Still wrongly being charged for renter's insurance with no resolution. Constant issues with billing. The front office is slow to respond, if there is even a response at all.
We are entering Fall 2025, the new lobby ,etc is being worked on. Buzzuto needs to clear the pool out and cover the lounges for the winter, they have been relaxed about that. We all look forward to a new and beautiful renovation of the main floor.

I think the staff is doing a wonderful job maintaining the building. The cleaning staff is wonderful which is of upmost importance. The concierge is always very helpful and the maintenance staff is quick to respond. I do believe the constant moving services whether in or out of the building has made the building look worn. Looking forward to the upgrade which is happening now on the first floor and hope residents take care and pride with these new improvements!

It is nice to hear renovations are coming. As an older building we have to keep up with all the amenities new buildings are offering. I do believe some of the rules management has have been overlooked and can lead to problems. This needs to be corrected !

One elevator seems to always be down which makes everything more difficult. There is a leak at the entrance which is making a terrible smell in the lobby.

I have been here for 7 years now with wife and school/college going daughter and it has been very happy and comfortable. We like the security, services, staff, location and the amenities available. One thing I do miss is the morning/evening shuttle van to/from the train station. Gramercy stopped the service during covid. Would really like to see it running again.

I moved in officially yesterday. So far the building has been great to me. Very inviting and staff and neighbors are really helpful. The move in process was pretty smooth as well. Everything is handled step by step. I think the greatest asset to me is have a concierge.

New here, but enjoying the community already. I would give it a walking score of 8! Shops, groceries, restaurants and everything you need within half a mile walk. Downtown White Plains also close as welll. Many parks nearby are great plus quick access to the highway. Safe and quiet neighborhood which is very family friendly.

The only positive thing I will say is the current front desk staff is amazing. The leasing office is highly unprofessional and won’t help with any serious issues you are having. We’ve reached out to the leasing office and have had to follow up multiple times just to get a bare minimum response. I paid every month for a parking spot and for some reason still received a threatening sticker on my window that they will tow it. You would think if we are paying a pretty penny for parking they would track it better, or at all. Just very unprofessional. I think they need to pay better attention to who they’re hiring in the leasing office because it’s not a warm and friendly environment like they make it seem during your initial tour. Also the elevators are out of order almost every day, and the garage doors are consistently not working. Leaving the garage door open for anyone to walk or drive in. We all pay a lot of money to live there and they should be investing in better and safer equipment. Pretty disappointing.

It was a great summer and all went really well at our pool. Everyone obyed the rules and we all had a great time during the week and on weekends. Mosy importanly the grills were always stocked with propane to cook. Good job !!

The Gramercy is a wonderful apartment and community. The people that live there as well as the workers are always very nice and polite. The amenities and common areas are very well kept. If there is a maintenance issue, they are very fast and resolve the issue right away. I def recommend it.

Everything was clean and they were helpful. Unfortunately, the only thing that upset me was their process of leasing. They didn’t reach out to me till last minute and it was so hard to contact them. They don’t pick up the phone easily. I had to ask questions and I wasn’t able to get the answer even with email.

This is a great community to live in. They strive to keep it clean. The building is fairly quiet and very diverse. When you reach out to maintenance for any apartment issues, you get a prompt response.

The Gramercy is a very nice building and community. The management is always available and respond very quickly to any inquiries. They are very helpful and make your moving and staying very pleasurable. The building is kept very clean. The garage is a bit pricey, but very convenient and well kept. The amenities are a huge plus: there is a pool, bbq area, gym, dog park, garage, theater room and lounge room with a pool table. There are events on the lounge room at least once a month to reunite all the neighbors and socialize. The neighbors are nice and helpful. There is a 24/7 concierge and they are extremely nice as well. The building is located right across a small park and a school. The neighborhood is very nice. I def recommend it.

Living at The Gramercy has been pretty cool for the most part. The doormen are great, especially Nolan – he makes coming home feel special. And it’s always so clean around here; it feels like someone’s always tidying up, which is awesome. But the gym? That’s a whole other story. It seriously needs some love. The machines are old and squeaky, and the equipment looks like it’s been through a lot – we’re talking torn grips and a yoga mat that’s seen better days. Plus, it gets super hot in there when it’s busy. Kinda makes working out a bit less appealing. So yeah, love the vibe and the people here, but really hoping the gym gets a makeover soon!

I was unfairly charged for renter's liability insurance when I already had my own personal coverage. I was given no warning, and charged for a full day of coverage, AFTER I submitted proof to the staff.

This is a building that you dont want to rent at .the staff and management is terrible. They are so unprofessional and very rude and disrespectful. Do not rent here

Can’t complain. Nice staff. Clean areas. Not noisy at night. Lots of doggos. The ac in my room is a little loud but that is expected. I sleep with headphones on now

The resident experience is still as great as it has ever been, the amenities are awesome, and I love the community. Everything is organized and neat.

What a way to begin 2024, we FINALLY have all elevators working, ya. The building looks fantastic with all the lights and our cute reindeer. Keep up the good work in keeping our buliding a great community

I really enjoy living here, however one of the elevators has been out of service for over 6 months. That is completely unacceptable. The maintenance team is amazing!!

management is not transparent upfront about additional charges especially on renewals i.e. if you renew for 3 months you get charged 1 FULL year for the common space charges
Allison is amazing! She was incredibly responsive and helpful from the first email I sent interested to a month into living here. Everyone is friendly, I lived in a not so nice building in the area and it is night and day! Everyone from the office, to the doorman, maintenance to the cleaning crew is friendly, welcoming and approachable.
