The Grand at Cypress Cove is by far the best apartment living ever! Between the great office staff and the maintenance staff you ALWAYS feel valued and appreciated! I highly recommend living here. I’ve been very happy calling this my home going on 7 years!
I’ve lived here for 3 years. Best apartment complex ever. Staff is great, maintenance incredible, place is kept up. Very informative about changes. I can’t express in words how easy they make living here. Ty soo much Cypress Cove
The Grand at Cypress Cove is the best place I can think of to call my home. Nicole, Jay and Starr make me feel important to them as a resident. The maintenance guys are always friendly with a smile and a wave. If/when a maintenance problem arises they are there to get it fixed fast and right! I love living here!
I love living at The Grand at Cypress Cove. All the staff really care for the residents. If anything need fixing they get it done fast and right on the first trip! Living at the Grand at Cypress Cove is one of the best decisions I’ve made. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments are beautiful. I feel safe taking a walk around the complex any time of the day. If any repair is needed the guys get it fixed fast and make sure that the area is cleaned up. The office staff always makes you feel valued. Best place to call home!
It's been a lovely place to live while we continue to save for a home. Location is great. There have been concerns with our building exterior and residents in violation of things that management doesn't enforce. We remain hopeful things will be resolved. We take pride in our community and will continue to do so as long as we are living here.

Altis at Grand Cypress is a great place to live. When from my single family home to an apartment, I was concerned that I would have a hard time feeling "at home" but here I feel comfortable and safe. The community has a very family feel and everyone has been so nice and welcoming. It's nice to able to walk your dog and meet new people with the same love for animals. The maintenance is wonderful and any needs are immediately addressed. Highly recommend.
We have been here for eight years and are very happy with me office staff and the maintenance staff. The area is well wet and well-maintained and the natural surroundings make the dog walks And daily activities very pleasant. This is a pet friendly community and that works well for us.

I have lived here at Altis for about 2 months now and LOVE IT!!! My apartment feels more like a home than an apartment. The amenities are terrific and everyone is extremely nice.
Quaility with appliances & trash dumpster area isn't so great, but the complex is ok.
Alt is at Grand Cypress is an excellent place to live. The apartment amenities are wonderful for the price you pay - some even have attached garages giving them the feel of being a home rather than an apartment. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive and always willing to provide suggestions or support. Very nice community to call your home.

Altis Grand Cypress is lovely and maintained well. As long as neighbor's noise wouldn't bother you, it's a great place.

I've been living at Altis for three and a half years and have really enjoyed my time here overall. My only concerns about the complex are (1) the entrance gates are often broken and left wide open and (2) you hear everything your upstairs neighbors do, especially if they have little kids, since the floors and ceilings are paper thin.
I have been living here for the last 7 years and still like the apartment I moved to. The only issue is that the walls need to be retouch. You can see where the marks were on the apartment before me. I

The only issue that Ive had with Altis is that the soundproofing between apartments is very bad However, everything else has been good

I have been living in Altis Grand Cypress for one year. I just renewed my lease because my experience living here is amazing. The maintenance crew are so helpful, nice, professional, and provide great customer service. The front office staff are always polite and positive. The apartments are very well taken care of and clean. I highly recommend these apartments for people in any stage of life.
Altis is a great place to live. It is quite and clean. Office management and maintenance are great with fast response times. Lots of great amenities. Parking is hassle free for the most part. The location is great. Just minutes away from supermarkets, the outlet, and mall.

A great place to live. Love our apt home and community. It's beautifully landscaped and hidden from SR 54.
We are enjoying our new neighborhood and neighbors. I enjoy the walking and have access around the facility grounds and next to the conservation area. We like the location of the facility since it is close to many facilities we use. Also, very important, there is a traffic light that gives us a safe access to a busy road.
Staff is pleasant and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and well maintained.
This apartment complex advertises a gated community. Since moving in the gates have been broken and remained open at all times. The day after the 4th a bunch of vehicles got broken into. Now this complex is off the beaten path so had the gates been working I’m sure it would have been enough to detour the robbers. Management has been zero help with the situation and will not even take ownership in the gates being broken.
We once thought Altis Grand Cypress was once a nice place to live but management changed and went downhill fast. The management seemed to not enforce the rules and the environment started to somewhat of a low rent atmosphere. Tenants were to lazy to bring there trash bins in and sat out all day. Also, the tenants were putting out furniture by there front door and garage and it started to look trashy in the apartment complex. We seem to have problems with silverfish because of the high humidity in the apartment so we invested in a dehumidifier. My husband had to see an allergist because of the problems we had living there. So happy we have moved.
I’ve been living at Altis at Grand Cypress for almost a year now and absolutely love it. The staff is super helpful and were great when we decided to transfer from a one bedroom to a two bedroom after 6 months of living there. The amenities are lovely, including a pool area that’s never too crowded and a full gym that is perfect for most people. The gym also rarely has more than 3-4 people in it at a time, which is nice. Our actual apartment is beautiful and clean, neighbors are quiet and friendly, and the community in general is quiet. It doesn’t feel or look like a typical stiff apartment complex, it feels like a comfortable neighborhood. Overall, I would highly recommend Altis if you’re looking for a luxury apartment that’s affordable and feels like home. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else as a young 20-something!
This is by far the highest quality apt with the most reasonable rent. I have lived in "luxury" apartments before that did not know the definition of luxury. Grounds are extremely well kept. Pool is amazing and the best staff in the metro area. I am very happy to be here.
I would not recommend this apartment to anyone if you aren't accustomed to noisy tenants. Also, remember that your in a years lease and if you have a neighbor that makes a lot of noise you are out of luck because the management doesn't seem to address the problem. There is no expectation of quiet and common courtesy to the lower tenant while the upper tenant gets the benefit of a quiet residence. We have only been here a while and ready to move out. Love the location and the townhouse feel but that is about it.
