Love it here! Apartments are spacious and well kept. Staff is amazing and attentive. My girlfriend and I can’t wait to re-sign for another year!

Overall, good although the fire alarm going off so frequently is awful! We have lived here for about a year and brought a baby home in December, since her birth it has gone off more than I can count. At this rate, when you leave the building because it’s going off nearly no one is outside. Also, no communication about why at all! Not an email, or notice in the elevators. So if you are woken in the middle of the night and expect a curtesy email in the morning, think again.

This is a very friendly place, which brings me great convenience and great warmth to me in a foreign country. Every staff here is very friendly and thanks for their hard work.

The building is absolutely gorgeous! The doors are all blue and the overall vibe of the building is well kept. We are already enjoying some of the amenities and I can’t wait to check out the rest!

So helpful and accommodating when we were moving in yesterday. We had several issues with our movers and everyone did their best to help it go smoothly.

All staff is great but management has gone downhill over the years. No communication, things are always broken, no AC in the gym going on 5 years, broken machines never fixed, all garbage cans in garage suddenly moved to the roof and never replaced

The Enclave has failed to put on the AC on the top floor for two summers now, including in the gym. They claim that they are working on it but nothing gets done. Also, they replaced a TV in the club room with a painting. Seriously..?

They have been helpful every step of the process, if anything needs to be corrected they will work with you. Whether it is maintenance or the leasing office, everyone is extremely nice.

Move in day was grea! Only here 2 days. Apartment ready, communication clear, front desk amazing and found zen garden! Thursday night food truck pleasant surprise.

The apartment is generally nice, but rent increases have skyrocketed with no return on amenity quality. Also, the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night every 1-2 months.

It’s nice. I am new to these apartments but love the amenities. Looking forward to have great memories here. One thing which is little tough is not having a light rail station very near by. If we can get shuttle services during weekend same as we get during weekday. It will be very helpful.

Overall my husband and I love living at the enclave! The facilities are always clean, the staff friendly, and neighbors are also very respectful of one another! The few things i wish would be improved would be the shuttle bus schedule (starting to run earlier than 4:30 in the afternoons as many people get home before than) and the new construction that is happening next to the building

It was a rush to get paperwork and everything in order for a Monday move in, thus leasing office originally didn't have COI nor the elevator reserved (all had been done on Friday). It was taken care of and staff was helpful.

Great overall experience. Would highly recommend to live here. Great community. A very clean apartment and amenity space is great. Rent is reasonably priced

The Enclave in Jersey City offers stunning NYC views from its rooftop - perfect for impressing guests! The Hoboken PATH shuttle is super convenient, and the lobby always has the best amentines.

Great experience love my place great community meet lots of people and Luna gets along with all the pups. We truly have a great time living and being here

I am enjoying my time here at the Enclave. The staff is very polite and supportive. My one recommendation would be to have more visitor spots available.

Extremely clean, very attentive staff, amenities are amazing. I feel very safe in this building as a woman living alone, which was the mist important thing for me

The building is very well taken care of and safe. The neighbors can be noisy and management hasn’t been the best at responding but concierge is amazing

It’s been awesome living here so far. The apartment unit and building are both beautiful and the amenities are super useful and easy to use. So far everyone has been super helpful as well and always available whenever we need anything or need to get in touch with anyone. I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested!

We've lived here for 3 years and we still love our apartment. But that's where it ends. Management is unresponsive & downright incompetent. As the building ages, things are breaking & getting run down. Multiple treadmills have been broken for almost a year. Right now we have only 2 (of 6) working treadmills. We've opened tickets for repair at least 10 times & no fix yet. The pool is a disaster w/ some ridiculous guy always blasting music (on his personal massive speaker like he's the resident DJ), kids unsupervised, management playing favorites over who is allowed to have guests in the pool on weekends. I was harassed by someone's guest at the pool a few weeks ago, told management right after & the guests were allowed to stay. She didn't do anything. The best part, weeks later, still no follow-up from management. Such a poorly run building. I know it's one of the more affordable buildings in JC and because of that, it's become a big frat house. I would not suggest moving here.

Communication regarding lease signing and move in procedures was poor. Otherwise happy with the community so far as it feels safe and clean.

Nice apartment and responsive maintenance staff. The management staff has never been good, short responses, almost as if they don’t care if you live here or not. The concierge team is always awesome though!

