The Doral is a beautiful, welcoming community filled with friendly neighbors, peaceful streets, and vibrant charm. It’s truly a gem—though some folks still need to clean up after their dogs!

I loved my introduction to dorel apartments, very clean, and affordable. Ms.Brittany was very helpful, very patient, im glad i chose the dorel apartments.

Our time at the Dorel has been amazing, highly recommend.

So far the apartment has been good. No problems with guest or anything, but the parking can be scarce sometimes. I think it’s because some people leave their cars without moving them for a while. Otherwise it’s been a good experience.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Dorels. The pool is great, and the whole place has a really chill and relaxed atmosphere. It’s quiet, not noisy at all, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a nice experience!

I have lived here 3 years and will be staying a 4th year at least. The management team and maintenance team have been excellent especially in this last year.

The Dorel and its management team have been very communicative and helpful with all aspects of my stay. I have had no negative interactions and any work orders that I have placed have been on minor things, such as wasps nests, that have been fixed in a timely manner by friendly people. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and am glad I chose this complex.

Place is really chill, community is great, and as a new resident it already felt like home. More to still experience and enjoy here at dorel

So far so good. I love the area and the people aren’t noisy. I get the gym all to myself which is really nice. I’m so close to my job. The only thing that sucks a lil bit is that it’s a lil pricey but it’s for a good reason

People here are really helpful, loving the pool and the gym, and just loving the scenery. Really nice place and glad we get to experience it.

Have lived at Girard Ct apartments for 9 yrs very peaceful and quiet area. Definitely would recommend more landscaping that has pretty flowers. More often upscale looking area other than what we have currently.

Very nice apartments and has a nice view. Appliances are good and it’s very quiet in the buildings. Good amount of parking and neighbors are respectful

It’s an amazing place for our first home! The staff is top notch mrs brittany makes everyone feel welcome, and as if were one big family. Mrs tanya is amazing and always puts residents first. Overall I am in love Dorel and the community here!

I moved to Dorell In June 2024 till today I don't have nothing to complaints about. The customer service of the office is great, whenever I need help they are always here and also my son love it especially after school he always stop at the office to grab water and snacks. I love this community and everyone has been minding their business lol. I love a quiet place .

I have lived here for 5 years and wouldn’t change a thing! I love the convenient location and the office and maintenance staff are amazing when you have an issue.

Everyone here is very kind and helpful! The amenities are fantastic and I am enjoying the spacious room we have. The staff here has made it very easy to feel at home.

In 33 years of military service and moving on numerous occasions, the support received by Brittany to transition to Texas has been exceptional, accommodating, and exemplary. Brittany helped with recommendations for electric services, emergency support, internet, and suggestions for home decor. Moreover, her choice of gifts, follow up phone calls, and introducing neighbors, helped make this transition smooth and less stressful. In closing, Brittany's professionalism, recommendations, and thoughtful consideration is a great testament of community I look forward to serving and living alongside. Peaceful and friendly. People also mind their business too. Great area to walk around at. Pools are good when the heat is out. I love working out in the gym. Miss Brittany and The Dorel team loves their job and are always ready to help me out when needed.

So far We love it here. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. The apartment is really nice and we love that it comes with a washer and dryer! Lol

My family and I have lived at the Dorel Apartments for over a year now. Our time here has been nothing short of incredible, especially with the most recent management. Brittany is a phenomenal leasing agent and always goes above and beyond to help us with anything. We are so happy we decided to renew our lease and call this place our home.

Recently suffered a debilitating injury and will be on crutches for several months. A neighbor in the building noticed the change in my situation and offered to take care of my trash bags for me. What a great neighbor and what a great community!

I really would like to stay brief, but the front office personnel are amazing. They work with you, and make sure your concerns are resolved. Maintenance is efficient and comes as soon as possible and as much as you need them! Apartment community is quiet, not loud, not much happens when it comes to incidents for the most part.

Very calm and secure place. I would recommend this place to someone else. I’m glad I chose this place. Look forward to my time here for the feast of my lease time.

Safety concerns. The Dorel does not prioritize safety for residents. Gates breaks every other month. Packages are stolen from your doorstep. There was literally email the other day about a bicycle getting stolen. Also, emails about cars getting broken into and they are letting residents know they can’t do anything about it.

Wonderful amenities- fresh swimming pool and up to date furnished gym. Good management and resident relationship, exclusive programs to foster good resident-resident relationships.

Living here has been a blessing to me. I have no complaints about the facilities, the staff, and the community. I would recommend to any non-resident to consider living here at The Dorel Killeen.

Neighborhood is a quiet and friendly. The office will regularly host events for different holidays/celebrations which makes it easier to engage with the community.

Staff was very helpful when it came to moving in on short notice. Had a great walk through and completed everything else needed over the phone as my job has me out of town a lot.

Ms.Brittney is a ray of sunshine of a cloudy day ! She worked with me and my wife for hours to cater to our every need. Being a disabled vet I had a few accommodations that I needed arranged. She was more than happy to do everything in her power to do so. She juggled walk-ins and appointments all the while making sure we felt welcomed and heard. She gave us a full tour of the facility making sure we saw everything. She aided us at every turn in out application and lease! I would highly recommend the dorel to any tenants ! The facilities are top shelf and unlike many apartments they have a very easy layout ; with amenities at every turn. You're missing out if you haven't checked them out !

It has been so good staying here so far! I find it absolutely cozy and full of things to do. Everybody is so nice a keeps to themselves for the most part, however I can say whenever I’be needed help it was available or provided thankfully. Never mind while having good policies and everything for our furry family.

Since I moved everything has been so calm, my best place to be in the gym is always clean. Nice neighborhood and great people. I feel safe and also my son enjoys the basketball court.

I'm thrilled to share my new resident experience with you all. I just moved into one of the beautiful The Dorel apartment and it’s really a great neighborhood. The property has amazing amenities, and my place has plenty of natural light and a cozy vibe. I'm loving the proximity to local parks, restaurants, and shops. The community is friendly, and I'm excited to get to know my neighbors better. It's feeling like home already!

It's been a very peaceful, beautiful apartment complex. There has been a lot of turn over in management since moving in with it being easier to connect with some and others a little harder. Overall they keep it clean, have quick maintenance responses, and comparable prices for the area (like any place the prices do vary significantly between building/time of year/length of lease/etc which can feel frustrating at times knowing others are paying significantly less for the same size apartment).

From the management team to the maintenance gentleman…Dorel was an amazing place to live. Modern units with great amenities and resort style pool. Will definitely come back after this rotation.

Everyone seems to be to themselves and very respectful. For the most part it's not always as noisy maybe here and there but it's not a 24/7 thing. And I do love my apartment and being here for the time I've been here the front office staff is amazing and I've enjoyed my stay thus far.
