place has detiorated a lot. The parking area has garbage lying around, the elevator is always down. The front office people are rude. It's sad as this used to be a fun place to live.
Love the apartment and the area. Friendly staff with great amenities, that are all well maintained. I highly reccomend the grand if you are looking to move into Legacy West!
The cost of living is decent compared with what you get for living here. The gym, pool, location are not bad for Plano, TX. It was a challenge working with the leasing team. It took almost 3 months to get a lease signed as they are short staffed.
The apartment is very nice with updated appliances. The complex has lots of amenities, like pools, gyms, a courtyard, a lounge, and parking garages. It’s in a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping close by.
So far, I love everything about the grand. It’s the safest apartment complex of ever stayed. I love being close to the shopping stores and restaurants. I love hanging out at the roof top after work. I enjoyed the walking trail as well, and all the other amenities. However, there’s a little bit of inconvenience with the gate breaking down. If it wasn’t for the person behind me, who has his toll tag connected to the gate system I would not have been able to pass through the gate and park my car.
Staff is very nice and helpful. location and apartments are high quality. No issues since moving in and happy with the decision. Only issue is spectrum is the only internet option.

I’ve lived at The Grand at Legacy West for the past 3 years in a 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit, and overall, my experience has been positive. The amenities are definitely a highlight—modern, well-maintained, and convenient, which adds a lot of value to daily living. The location is also great, with easy access to shops and restaurants. That said, I’ve noticed some ongoing challenges with noise levels and occasional issues with weed odor in the hallways, which detract from the otherwise upscale feel of the property. I’d give The Grand at Legacy West a solid 4-star rating, as it’s been a great place to live, but with a few areas for improvement.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Grand so far. The location is super convenient—tons of restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s easy to get to work. My washing machine leaked the first day I moved in here when I tried to run my first load of Laundry…. I moved in and turned on the machine to run one cycle. I left the apt for an hour and when I came back I see a HUGE pile of water that has now also seeped into my bedroom…

So far, so good My only issue is the mailroom-no lockers, which means packages are hard to locate and many times missing Lockers would be helpful

My experience here has been nothing short of amazing! The hallways are always clean and smell fresh. Any needs or concerns are addressed. I truly love it here! The maintenance request was addressed the same day. It was a fuse that had blown. Everything here is convenient and parking is wonderful. I get a space on my floor or just above every day. The apartment is quiet. The facilities and extras are not befuddled with people. I can do all my workout and use all the machines. My pet loves the dog park. The residents have all been respectful. It is like heaven.

Location is unbeatable. Elevators consistently need repair. Maintenance is fast yet they don’t complete tasks carefully (ie: weather stripping on the door replaced but not done completely so it mostly works, dishwasher repaired but not placed completely and correctly back into the cabinet), Items from move in checklist are still incomplete even after notifying management.

For the most part, The Grand is great. There are small things here and there that you will experience when living among the apartment renter populous. I will also say, the majority of issues that I have are with the residents of The Grand, not the management company.

The community and people are great at the Grand. The only complaint is that the elevator has been out since right after we moved in and still hasn’t been fixed. I understand the demand for parts and it’s hard to get things in right now but it’s still frustrating that we can’t do anything about it. Other than that the people are great and the location is Prime

Great location! Apartments are a bit dated considering how modern and current the surrounding areas are. There’s a lot I have yet to discover since we have not gotten a proper tour of the property. Leasing office staff are kind but seem busy and overwhelmed.

The ceiling and walls don't block any noise. You can hear every word every footstep especially at 3am. My calves are killing me due to the broken elevators for about a month now with no repair!

The leasing office is very slow and ignored my request several times, took 2 months to get the answer with no apology. It was super frustrating.

The outside commons area has gone down hill drastically. There are water lines that are broken. The grass is almost gone in certain areas. They are not blown off the common areas. The elevators are down all of the time. It use to be such a beautiful place in the common areas now, not so much.
Being a repeat offender living here, the convenience with everything around is untouchable compared to other properties

It’s been great living here these past almost 8 years. It’s very quiet, it has all the amenities that I could ever imagine, including a state-of-the-art work-out studio. And the management is professional yet friendly.

On the whole I'm happy here. The facilities are fantastic, the place is kep clean and the events that are organised (at least the one I've been to) was fun. Doubts and queries are responded to professionally and in a friendly manner. My only recommendation for improvement would be more attention given to recycling - encouraging residents to recycle as much as possible and having clear drop off points to collect a variety of material.
I love this place. We have everything close. Stores, gym, good places to stay in peace. Definite if you looking for a place where you would like to live. The Grand is the best option
It’s been only 10 days since I moved in this apartment and I love living in here so far. What I like about this apartment is location and friendly and professional staff members.
Love the location. Quick access to retail and eating options is my favorite part of living here. I also love the pool and how it has an open breezeway!
Amazing amenities (pools, beer garden, lounge areas) Great social aspect, because of the amenities and social events I've become friends with so many of my neighbors that this place really feels like home to me. Workout classes are excellent. Restaurants selection is just steps away from my door, so convenient and adds urban living lifestyle. Staff is super nice, lots live on property and it's nice seeing them interact with the community.
Great experience! The apartments are amazing and the location is fantastic. I love living at The Grand! My sunset views from the balcony are beyond beautiful.
