Tall ceilings make the space feel open and airy, and the office treats? Our dog now thinks errands are a party. Maintenance is quick, and the management team is warm, attentive, and always looking for ways to improve—even when everything already feels well-run. The layout is peaceful yet community-friendly, and despite being pet-friendly, it’s impressively clean. Like, “are these dogs secretly trained in housekeeping?” clean. This place has heart. It’s the kind of home that makes transitions easier and everyday life a little more joyful.

Quiet and safe complex. It has great amenities and has everything you need nearby! I think the only downside is the mail service since packages arrive later than expected because of the 3rd party service the complex uses.

Great experience living here! Staff is friendly, amenities are great. The area is ideal and 15 min from downtown and the medical district. About 25 min to the stockyards. Only negative is living on the side closest to the tracks (north) and by the trash dumpsters. It can be a bit loud but otherwise very quiet.

Living at The Elm at River Park in Fort Worth has been a great experience! The apartments are modern, spacious, with amenities that really stand out. The pool, gym, and community lounge are all great, and the location near the Clearfork is perfect! The apartments being pet-friendly was key, and love the pet amenities (like the gated dog park and pet spa). Parking can be tight at times, but overall, it’s a welcoming and comfortable community. Love my place at The Elm, - Spacious and well-designed rooms - Modern amenities, including gym, pool, and community lounge - Friendly and responsive management team - Convenient location, close to local shops and main places. Cons: - Limited parking options, usually residents or guest do not respect the spaces. - Occasional noise from neighboring pets and visitors. I've lived in The Elm for one year and have had a great experience. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light. The community amenities are top-notch, and the management team is always responsive to any issues. If you're considering moving here, I would suggest: - Asking about parking options before signing a lease - Visiting the apartment during different times of day to gauge noise levels - Taking advantage of the community events and amenities. I definitely recommend The Elm to be your next place to live.

I have been living at The Elm for a year now. It is a wonderful place to live. Everyone is very friendly. The property is very well maintained. Any work requests are completed in a timely manner. We just moved in within the last month and absolutely love it. All of the amenities are wonderful and are very well kept. We spend a lot of time at the dog park with out 2 pups and have nothing but great things to say. Everyone is so nice an inviting and the dogs love it as well. The leasing staff is very helpful and gets back to you in a very timely manor as well. Overall we have loved out experience here at the elm and wold recommend it to everyone!

I think what I love most about The Elm is how communicative they are, and consistently updating us on any concerns or changes. I feel very safe at this apartment, and love that there are 3 layers of security. The parking garage, the door to the hallways, and my front door. 4 if I include the police officer that lives at the apartment!

Honestly living here has been better than i could've expected. Kate was out of this world helpful when i rented this place sight unseen, my 1 bedroom is so spacious with lots of storage, the people are so nice, the complex isn't too big either which i love and gives a personal feel. Overalls 10/10 quality.
