Hot water is always out today is Christmas morning with no hot water. The community is not maintained the management does not do their obligations to maintain property. It's sad I been here 4 years. Can't wait for my lease to end

I have loved living at the Glenn so far. The leasing staff are great at making the effort to get to know their residents. Any maintenance requests are swiftly dealt with. Only problem I've encountered is some residents being lazy and not picking up after their pets but the staff has been great about making changes to improve this. Highly recommend The Glenn!

So far pretty good living area. My only downside is the specific location of the apartment. I hear the garage door opening all the time.

Should have known when I almost busted my hip on a load-bearing part of the elevator landing, the whole building is settling really bad. At first it seemed fine, but yeah you should move here if you like infestations or the idea of living in a trash room or your neighbor's bathroom. My neighbor has had his 1st floor window open for over 2 months and the guy next to him has a bug zapper. That guy has no idea what's going on lol.

The Glenn management is on-top of it and each interaction with them has been pleasant. My household in particular over the last year and a half has been through a lot, and management has been very accommodating and understanding. If we werent moving into a house I would stay here. Not to mention our unit is my favorite apartment Ive ever lived in with layout/finishes and VIEW!

BEWARE: The absolute worst living experience ever. Leased for 12 months and forced to leave 8 months in due to mold growth on walls and water leaking in the wall, loud neighbors above and on the both sides, disgusting amenities that were unusable and/or closed the entire time we lived there! After we were forced to move at our own cost, management hit us with the bill for replacing the carpet too (it was only 8 months old and in great condition). DO NOT MOVE TO THE GLENN! Oh yes and when we first moved in the carpet was full of glass shards and had to be replace but not without a fight to get it done. We also had to fight with management to get the locks changed and keys to the back door because they didn't get them when they took over the property from the developer.

it's been better than most complexes I've lived but most expensive and least maintained place I've lived. lots of disgusting things I've seen from dog poo on the lobby floor to cars parking wherever they want. no regard for resident feedback as leading office just makes excuses. better management and more cleaning staff is definitely needed

This place is beautiful. We have the most amazing unit with Mountain Views and a ton of windows and natural light. Jacquelyn went above and beyond for us and we are so happy in our new home! We love the Glenn staff.

The Glenn is great. We are on our second year here and didn't even think about moving some where else. Everyone up front is great as well, they are happy to help with anything. Also the maintenance staff is top notch. Anything that comes up they fix quickly, professionally. The Glenn is top notch in my book.

My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here at the Glenn so far. The location of the apartments is excellent. We are close to the light rail, and to many shopping areas. The apartments are new and clean! The staff has been very helpful, and the residents here are very friendly.
