Just 20 minutes northeast of Downtown Dallas, Lake Highlands is filled with sizable homes and affordable apartments for rent. Great Newly Renovated Apartments
The Flats of Dallas just completed a Multi Million Dollar Renovation. Theses are some really good looking apartments now. New, never lived in Units are available now.

Infested!!! Rats and roaches everywhere!
Rats and roaches inside and out of apartments! Can hear them through the vents too! Drunk guys all outside with loud music, not a safe place to live in at all!