Just resigned my lease. Love it here!! Easy to commute to new york city. Great amenities. Pet friendly. Could not recommend the enclave more!

Love my apartment great area for my pup and easy to get around and commute to the path station for my wife and the new farmers market is a nice addition to the area

Like it here. Been here for more than 4 years now. The concierge are friendly and nice. I hate I have to pay 100$ incase i get myself locked out everytime.

Very happy so far. My one complaint is the consistency of the shuttle service. I have noticed that it can frequently be late in the afternoon.

Very comfortable here. Need more shopping close by. Use the shuttle all the time. Great views of NYC I use the health club all the time as well.

Love the location, but building staff always very inconsistent. When you call the front desk, they never have an answer. Whenever fire alarms go off there is no communication follow up as to why. Shuttle bus never follows schedule. They blame on the bus being full but I take the bus almost daily and it is never full when leaving early.

Thus far, I’ve seen the area come a long way, with now 3 full-amenity buildings that offer a cozy community feel. Overall, maintenance of it all has kept up, with more ups than downs. Mgmt.has been responsive and reasonable all along.

What looks like affordable luxury from the outside quickly becomes an absolute nightmare when trying to move in and out. Within the first few days of moving in, we had issues with low water pressure; our washer didn’t have a door latch, so it wouldn’t close or work; the fridge water filter was expired, and they forgot to change it, later we would have no ice or water from the fridge because there was some mechanical issue, and the whole year that we lived there the fridge would emit a high pitch buzz that is not normal but they refused to change the unit or even help fix the issue. The heater/cooling units had expired filters and the thermostat in one of the rooms wouldn’t work so they had to come replace it twice. All of the units start to rattle and make loud noises all the time. With the maintenance person coming to fix the shower head - apparently they’re not supposed to do that and we got told that we broke a rule for that when one of their maintenance person was the one who suggested it, so their internal communication and training is very suspect. Also the parking pass and scanner we got was never provisioned correctly the first time so we couldn’t get into our parking spot and had to work with the management to get that fixed. This was all within the first day or two of moving in and it gets better….They use cheap appliances and units and blame you for them breaking down. Then they leave this for the next tenants to deal with and blame them for issues. Rinse, cycle, and repeat. So shouldn’t we as tenants be subject to some sort of security deposit reimbursement because of this terrible quality assurance on behalf of the management and their team? At least once every two weeks the fire alarm will go off at random times and continue for atleast 20 mins at a time. We also noticed a pattern of misplaced and mistagged packages. Their system somehow always “breaks down” so they’re having to note things down on paper. I’d have to show tracking numbers for them to look for packages when they would tell me we didn’t have any. On one occasion they lost a package and blamed it on our unit for having something to do with it. Then they went back and looked at the video from the mailroom and realized that we weren’t at fault. The amenities, especially the gym always has something that’s broken and issues with temperature regulation. For some reason they started to turn down the heat in many common areas and it’s freezing in there on most days.

It has been amazing. Everything is so good. The apartments are so well maintained. The amenities are so good and unique. The maintenance requests are always resolved so fast. And the best part is, I always feel safe here. Would for sure recommend to my friends.

This is a great building. The amenities are well maintained and are a plus to use. The building also coordinates fun events like comedy nights and Super Bowl parties. I appreciate the effort management puts in to make this a great place to live.

I really like living in this Building. It has great amenities and it is always clean in hallways. It is very quiet and I never hear outside noises

I love living here. Apartment is spacious and amenities are great. The management and maintenance are fast at responding to requests if needed.

The units are very nice and amenities are great, especially the pool and rooftop in the summer. There are a lot of awesome people who live in the building. Building management is pretty useless if you have a problem and couldn’t care less about feedback. A big issue I have is not enforcing pet policies. There are people walking off leash outside of the parks and not cleaning up after their dogs. I don’t bring my dogs near the parks anymore because they’re disgusting.

2 years in been great have an awesome time at the events organized here but we could add more food trucks. Great staff and great dog park for the pup

Great place to live! I enjoy the staff and believe that they are all helpful and friendly. I moved in October here, so I look forward to being able to use the pool area come Spring.

The Enclave is a wonderful community to live in. There are so many amenities to enjoy and the building does a great job of putting events together for the residents to connect.
