The young man in the leasing office whose name escapes me at the moment, gave me an amazing experience not only with touring but once moving in as well. He is very helpful and does everything with an amazing Can do attitude he turned my mood completely around.

Should have known better when it was time to sign the lease and the move in date was wrong. Was told that I would get my $100 refund which was a lie. Nothing gets fixed, charge extra if need 2 parking passes when was told that you will received according to the unit. Mice and roached infested. Management cuts off water without notice. Some tenants went months without air and water. This property just about $$$,don't care if you have mold in your apartment.

Bad experience when I was applying and I’m so glad that I didn’t choose to move in after seeing all the recent reviews. Basically all they want is the money, idk if they got sales goals to meet or sumn but they was pressing. Also I was getting called by three different people who were telling me different things. Their welcome letter was not organized well and I refuse to sign anything that doesn’t make sense. Waste of time

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. They have a no parking once so ever and the parking spots that they do have are empty reserved spot from former tenants. They will not take the signs down after people move out cause the rental office is lazy and don’t tend to the property correctly.

This by far is the worst complex ever. The apartment was not ready when I moved in… took them 2 months to reply to any request. Since then it has just gotten completely worse! The washers get plugged in the sink yet the plumbing is DISGUSTING. NEVER MOVE HERE.

These apartments are the WORST! There is a mouse issue that tenants are forced to resolve themselves, maintenance is poor, & trash has not been removed around the property for the last 7 days and is piling up EVERYWHERE. The property reeks of trash & its disgusting.

This has been the worse apartment I’ve ever live in They don’t fix the apartment they give it to you as is they have mice and roach problem my apartment has had problems for 6 months in counting and nothing has been done about it we’ve had 4 different leasing manger in the span of 8months that I’ve been here

The rental office is rude from the jump I can only imagine if I lived there how many problems I would have with no care from them. I only called to get information about trying to lease an apartment and the lady on the phone was rude, didn't really wanna give me information, when I asked when would the apartment become available she didn't want to tell me, then she hung up on me while I was talking. I really don't understand how ppl can be so rude working at a job that they chose to b at if u don't lik ur job quit

1. They don't fix anything around the apartment 2. Mold was growing all around the kitchen 3. Kitchen sink was leaking for months; they did not send someone to fix it. 4. They kept charging us late fees, even though we paid on time. 5. They kept saying they would remove all the late fees--- That cooperate office would fix it, but they sent it to collections after we left the apartment. 6. This apartment cares only about money. They will find a way to charge you extra 7. They charged us for parking every month even though we did not have reserve parking. 8. Everyone in the leasing office are rude and not willing to help 9. This is the worst apartment you can ever get 10. They gave me military discount- But they took it back after the lease was over. They basically said now I owe them all that. They went ahead and sent it to collections, RUN AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT IMMEDIATELY.

First of, their management and maintenance sucked, We had mice and roach problem and they closed tickets without rectifying the problem. I was pregnant and had mold and fungi growing out of the walls. It was horrible Second, the apartment hits your account with fake bogus charges like parking fee and legal fees (even when all my rent was paid on time). They lie that corporate will take care of it but they never do. Once I moved out, they sent the information to collections. Thankfully I have receipts. I am in a long drawn out battle with them because they refuse to take these charges off.

Glendale Apartments is the Worst Apartment you can ever imagine. The new management is zero. It seems they have closed the maintenance department . They are treating their residents as trash. It seems the residents are living for free. All they are doing is inflating rents on their tenants. Their management is zero, maintenance is -100. Old apartment with rats and roaches everywhere. Insecurity too is another issue.

