I should admit that management has done and keeps doing some renovations in the area. TBH my building really required that outlook update for a few years already. Now it is happening. And I hope that won't skyrocket our lease price and tenants will did their best to kepp the property in a good shape.

Moving was very rough, my apartment was nowhere near ready, AC was not working etc…The apartment had not even been cleaned prior to move in.

The location is great, maintenance requests get completed in a timely manner, and the staff I've spoken to have all been friendly and helpful so far. No major issues, just the usual people not cleaning up after their pets or after themselves.

It was easy to move in. Easy to get everything set up. The place is nicer than a lot of the nice places to live in Dallas. The atmosphere is a lot nicer than any that I have seen.

Great place to stay. Happy with my time there and there is a lot to do. There is a lot around the area and great outdoor place to enjoy nature.
Property needs a little bit of work, but maintenance is trying. Office staff never answers the phone. This can be a hit and miss! Let's see how it goes. To be continued!
Everything is wonderful except on the second day I saw a live roach on my kitchen counter. I made a maintenance request and haven’t heard anything
The apartment itself is nice however, the hallways, walls, and doors on the exterior could really use attention. As I drive around I notice doors with awful paint jobs or white paint specks on black doors. I think those small updates make a better presentation in a prime location like this. A few more (2-3) trash compactors would be great as well. The leasing office team is top tier.

Very beautiful area, parks , and nature. Apartment was very clean upon move in and the renovations look really good! The staff and maintenance were all very friendly and welcoming as well
There experience has had slight improvements, but nothing directly and personally addressing issues or concerns that have taken place. I see attempts at improvements, but not something that has been particularly beneficial for my family
Despite delays in my apartment renovations flatiron was valentine accommodate me beyond my expectations. I was able to get ahold of maintenance as needed in an emergency and everyone is so welcoming
the apartments are very nice and clean and i love the different layouts. everyone i’ve met from the management team has been extremely nice and helpful
great community and area to live in but maintenance has gotten worse and worse. my downstairs toilet is broken and the water is running nonstop and i put a work order in nearly 2 weeks ago and nothing has been fixed. also put a work order in last week that has not been completed - this one was for my upstairs bathroom because my entire shower door was not sealed right and fell off. luckily it landed on a towel but it’s a massive glass door that is missing now and no one has come to fix it
I truly appreciate how this community is always attentive to the residents’ well-being and consistently keeps us well-informed, and make sure we feel supported and valued
Have enjoyed living here for the past 4 years, haven’t had any major issues. Only complaints I have is the scorpions inside my unit and when they have been doing a big construction project by my patio, we were not aware it was taking place. It was a big inconvenience for about a month and a half, with the noise, the blocking of our garage making it difficult to get in and out, and not being able to have my windows open.
we renewed here for one more year,as it is very good experience to live here,neighborhood here is too good! If we start living here once can’t shift to another location
So far, so good, my move in was smooth, my concerns were attended. I’ve dealt with issues in the past communities but this time everything was so good.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Close to major shopping malls, trails, and highways which makes it convenient. However, maintenance is unfriendly and gives me a hard time when I place a request. Office makes changes without notification and it's difficult to communicate with them.

I love it here, the only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5, is that there were some maintenance issues that had to be fixed upon moving in. Everything was fixed, but it would've been nice to not have had those issues.

The unit is all fine but somehow feel they gave it incomplete. Issues with appliances, plug points, the patio is not cleaned after work being done.

need more overall security and enforcement of amenity bands. lots of nonresidents in pool and volleyball areas which takes away from resident experience.

My husband and I love it here! It's nice, quite and clean, dog parks are near by and adventure trails walking distance. I love that it's pet friendly here.

We had a quick move due to our home sale and needed a short term lease. Christian found us a spot and everyone that we dealt with moving forward has been excellent,. Ashely was our move in specialist and she made sure any small issues were rectified within minutes. We had a AC issue day one and used the app and the AC repair folks turned up and fixed the minor issue within an hour. Not living in an apartment for over 40 years and this being our first, it has been a really great experience.

The flooring needs better insulation. I am constantly disturbed by my neighbor overhead and they are simply walking. The parking is horrible. Each apartment should have a designated space.
