Overall a good experience. The apartment is an amazing location which makes it a great find. Also the lake near the apartment is an added bonus.

This is such a great community! The area is perfect for a little Saturday shopping, a day out with the girls, or just a chill hangout by the pool on a hot texas day.

Living the same community for 10 years. Great location, great lake, great in unit washer and dryer. Two swimming pool. Just the maintenance is a little slow since covid.

Nice place to stay, near all prime locations. Good amenities. The stairs require regular cleaning (too many cobwebs and dead insects/reptiles).

The apartment should be better maintained. The stairs are so dirty and it hasnt been cleaned for the past 2.5 years. No apartment activities are conducted.

I love the location of these apartments. Super close to two major highways, gyms, grocery stores, shopping, and nature. There’s a trail attached that you can walk on. Maintence keeps grass cut nicely. Overall the apartments are nice but very old and a little out dated.

Recently I had an opportunity to move out to live with a friend for free but I am so reluctant to move out because I feel attached to this community. Really good location.

Lease points still not given in Hpr. There can be monthly activities that involve all the people in the apartment. Also, stairs should be cleaned frequently.

I think my experience at the ESTATE AT QUARRY LAKE was great. I’ve never had any issues checking in in the sense that like applying for the apartment was very easy simple and a quick process. Darrell worked with me to kind of set everything up and after I got into the apartment with the keys it was nice and clean and it smelled good and there’s even an air freshener. I thought it was great if anything there were just a little bit of bugs but ultimately it’s the summer so it’s not kind of like a surprise or anything, but that being said it was a great experience overall.

I have been living here for about 2 months now, and I am loving it. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and I'm just loving my apartment. It's so cute and perfect. The buildings look like brownstones and that is what drew me in first, and the size, it's not too big but it's big enough. Its a great place.

Helpful and friendly apartment staff, maintenance completed requests within reasonable time, great area accessible to many things like grocery stores , parks and entertainment. Apartments are old and have a lot of issues though.

Great location. I love hiking the lake, but recently there is a branch of a big tree is about to fall near the lake trail. Not sure what to do. Hoping it is not fall on to someone's head. Some Neighbour play loud music at weekend after 11 pm

The Estate on Quarry Lake is a beautiful, quiet, friendly community that is conveniently located close to many restaurants, schools, and shops. The management is very responsive and super friendly, and maintenance is top rate. I look forward to extending my residence here.

Great and helpful management, 2 pools cleaned regularly, small but nice gym, amazing trail access, convenient location. Great floor plans and free garage! Only con is the old building structures.

Move in was smooth and easy. I love our new apartment! Getting to enjoy the views and a walk around the Quarry every day make it even better.

Great location, helpful maintenance and office staff, useful amenities like turf dog park, nice .68 mile trail, two pools, and a gym. Older buildings with foundation issues causing unwanted bugs to creep in like carpenter ants.

It's a great place to live. The grounds are kept. The maintenance is great and on time. The staff members are all great. I have lived in apartments in several major cities. This apartment complex is the best by far.

Quarry Lake is such a pleasant environment. Everything is clean and bright--especially those lights at night. The management is responsive and alway ready to help.

Great staff, location, amenities, apartment layout. Buildings are old and have a lot of issues. Area can make it a target for crimes like catalytic converter theft.

It takes two weeks for the maintenance person to come to my apartment to fix things after I pushed the lease manager. Dogs not on leash and some neighbors make laud noise.

Overall I love the Estate!!! I’ve been here 13 months and aside from small fixer upper issues, my experience has been HOME feeling the whole entire time. Quiet property, great staff, good neighborhood, CLEAN community and I feel very safe. You can tell it is an older complex but that does provide more room than other properties that you can consider affordable in this convenient area! Located by the domain and and arboretum in North Austin. The Estate is a gated community nicely nestled between two very busy areas but somehow stays a safe haven and away from the chaos that most renters worry about. I’m proud to call the Estate Home and would happily recommend it for any single female’s/males, families, seniors and the young generation as well. If you are potentially considering the Estate, take this review as a sign to do so. I’m sure everyone has had different experiences but I just renewed and will more than likely stay until I become a homeowner

My time at estate so far has been wonderful. The staff is kind and prompt, the homes are lovely (especially the remodeled ones) and the amenities are great. I especially love the walking/running trail.

Good. Could be better. The stairs can be cleaned atleasg biweekly and pool cleaning should be done regularly. Also the leasing office could organize more get togethers.

I have been living in the community for almost 10 years. The location is great. Easy access to Domin, 183, Mopac. There are two swimming pools. In unit washer and dryer are also excellent. I enjoy walking around the lake.

Love that they have been consistent with refilling poop bag dispensers. The buildings seem to be very old and have a lot of issues beyond maintenances control and ability to repair. Cost of AC is higher than new properties. Ice storms tend to break fire sprinkler lines. Random window leaks when it rains. Ants that live somewhere not visible and constantly try getting into my window. Thankfully they die because of what pest control sprayed but as they try to come in the literally fall apart into little ant debris on my window daily.
