Great location. I love hiking the lake, but recently there is a branch of a big tree is about to fall near the lake trail. Not sure what to do. Hoping it is not fall on to someone's head. Some Neighbour play loud music at weekend after 11 pm

Overall I love the Estate!!! I’ve been here 13 months and aside from small fixer upper issues, my experience has been HOME feeling the whole entire time. Quiet property, great staff, good neighborhood, CLEAN community and I feel very safe. You can tell it is an older complex but that does provide more room than other properties that you can consider affordable in this convenient area! Located by the domain and and arboretum in North Austin. The Estate is a gated community nicely nestled between two very busy areas but somehow stays a safe haven and away from the chaos that most renters worry about. I’m proud to call the Estate Home and would happily recommend it for any single female’s/males, families, seniors and the young generation as well. If you are potentially considering the Estate, take this review as a sign to do so. I’m sure everyone has had different experiences but I just renewed and will more than likely stay until I become a homeowner

i like the place its nearby hospital. The Apartment management fix things if i ask for something to be fixed. they are helpful. I have been staying for almost 2 years now and the place is very good. I have been living in the community for almost 10 years. The location is great. Easy access to Domin, 183, Mopac. There are two swimming pools. In unit washer and dryer are also excellent. I enjoy walking around the lake.

Great location, convenient trail, nice apartment layout. Management is friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been responsive and is also friendly. Love that they have been consistent with refilling poop bag dispensers. The buildings seem to be very old and have a lot of issues beyond maintenances control and ability to repair. Cost of AC is higher than new properties. Ice storms tend to break fire sprinkler lines. Random window leaks when it rains. Ants that live somewhere not visible and constantly try getting into my window. Thankfully they die because of what pest control sprayed but as they try to come in the literally fall apart into little ant debris on my window daily.

Front office is nice and maintenance is quick. Neighbors are friendly. Pool is kept clean and so are the grounds. Apartments are not new or renovated but a great complex nonetheless.

Overall, I'm happy with my decision to live here, Although I wish my apartment was facing the quarry bc it’s a beautiful view. It's been a great experience so far, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.

Living here since June 2014, 10 years! I love the lake. Washer and driers are in the unit, which is so convenient. The only thing bothers me is that more dogs are not on leash. Everything else is good.

Great location, quiet. Leasing office employees could be nicer, but maintenance requests are handled quick. Landscaping/grounds are always kept up. Trash on weekends gets piled up high. But I stay because it’s affordable, quiet, and location. Neighbors are nice.
