I have been a resident for over 5 years. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the quality of the maintenance and upkeep of my home. Even though I have seen roaches in the stairwell, once reported, pest control gets right on it.

Location is key! The building is close to everything, offering great convenience. Having the main entrance locked provides peace of mind. The community is friendly, the floor plans are appealing, and the recycling system is efficient. Additionally, the management team is very responsive.

This apartment building is infested with roaches. Like literally tiny roaches all over your house it’s disgusting and the maintenance is terrible, they fix some thing, and it literally breaks the next day! If I can give this apartment zero stars, I would. I was so ready for my lease to be up. I hate this place.

The apartment has a lot of cockroaches and they said this is normal in the whole NC. But I never saw any cockroaches inside my bedroom in the other apartment before.

This apartment complex is full of German roaches. The staff does not care about urgency to fix the problem. My apartment is currently inhabitable, and has been so for a month now. I will never rent here again. I can’t wait for my lease to be over.

My packages keep going missing from mail room. This is the 3rd time. I have picture evidences that USPS delivered my packages but someone is stealing them from mail room. Management office is not doing anything about this. They are just like “How it be”. I would either not order anything online while living in here or I wouldn’t move in here at all.

Overall, the experience at Franklin has been good. Lots of dedication to the grounds, parking is plentiful, units are nice and the location is great. Management is friendly but not really responsive to resident issues.

I moved in two weeks ago and so far I am loving everything about living at The Franklin! The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and very helpful! Also, the location is absolutely the best around, because we are just a two minute drive from multiple stores, multiple restaurants and just about anything needed is a short drive away!

The apartment community is in a convenient area and I admire the effort of tenant engagement through coffee and food events. In addition, removal of the geese was one of the best changes I've seen since residing within the community.

We love the Franklin community. We have lived here almost 6 years. Love the spacious property, beauty from our windows, spacious apartment, hallways are so pleasant, and we always love coming home. We have looked at other communities through the 6 years wondering if we should buy a home or condo, but the condos are SMALLER than our 3-br apartment and VERY overpriced, plus HOAs are exorbitant! Many apartment communities are crowded with buildings feel stacked on top of one another, we feel boxed in, and toxic-fume garagessome with apartments stacked on top. We come home to The Franklin and just love the open property, clubhouse, fountain, parking lots, indoor mail room, elevators, and our spacious, pretty apartment.

This place is appealing at first. The leasing agent is very friendly and professional with good working knowledge. But once we moved in, there were some things we couldn't deal with, mainly the AC units above. I should be allowed to move out. Transfer to another apartment was out of my budget range. I really had i hopes about this apartment, now I'm very disappointed and angry because I lost hard earned money and unable to help my roommate with her immediate need, like a quiet place to stay.

Everyone should order replacement of HVAC air filters periodically, practicing social distancing and wearing masks to minimize exposure to COVID-19. Clogged air filters have led to high humidity and mold. Those conditions can cause serious health problems.

Our Team is always happy to conduct maintenance requests when submitted online through the resident portal or called into the Office. Our Maintenance Team responds within 24 hours during normal business hours, and we have a 24/7 Emergency On-Call Service readily available after-hours and on weekends through our call service line. Since COVID-19 started, we have been taking extra measures with our maintenance requests with social distancing and the requirement of all team members to wear face coverings, and were able to still address service issues as they were called in. We're so glad that when you brought your service issues to our attention, we were able to immediately address those concerns, and earn your 5-star rating! We hope to continue this 5-star service and continue to make your living experience an exceptional one. Management can't handle tenants; noise complaints every other day, young crowd, parties every other night - disturbing quality of life and ability to get enough rest, curtsy officer files official complaints to the leasing office as well - nothing happens. They just do not care. Be very vary of moving here.

Accommodation, amenities and professionalism. Thomas and Ashley get the job done. Ask the questions and they will give you the answer or research your question. As a new resident no question is too small.My husband and I wanted to down size and find the right community for us. We were looking for a great location, safety, ample apartment space, a garage, storage, and a walking area within our community, excellent amenities. It is a community that you can be a part of at your choice. We made the right choice for our new beginning.

The apartments are nice, but don't count on being able to use the grills. We usually have to walk back to our apartment frustrated because they never work or are too disgusting to put actual food on. I'd say look for a more responsive management before you pick this place.
The whole complex is clean and makes us feel very safe. The apartment life team has gone above and beyond to make it a great experience. There are plenty of events and food trucks. Love living here

Very noisy, worst apartment noise-wise I’ve ever lived in. Can hear exact conversations from other apartments- very poor construct and insulation. While I realize that shared living spaces will have some noise, many loud and noises parties going on well after midnight even during the week. Contacted management several times about noise complaints with no resolution. Frustrating experience, would recommend looking elsewhere.

Modern apartments and amenities in a super-convenient location
This apartment community is simply beautiful and it is peacefully quiet.
You will immediately get a sense of where the cost goes when you move in. I've never felt more comfortable in a new place before.
The Franklin at the Crossroads is a wonderful development with an amazing community. The staff is knowledgeable and professional and has made our move an easy one. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet, upscale apartment life.
When looking for an apartment, these issues were crucial: security and comfort. The Franklin met those requirements.
I just moved into my apartment and I am so pleased with everything! The finishes of the apartment are to die for. The location is very convient to lots of shopping and entertainment. And I CAN NOT forget Joshua! He is so awesome and so accomodating. I am really going to enjoy it here.

This is not an Apartment to me, this is my home. The Franklin is a great place to have the freedom of apartment home living in a first class property.
The staff is super friendly and the elevators made move in so easy! The community is beautiful, modern, and everyone is so nice I love it!
We have moved to the Franklin Apartments a few weeks ago and we are very happy with our choice. There are three aspects which makes it very pleasant for us: 1. Location: We are in minutes from the Crossroads commercial areas, with stores like BJ, Best Buy, Lowes Foods, Home Depo, Office Depo and many others. There are a many of good quality restaurants, including Olive Garden, Red Lobster and many others. We are close to the intersection of Route 40 with Route 440, 64, Route 1. Easy to get on the highway for any trip. 2. Luxury Due to my job, I have traveled a lot all over the world and I can compare the comfort and quality of Franklin Apartments with some of the best hotels where I stayed. 3. Service All our service requests (such as change of garage, installing a fan, etc.) got a quick response and perfect execution in the shortest time.

The Franklin is a WONDERFUL place to live! The units are spacious and newly built! No need to spend money on a gym membership.. there is a large gym with everything you need! Also a very welcoming clubhouse (conference room, computers, pool table, big screen TV, yoga classes), beautiful pool area with grills, weekly social events and it is conveniently located to everything you need! They also have a Car Care Kit on site which I personal had to use to jumpstart my vehicle! The most important and best quality that The Franklin delivers is their amazing customer service.. I honestly cannot say enough GREAT about this place!!

A great place to call “home.” The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24/7 and are rarely crowed. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. It is quiet and a great place to enjoy reading a book and relaxing. Everyone here is so friendly. I have met many friends of all ages here. I love the convenience of the elevator. I love the fact that they have locked storage in the hall.... I have a rolling clothes cart that I use to put my seasonal clothes on... it works great! You can store many items in that closet....tall ceilings too. The apartments have great modern features which I love. I feel very safe here. The parking lot is well lit. I love the fact that they have so many extra parking spaces when you have visitors. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. A perfect place for any age group. I’m retired and 64..... I feel so at home here.