I moved in April 2021 and I have had issues from day one. Seriously, the day I signed my lease, it took the office 30 mins to find the keys to the unit. Then when I got over to unit it was left over maintenance issues. The washer was not in place, there was trash in the unit, two closets shelves were not in place, the 1st bathroom tub had not been glazed and unusable, no shower rod in the master bedroom, my dining room and bedrooms had ants, the HVAC door was left ajar on balcony. In June my dining room window started leaking when it rained. In July 2 (one dead and one alive)mice were discovered on my balcony. Dining room window still leaking. Today is 8/17/21 and since the beginning of August, I have caught and killed 4 mice inside my home. Pest control came after a month complaining and all they did was put 1 trap down. Contractors came and did not even check behind the stove for any cracks to seal. I have killed 2 mice AFTER pest control and the contractors came in. If you choose to still move in make sure to take pictures of everything. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. If you do a maintenance request print that off as well because they lie about issues that they have fixed. Don't be afraid to contact they management headquarters in New York. that is the only way to get work completed!!!

Don’t believe what they tell you!!! Parking sucks, mice infested… u kill one just for more to show up. Pest people just put traps down. trash in hallways. One cleaning lady for all buildings and she half clean. This is by far the worse apartment I’ve lived in.

I’ve been here for just 2 months and it’s my worst period ever first thing was living for 6 days with no lights because of and old bill mounted on my apartment second concern is my package it’s just been 2 months and 4 packages have been stolen from my door it’s not fair and the apartment office said they can’t put cameras in the hall way and even if u put it yourself and it’s stolen they won’t be responsible for it

DO not rent from this place!! They have the most unprofessional people working in the office. The management company never answers the phone. I had issues from the day I moved until I moved out. They lost my money order the day after I moved in. They never did an inspection, my AC unit was out for months, I had mice issues, I sent them a notice to vacate letter 2 x because they fired the managers so I had to send it again for a 3rd time. Then they called me after I moved out on my end of lease date and asked me if i moved out because my lease had ended. Why don't these people communicate or keep all paperwork in a shared drive so others can access it? I just got my letter and they charged me $600 for breaking a lease that I clearly did not do and charged me for damages. I cleaned that apt very well after I moved out and they never took care of things i reported that needed to be done for the walk in inspection when I moved in. I have reported them to HUD and BBB. I am currently in process of consulting a lawyer because I will not pay those charges when this place has nothing but caused me stress the entire year I leased.

Don’t move here my washer machine don’t work and they don’t bring me a new one. The staff never answers there phone. When I first moved into this place they didn’t want to show it and kept holding off. The guy name is Phil runaway y’all it’s a set up.

I regret moving here. The staff are so unprofessional and rude. I just moved here and I’m already having problems. The apartment wasn’t clean when I moved in. Also, these idiots failed to mention that you have to hook up the washer to the sink. You call maintenance to report an issue and they never show. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! READ THE REVIEWS CAREFULLY

Lovely apartments, very spacious. Management always puts the residents first and maintenance comes through in a timely manner to resolve issues in the apartment. Definitely a good recommendation for anyone who wants to move to a great location.

Glendale Apartments are a great place to stay! I’ve lived here for several years and I’ve never been let down. Glendale has great customer service and if you ever have a problem let them know. Personally I think it’s a great place and you should consider moving here!

Everything was a pleasure from filling out the application to signing my lease. It's a very spacious Apt and I love the washer and dryer.

I like my apartment and have never had a problem here good neighbors, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Maintenance has been good to our family and I like the office staff. Don't know where these negatives are from judge for yourself.

I have lived here for three years. I have never had any problems with roaches or mice. I have had a problem with the rent going from 1400 to 1900 after my lease was up which forced me into another lease signing because the month to month rate was too much. All in all the neighborhood is quiet convient bus stops for students. The grounds are not fit for them though. The playground has only a slide and monkey bars nothing else to entertain children. There are no sidewalks as well. Children are left to play in the street. The grounds however is well maintain except for residents who do not pick up after their pets.

I love living atthe Glendale Apartment previously The Country side Apartment the amenities are wonderful throughout my stayi here has been some challenges. The strugle is REAL. I could REALLY have help with the Rent. I would be so over joyed if I would become the winner it would be a blessing knowing that I would have a place to live. I recently lost my job and I have signed a lease for a year and have No idea where I will be able to pay my rent... I'm from Miami, Florida and have No family here so it's hard not knowing what or how I will survive.. Please please please please!!! let me be your next winner it would be a blessing....
