Dallas is one of the largest cities in America, combining urban sophistication with an incomparable Texan personality. Dallas is an altogether unique blend of cultures, styles, and flavors, with more than one million people calling the city proper home.
Living in Dallas puts you right in the thick of it all, with endless options to customize your experience. Corporate professionals seeking to avoid long commutes may want to look for apartments in Downtown or Uptown, which are both home to major business centers as well as residential communities, affording many residents walkable access to work. Culture enthusiasts should consider apartments near the Dallas Arts District, which is home to the Nasher Sculpture Center, the Dallas Museum of Art, the Winspear Opera House, and more. Creatives may enjoy places like Old East Dallas and North Oak Cliff, where artistic pursuits abound.
Dallas offers some of the most diverse nightlife in Texas, from laid-back lounges to thumping night clubs.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

After submitting my application for a fee of $205 this apartment management reached out to me and offered me a different apartment room and I approved the quote they said I got the place and was approved for the apartment. After MULTIPLE calls and many emails later they finally reached out to me again to go through the documentation and move-in date and the lady approved me over the phone and said I already was accepted for the apartment. Later I receive an email after TWO people have both told me I was approved and the email stated I was denied due to not meeting the proper requirements. Unbelievable, I have never had this issue with previous apartment complexes and I truly do not think this company should still be in business, I will be reaching out and talking to a business bureau and getting my money back. DO NOT RENT, AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY.
Lived here for 6 months, the management and maintenance are good and all but the place is trash!!! They have bugs and insects from bedbugs, roaches, spiders, and ants!! The AC and heater does not work like it’s supposed to and we had to buy our own fans and heater. The paint job were trash trying to cover up stuff ???????. Also not to mention the parking lot…someone scratched my car because they are too tight and small spaces, I didn’t see who did it and that was a shame ???????.
I spent $215 for and application and admin fee. The same so called report they pulled up was the same report that I’m viewing, but according to them I don’t qualify for their apartments. These people in this office are either holding applications or denying application to avoid doing work. You’re better off going anywhere else
The apartments are spacious but you have to share it with the roaches. The windows are thin so your utility bills are high the kids break the windows with balls and rocks from the playground and the apartments flooded with a drop of rain.
I took possession of the home on 01/21 but couldn’t be here until 01/24. My move in costs were paid well before my lease began. There are multiple issues within this unit and they are as follows: - Both dining room outlets don’t work. - Microwave hasn’t been cleaned, the outlet above the microwave doesn’t work(the one it is plugged into in the cabinet) - oven isn’t turning on. It was also left on broil by whomever was in here last. One of the dials is missing from the stove. - Outlet beside fridge doesn’t work - Outlet behind fridge doesn’t work (so fridge doesn’t either) & is coming loose. - Garbage disposal not working. - Electrical Shortage in the outlet on the sink backsplash (bottom outlet on left side of sink. It is also loose.) - Outlet coming loose beneath bookshelf case & kitchen island), - Outlet next to living room closet is caving in, - Top outlet next to living room window doesn’t work - Outlet next to bedroom door in the living room is shifted. - Bedroom carpet isn’t cleaned. - Bedroom outlet next to light switch is caved in. - Unknown black wire cable. - Bedroom sink drawer is off track. - Bathroom vent fan(side & ceiling) not cleaned - Light fixture is falling off in the bathroom. It is not screwed in. - Paint on front door is chipped & dents above lock(on the inside of the unit) on the putter side of the front door, the paint is chipped, warped, and damaged. - Valet trash can not cleaned out - Window screen on balcony(window is missing screen). Bottom of balcony storage door is warped and falling apart. - Smell from dishwasher, inside is rusting and dingy, & outside of washer is falling off. - Sink faucet doesn’t have a sink cap & the sink is slightly blocked up. - The paint on the French doors is chipped and peeling. - The caulking on the baseboards are not properly done. - Windowsills are disgusting. - White paint on the front of the fireplace with a huge hole in the top and bottom. I am very upset with the state of this unit. Not only did the office know I was not coming in on the first day of me being rent responsible, when I did show up, I wasn’t able to have access to the gate until very late last night AFTER business hours which doesn’t make sense because my money was accepted and posted before I was put into the system. Also, when speaking with your leasing consultants, I was told your units were renovated. The appliances do not look modern AT ALL.
Please don’t waste your money here. They don’t answer the phones or emails for a reason!!!! Indio Management is a terrible property management company from top to bottom. Disclaimer: I moved from out of state using the online application. I’m a resident as of Nov 2021, unfortunately. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a complex. I should’ve followed my first mind and cut my losses. 1. There are bugs and spiders everywhere. Can’t get maintenance out for anything 2. They charge $30 for valet trash that may or may not get picked up. No exceptions. 3. They charge $10/month for property LIABILITY insurance but mask it as “renters insurance.” Which by the way, you’ll still have to pay for your own renters insurance to cover your personal property. So you’ll be paying for liability insurance twice. 4. The microwave is hanging and I can’t cook on my stove cause “stuff” is falling out of the microwave bottom. Again, can’t get maintenance out… 5. Contacted Indio Management to complain via phone and email and received no response. 6. Overall they aren’t professional, they don’t properly train their management employees and they honestly don’t care lol 7. J. Lopez is somewhat competent but her customer service skills sucks. 8. And it took 3 weeks for them to process my application which caused me to have to change my move in date, which also changed the rent price ?? So yea….don’t lease here if you can help it. Not worth the time or headache. Get your money’s worth someplace else!!
High criminal rate All drugs dealer around Unsafe area Bad management Everly management very bad One criminal tried to open our apartment door at night . When we called the apartment manager she didn’t made any steps , All area mareguan smells . If you have family and love them don’t step in . They are very bad .
Management is rude and totally unhelpful. Have had rats and roaches for 6 months and they've been out twice to put out poison. Apartments are dumps, and neighbors are inconsiderate and loud. If you need something, you're better off doing it yourself, because they will actively avoid helping you. They towed my cars and put them in another parking lot because they needed to do repairs on the lots.
Roach invested in the walls. Tried different methods to kill them, Bombs, Borax, max raid spray, home defense from Home Depot. They are still there and strong. Pest control only comes Wednesday and Friday. Between that time the pest are free to roam and the best control does nothing
Since new management, things have improved. They are prompt with answering requests.
I have been living here for more than 2 years. It was definitely hard to adjust at first but I can truly say the changes that have been made have had a great impact on the community. It is no longer scary to walk outside at night due to the great security that the new management has provided. Furthermore, they have done a very good job at completing my workorders. A little change can go a long way! Keep it up - Rena Johnston
I’ve been living here for about 4 months and I’ve been treated with nothing but respect they do there best to accommodate every resident needs, I’m comfortable here and I know I can go to them if I’m having issues and they will work with you on situations I love it here
