Do not move here! The hot water was out for 6 days and the management company refused to discount rent for us. They only care about their bottom line at the cost of their tenants. Additionally, lots of their amenities do not work and it takes a very long time for them to acknowledge or take any action to fix it.

Managers hide from tenants. No returned emails/ phone calls NEVER answered. No one ever in the office. Homeless people, broken elevators, random charges. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

My rent was too high at my current apartment so I needed to find another place close to downtown. I was absolutely floored when I found The Elements! My rent will be less but this building is so classy. I was afraid that I’d have to sacrifice quality. Can’t wait to move in at the end of the month. Would have given 5 stars but construction is still in progress.
