The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Field
A decent place to live. Rent went up by $30 a month again this year, which isn’t ideal. On the bright side the current office manager is kind and competent. If an issue arose she was quick to get it dealt with and always kept me updated. The property still needs more maintenance workers. There has been some storm damage from this spring that has yet to be dealt with and I know there is a backlog of maintenance requests from tenants.
High turnover with property managers since we have been here but since the new one has joined the property, things have been getting taken care of! On weekends there can be some issues with parking, but it normally only happens sometimes. Overall 4/5 stars! -Angie
Solid place to live with good food in the area and peaceful.
I have lived here for almost two years and I like it. It is a quiet area and it has no through street which keeps it relatively private and most just people that live here are around. It is close to businesses and not too far from campus.
