I have had a great experience at the Granary! The amenities are awesome and the location is convenient.
My experience at The Granary has been fantastic so far! My minor maintenance issue was taken care of quickly and professionally. The system was easy to use as well. Highly recommend.
Overall, nice place to live. Great distance to the Mason bike trail, Bus lines, and other places around South Fort Collins. Every place has there flaws but overall would recommend to friends and family.

The Granary has been an amazing place to live so far. The community, staff, and location make for a very comfortable and friendly living situation. There may be some tiny issues with wifi speeds tending to be slow and certain community amenities (The Grills) not being 100% clean and maintained, however, the Granary is almost perfect to live in. This is a big improvement from most apartments in the surrounding areas and is in prime location of almost everything you’ll need. I would definitely recommend living here!
