Roach city of Houston. Poor management. High turnover. Crime invested. Gun shots often. Break-ins nightly. The manager has a bad attitude and over talks residents. Falsely advertised on internet.
i lived here for an a year and it sucked!! my apt was dirty when i moved in and i had to clean it but i overlooked that…someone went into my apt while i wasn’t there and peed in my shower! then someone shot out my glass patio doors. big fat rats!! my entire building had rats and all the apts would do is set those black traps outside rather than some other method to get them out of the walls. you could literally hear them crawling around in the walls! apts always smell like smoke somehow. i wish i could post pictures here for proof bc i want to save ANYONE from this nightmare complex. the staff was rude as hell too!! they knew it was rodentville and didn’t wanna hear about it!

Be careful with this people, once you leave they might charge you without telling you and sell your “debt“ to a collector, which will affect your credit. I paid in full everything I had to before leaving... This people now affected my credit and now I have to deal with this... I've left this place 7 months ago and now this pops out of nowhere. Maintenance is terrible, place is full of roaches,and the people throw trash everywhere.... avoid this place at all cost!!!!

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES! My friend moved in sept 2020 and there are roaches everywhere, when it rains, brown stuff back up into her bathtub, the Fossett STILL has not been fixed, the walls are PAPER thin, her neighbors BLAST music every single day and night, when she moved in the oven was unplugged and sitting in the middle of her kitchen, the refrigerator has pieces hanging from the bottom, she’s paying for valet trash and STILL has not received a trash can. There are cats everywhere. Front office said the owners are being really cheap and don’t want to pay maintenance to fix what needs to be fixed. Honey the whole complex needs to shut down and never start over

Lived here a few years ago. There's really nothing positive to write about this property. Foundation of property was definitely falling apart. Tons of roaches, spiders, ants, you name it, they have it. Nothing's done with noisy neighbors and those that don't pick up after their pets. Manager and staff does not pick up the phone when they're in the office, nor do they address issues, like stated previously. Fake homeless begging for money down the street. Moved out and never received security deposit back.
Leasing office is always changing personnel live here for 4 years maintenance is great. Managers have poor attitude and poor customer service.

The leasing staff sucks!! They NEVER answer their phone or call anyone back that includes business hours M-F and weekend hours.
Staff is rude and not helpful. They told us they had camera's on site when we moved in and that is not the case. Our car was missing and we filed a report with police that is was stolen and notified the apartments and they did nothing and told us the cameras were not working. We later found out that it was towed for not having a parking sticker even though it was a new car we had for just 3 days. When we called management they informed us they do not monitor who comes in and towing trucks can come anytime in the night and tow your car without notice. On top of that the apartments are in poor condition and there are cockroaches and ants everywhere no matter how clean you keep it. Everything constantly breaks and it can take weeks for maintenance to come do simple repairs.
I'm currently living at the suckison and there's roaches everywhere plus they decided to do construction to the entire complex in the middle of the holidays so there's nails all over the parking area. The people they hired to redo every building are taking up all the parking spaces so on a nightly basis when I come home there's no where to park. The tow company won't do anything about the cars taking up spots that don't have parking passes. The apartment complex sucks and I hope no one decides to stay here. Being right across from HEB isn't enough I honestly can't wait till my lease is up. They also just got bought and fired all the old staff and hired new people. If you pay good money to stay somewhere you should be able to park within a decent walking distance of your apartment but that's not the case for them. Plus they didn't even give people in the complex warnings about the construction just one morning at 6 am there's all this banging and trucks everywhere and about 30 people walking around taping off the complex. Some of them even made an advance at my dog. Honestly the worst complex I've ever stayed at. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wonder I'm the only review on here because there's not an option for no stars.
Tons of cockroaches everywhere, stray cats are ever so present. You can hear basically everything the upstairs, next-door neighbors do and building foundation is basically falling apart. Several break-ins, drug dealers/users are all around. Panhandling right around the corners. Maintenance times are hit-or-miss, sometimes, they comes within a few hours, sometimes... days. Calling to office, half the time... they don't pick up, even when they are there. Perks are: Right next to several stores, restaurants. That's about it.
My list, as to why we won't be renewing our lease, is pretty extensive: -Staff is rude! -Homeless people everywhere! -Valero gas station (next door) is a horrible and scary attraction -Drug deals take place next door and around the corner! -Unclean, stray cats everywhere! -ROACHES (large and small baby ones)! -The guy upstairs sounds like he is about to fall through the ceiling & into our bed (It's the bad floors up there, not him) -They are renovating the interiors, but the buiding foundation is so horrible that they will soon have to tear this place down! -Everyone (non-residents) knows the gate code! I COULD GO ON AND ON, BUT I'M SURE YOU'VE READ ENOUGH! Please don't waste your time and hard earned money. There are so many others (w/in 5 miles) that are far better!
The Valero gas station on the near corner ruins the whole neighborhood. Country club on one corner and homeless begging on the other.
