I have seen improvements with new management, it’s just unfortunate that they came a little too soon to truly enjoy living here. I lived across the street at Thousand Oaks for over 3 years before moving to Flatiron. All management has its issues but living here was significantly challenging and is a well known comment from locals in the community. Hopefully this nee management will be consistent and turn things around

Christian is amazing and gets the job done quickly. I decided to continue my stay here in the complex and downsize into another townhome and he told me everything to do and what to expect and before I knew it everything was complete and waiting for my new lease to start in my new unit. That went so smoothly and I was excited to get it done and now all I have to do is move on over in another month. Thank you for staying on top of everything Christian.

it was fine. quiet neighborhood. quiet neighbors. the office is impossible to get a hold of. too many leaks, cracks, wobbly appliances, broken appliances for how expensive it is but overall a positive experience though. no major issues, just inconveniences

recently moved in and love it, every building is unique and so pretty, i love the trees and how open and welcoming everything is. there are many shops near the area has so many things to offer.

I just moved into this apartment complex and so far my experience has been positive. The leasing process was straightforward and the staff were helpful in answering my questions. The grounds and common areas appear to be well maintained. My unit was clean upon move-in and everything seems to be in working order. This was a great experience. The only issue was the nasty trash can! I do not feel I should have to clean a trash can being that I just moved in.

Noisy upstairs and next door neighbors late into the night, i.e. 1-3am. Maintenance crew rude and complains about standard requests. Water shutdown for a large part of the day with no heads up. I do like the neighborhood because it's close to trails, shopping centers, and highways. Community activities sometimes fun to attend.

I should admit that management has done and keeps doing some renovations in the area. TBH my building really required that outlook update for a few years already. Now it is happening. And I hope that won't skyrocket our lease price and tenants will did their best to kepp the property in a good shape.

Moving was very rough, my apartment was nowhere near ready, AC was not working etc…The apartment had not even been cleaned prior to move in.

The location is great, maintenance requests get completed in a timely manner, and the staff I've spoken to have all been friendly and helpful so far. No major issues, just the usual people not cleaning up after their pets or after themselves.

It was easy to move in. Easy to get everything set up. The place is nicer than a lot of the nice places to live in Dallas. The atmosphere is a lot nicer than any that I have seen.

Great place to stay. Happy with my time there and there is a lot to do. There is a lot around the area and great outdoor place to enjoy nature.
Property needs a little bit of work, but maintenance is trying. Office staff never answers the phone. This can be a hit and miss! Let's see how it goes. To be continued!
Everything is wonderful except on the second day I saw a live roach on my kitchen counter. I made a maintenance request and haven’t heard anything
The apartment itself is nice however, the hallways, walls, and doors on the exterior could really use attention. As I drive around I notice doors with awful paint jobs or white paint specks on black doors. I think those small updates make a better presentation in a prime location like this. A few more (2-3) trash compactors would be great as well. The leasing office team is top tier.

There experience has had slight improvements, but nothing directly and personally addressing issues or concerns that have taken place. I see attempts at improvements, but not something that has been particularly beneficial for my family
Despite delays in my apartment renovations flatiron was valentine accommodate me beyond my expectations. I was able to get ahold of maintenance as needed in an emergency and everyone is so welcoming
the apartments are very nice and clean and i love the different layouts. everyone i’ve met from the management team has been extremely nice and helpful
great community and area to live in but maintenance has gotten worse and worse. my downstairs toilet is broken and the water is running nonstop and i put a work order in nearly 2 weeks ago and nothing has been fixed. also put a work order in last week that has not been completed - this one was for my upstairs bathroom because my entire shower door was not sealed right and fell off. luckily it landed on a towel but it’s a massive glass door that is missing now and no one has come to fix it
I truly appreciate how this community is always attentive to the residents’ well-being and consistently keeps us well-informed, and make sure we feel supported and valued
