I have lived here since August 2007 and this is the best maintenance team and the office management is superb ,the only issue I have here is that whenever they have a new worker they periodically move my parking space from my initial space that was assigned to me when I moved in to an upper level which causes me a lot of inconvenience I just hope that management assigns parking spaces fairly.

You do not want to share my experience at the Gallery at NoHo. It would be a 0/10, Do not recommend. Your management here is not only rude but lack any proactive behavior or basic care and concern for the residents of the building.

I fell in love with The Gallery at NoHo Commons about 17 years ago (I was pregnant with my son). I had friend who lived here, and I was determined to make live here one day. The Gallery at Noho Commons is my little oasis from the bustling surrounding city life. I fell in love with it because it's safe and looks great and has such a warm community feel that I honestly haven't found since I moved out to Cali. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! This place was not only the worst apartment that we have lived in due to the insane noise from the apartment above us (we could literally hear the upstairs neighbor urinating--that's how terribly constructed this building is and we knew exactly what he was doing at all times of the day and night--making a smoothie, working out, listening to music, having parties--just because we could hear him), but the absolute worst and most shocking part was that two years after moving out we received a random text message from a debt collector saying that we owed money after our move out. Not only have we not received an email, text, or letter from Gallery at Noho or their owner Greystar, but they are now refusing to tell us when and how they sent these final move out charges to us--because they didn't. DO NOT RENT HERE if you value your sanity and don't want debt collectors harassing you in a couple years after you've moved out.

The Gallery at NoHo Commons is a nice apartment community in a great location. Easily walking distance to the social life of the Magnolia-Lankershim area of the NoHo Arts District while still being adequate distance to not have too much noise or other nuisances. It's also right across the street from the NoHo Metro station which makes it super convenient.

Very beautiful building with many amenities for residents. But there are some circumstances that annoying and prevent you from enjoying your living . For example, there are a lot of dogs that bark and fight from early morning until late at night, you can't enjoy the fresh air on your balcony because your neighbor smokes marijuana, you won't be able to sleep at night because of the noise of someone's laundry, and the security guard won't help but rudely answers on ask for help . I believe that a lot depends on the community office stuff , if they do their job correctly, then this will be a decent place to live. I expect the community office stuff to be nice and attentive to the complaints and comments of residents.

The manangment company do not work as they should, the whole house smelled of marijuana, although by agreement it is forbidden to smoke in the building, and the manager ignores the complaints of residents. Dog owners do not clean up after their pets, dog barking is heard from early morning and even late at night, although the agreement does not allow noise before 8 am and after 10 pm. I would like the manager to do his job properly. We want to live peacefully in our home and be happy, and not wake up at night from barking dogs, or not being able to breathe fresh air because of the smell of marijuana.

Overall, our experience at Noho Commons has been good. Our utilities had issues during our initial move in however, the management team has been supportive in getting these issues fixed.

The Gallery at NoHo Commons is a great place to call home. The office staff are always pleasant, professional and accommodating. The Gallery has some of the best amenities. And yes there is a fitness center to help you stay healthy. There is also a dance studio, a very inviting pool, and an outdoor barbeque area, just to name a few. Once you come in for a tour, check out the landscaping. The grounds are always well manicured. And The Gallery at NoHo Commons has a very enthusiastic maintenance team to make sure any repairs you may have are completed timely and to your satisfaction. This is just the place to call home.

I have lived here for almost 6 years and don't see myself moving anywhere else. The staff have become friends of mine that I care for and the other residents all seem kind and humble. I have not had a bad experience yet and I recommend this living space to friends and family all the time.

The Gallery at NoHo Commons is the place to call home. There is something here for everyone. The amenities are a great feature for anyone. You can take advantage of the fitness center. Also the great swimming pool and outdoor grilling area just to name a few. And for you doggie ?? owners, there's a great dog park in the community. And the office staff are great and are so helpful.

The Gallery at NoHo Commons is a great place to call home. The office staff are very professional, courteous, and always willing to help. And the amenities are the best. Just to name a few: There's the heated swimming pool, the fitness center if you're in to staying healthy, an outdoor grilling area, a dog park for that special four legged friend, guest parking, a complimentary coffee bar, and a lot more. And let's not forget the gated parking. Also the grounds around the community are always well manicured and maintained. Inside the homes there's central air and heat and state of the art appliances. The Gallery at NoHo Commons is a great place to call home.
