Great apartment building. Staff is amazing and helpful. Only exception is the employee appreciation has gone down hill. Hopefully can be fixed for future residents.

Nice to be at an area near metro and to have the amentities we have. But the fact that they tested alarms without telling us led many to panic and call the FD.

The Frasier is a great place to live. The building is well maintained and beautifully appointed. Can’t beat the location with the metro stop close by.

It is a great place to live. Admin and staff are excellent. Building is always always clean. Amenities are great. Parties have gone down a little bit but still great place.

Staff is relatively friendly and the common areas are always kept clean. There are usually good events throughout the month to help foster community.

Occasionally hearing thumps from upstairs. But other than that, great community, great people and great location for when I need to go to Arlington or somewhere

I enjoy living at the Frasier. I will be beginning my second year as a resident here shortly. I appreciate that the management team is friendly and the maintenance staff addresses issues in a timely manner. The location is great with more restaurants and businesses opening up nearby along with being close to public transit.

This is a great place to live. The staff is always helpful and respond to emails or inquiries in a timely manner. The location is perfect to travel on metro as well.

Having lived at The Frasier for over six years, I can confidently say that it has been a wonderful place to call home. The combination of a pet-friendly environment, friendly staff, and prime location makes it an ideal choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

We love the apartment! A few minor things keep it from being 5 stars. The walls are pretty thin so you can often hear your neighbors and the oxygen room has been closed since we moved in a few months ago.

Our apartment was available on time, however it was not thoroughly cleaned. The LVP floors were dirty, the carpets were not shampooed. There was hair on the walls, dust and spiderwebs hanging from blinds. The closet smelled of dirty cat litter and we found cat hair all over as well. The washing machine smelled sour and the dryer while in use was unbearable loud. Once we notified the front office nothing was done right away but eventually all of our complaints were resolved. I wish all of these things were taken care of prior to move-in.

This is a great place to live. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. They are always there to help and will answer any questions or concerns right away.

So far, working with the Fraiser team has been great. Everyone, including the other residents, have been very helpful and sweet. I’m excited for the next year at the Frazier

I love living here. The leasing office and maintenance staff are very professional and polite. I also love the activities that are planned each month. I just wish we had a better stairmaster in the gym.

The staff have always been friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating when I was unable to move my car for maintenance work, and were proactive in giving me all of the information needed to renew my lease. One suggestion would be more emphasis on helping people meet each other at building events, maybe with events by floor or something similar.

Great place and vibes! Moved here about a week ago and have had no problems so far! The amenities and facilities are also well maintained. The staff are all super helpful.

So far it has been a very smooth process to move in here. People have been very welcoming and the staff is very responsive to any inconveniences.

We've been living at the Frasier apartment complex since 2016, and our experience has been consistently excellent. The staff is always courteous and responsive, ensuring that any maintenance requests are addressed promptly. The apartment is quiet, providing a peaceful environment to come home to. The common areas are kept spotless, reflecting the care and attention to detail that the management puts into running the complex. It truly feels like a well-maintained and welcoming place to live.

We had a great move in experience! Loved the thoughtful touches of the little gifts waiting for us inside the apartment. It made such a difference on an otherwise stressful day. We are looking forward to enjoying the pool, gym, and other amenities here. Thank you for all that you do for residents.

I’ve been at the Frasier four months now and enjoy living here. The property management and maintenance teams are friendly and work with you to address any concerns that arise. There are fun events to get to know your neighbors and you aren’t a far walk from the bus or metro.

This apartment complex is amazing and has a lot of amenities. It is clean and conveniently located to the metro. The staff is amazing and answer your inquiries quickly.

I loved my time here at the Frasier! The apartment was great and spacious, the amenities were very useful and the staff were very helpful! Definitely recommend living here!

The only downside is the alarms are much louder and piercing than my previous place. Even the fire dept itself agrees when I told them about it last April. But I haven’t had a maintenance problem in ages!

We have loved living here since moving in until recently. Our vehicle was broken into last weekend. Window busted out, dash board ripped out, stereo stolen. We heard another vehicle was broken into as well. We pay to park in a "secure" and monitored garage. We reported the break in to the police. Since this has happened management has done nothing to inform the other residents and they have yet to call the police themselves to review video footage. Yet when someone's tires were stolen an email was sent. Their lack of concern and their oh well attitude does not sit right with me. They only reached out to us because my husband sent them an email. Luckily it wasn't a person that was hurt, but it still takes away your sense of feeling safe. All we want is for them to inform the residents who live here. Why is that so hard? Management wanted to meet with us but we were unavailable the day they wanted to meet. My husband offered two other days that would work that have since passed.They never reached out. We have heard nothing else from them.

I will keep this review short, as it takes away from my time, and I understand that Frasier Management nor Bozzuto could care less. Our quality of life has dwindled rapidly at the Frasier. Crime has increased, as IO have witnessed people doing drugs inside the property, multiple vehicles break ins have occurred up to felony levels. Managment feels they have the right to suppress information critical to the safety of the residents, by acknowledging they do not have to inform. If this is thier philosophy in life, they severely lack any moral character.

We just moved into the Frasier, and it’s already been so great. The leasing staff have been immensely helpful, particular Kyiefa. I’m excited to spend our next year here!

Overall a great place to live with terrific management and living conditions. I’d recommend the Frasier to anyone. The front desk personnel and maintenance staff are outstanding. The apartment I live in feels new and like everything works well (2024). Reason it is four stars and not five: 1. I live on the Rt 1 side and the sound of cars keeps me up at night unless I use earplugs; 2. The neighborhood is car-heavy with too much speeding and blowing through stop signs; 3. The fire alarm went off at 5 am once and that was so disruptive and alarming that we actually considered not renewing just because of it. Thankfully it was only once so far in our six months here. Again, great place to live overall especially if you can get a good price.

This is the best place I have lived. The staff and neighbors are amazing and enjoy the amenities. Very safe building and even more the gym is amazing.

So far, I am enjoying moving into the Frasier. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and super nice. My neighbors are friendly. The location is also super convenient with the metro and various shops nearby.

The building is always clean. The staff is so nice and helpful. Any time you need maintenance they are there to help fast. Definitely a great place where to live.

Much more secure and less bug infested than my last place. Especially since I have a place to relax should I have to quarantine. Convenient location regarding restaurants groceries and metro too

Very smoothly. We received our tour with the Janie and she was very sweet! She answered our questions right away. We also spoke with Kyiefa who was also very sweet and very helpful! The management team here is doing an amazing job! The building is wonderful and we enjoy living here!

We have been here for almost 8 years. Our experience here has been great! The staff is top-notch - excellent service and maintenance. Common areas are always clean, and we appreciate the ongoing efforts to modernize the building. Management is responsive and there's no unnecessary red tape.

I’ve been here for about a year now, and I really love living at the Frasier – great amenities, modern communal spaces, attractive trims and finishes, a warm leasing office staff, and helpful maintenance team.

The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. They are always on top of any concerns that might appear and always there to smile at the front. I also enjoy the events that they put on for the community.

Fantastic location in proximity to DC and Old Town, with access to Potomac Yard Metro Station. Wonderful neighborhood with Potomac Yard Park right around the corner!

Living at the Frasier has been amazing. From the exceptional admin staff, great and effective maintenance team and beautiful amenities, this is a place I am happy to call home.
