The office staff used to be great. Now I avoid the office staff as they don't care what so ever. The maintenance staff is awesome, the office not so much.

I was impressed with the model unit I was shown when I came to tour. The staff member was nice and pleasant to speak to. I moved in less than 2 weeks later. I wish I had gotten to see my actual unit but it was occupied at the time. The move in process was fairly simple. I have been here nearly a month and I am happy with it. The neighborhood isn't the best, but isn't too bad. The price is a bit high but I am overall satisfied with the unit and staff so far.

Management is nice. Price is fair. These apartments need major updates as well as more pest control presence. The appliances are as old as the apartments and should be changed immediately.

The Georgian will make you feel like home and become your family. There are men out daily ensuring the property is well groomed . Also , management is friendly , courteous , informative , and is attentive to your needs as necessary to address them in a timely manner . David ( property manager) maintains such professionalism with a good sense of humor . Sean ( assistant office manager) is a high profile fashion king lol but sensitive to tenant needs and provides excellent customer service . Maintenance concerns are addressed fast and efficiently . The only downside is the companies contracted by Georgian I just found out has been replaced (carpenters tub ) some work has been patched and tends to become a revolving door to another repair. For instance my tub is on its third round for resurfacing . We don’t appreciate patch work because that leads to so much frustration and time to get someone to do repairs precisely and efficiently . Overall , the Georgian has been a peaceful and safe space for me .

The price is great, the two bedroom my roommate and I stayed at was perfectly sized, the pool area was well kept and the office management are friendly. I stayed here for two years and if I weren't forced to move (work related reasons) I would continue to stay. My only complains is that we called the maintenance regularly for our broken thermostat and garbage disposal. And though they worked on it, over and over it would break. Also, we had a slight pest problem, but no more than what's expected.

The leasing team is friendly and makes moving in easy, but the maintenance team is a joke and will do everything they can to not help keep your home in decent condition. The maintenance team will also not inform you ahead of time when they will be there or confirm it with you.

Love my apartment!!! Love the layout and the space. It has more character than most places I looked at. Maintenance is very friendly and helpful too. Great air conditioner and heater.

Nice school areas, pretty quiet considering it's near the tollway. I'm near walking distance from few stores and on the bus line which helped me out when car quit.

Overall I love the community and the staff. Not too in love with the access gates too hard for me to use the keys I would prefer key fobs. But overall it's a really great place to live.

My apartment AC unit was not working well at all! It took awhile to figure out what was wrong with it but Noel was able to get me a new AC unit and I am so grateful! Noel and D did an awesome job this morning replacing the AC and cooling me off. Thanks so much! I really appreciate all the help.

I have lived here for 2 years now, and have no major complaints. My apartment has not been updated, so everything is very old. That is my biggest complaint. Maintenance and office staff are very nice.

Its always hard finding the right apartment. Im so glad I chose to move to The Georgian. The whole process was super fast, Katie was very helpful and made sure to assist me in my situation. I have been a resident at The Georgian Apartments for almost 4 years. As a single woman raising two boys, I feel safe in this community. The managment and leasing office team are very respectful, polite and responsive in communication. The grounds are well maintained and remain clean. The maintenence personel are very polite and speak to myself and my boys by name and always offer a cheerful hello. I feel this is a family style community and a great residence for a family or single parent household. Amber M.
