Its great to be the first person in a unit and have brand new stuff like a stove/oven, shower head, and better yet a storage closet on the patio. I haven't been at any unit in UT that had storage on the patio. Its helps declutter my apt

I had an extremely frustrating experience with The Focal Apartments. When I applied, I was told there would be EV chargers available, which was a key reason for choosing this complex. As my move-in date approached, the chargers still hadn’t been installed. Since this was a major factor in my decision, I had to back out of the lease. The move-in consultant assured me that I would receive a refund for my $50 application fee and $250 administrative fee since this situation was not my fault. It has now been seven weeks, and I have yet to receive my money back. Every time I follow up, I’m met with unhelpful responses—I’ve been told there is no number I can call and no person I can speak with to escalate this issue. The lack of responsiveness from management is unacceptable. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I can only imagine how poorly they handle actual residents’ concerns. Avoid renting here—unreliable promises, unresponsive management, and terrible customer service.
