I visited the area before moving into my new apartment & so far, I enjoy the area & the apartment complex at this time.
Glad to have met and helped the neighbors who I came across. Everyone is nice and to themselves but the only complaint is pet owners not cleaning up after their pets.
It’s an amazing experience, since the moment i walk in the sales office. Ms/Brittany she took care of everything from touring to signing lease, facilities are amazing, Neighborhood is great
My experience at The Dorel Apartments has been positive so far. Although I have not lived here for long, the staff has consistently been kind, professional, and accommodating, which has made the transition smooth. The noise level is reasonable, being on the first floor near the basketball court and dog park naturally comes with some activity, but it works well for me as I do not prefer complete silence. I imagine residents on the second and third floors may have a different experience in that regard. While the apartments are somewhat outdated, they have been comfortable to live in, and overall I am a satisfied resident ??
The staff at the leasing office are very nice and easy to deal with. Love the community areas. Great location too, so close to any store you could think of.

Brittney is such a sweet soul and made this experience great. I feel that the rent for this place is too high. A lot of things need to be updated like the washer & dryer, fridge, and stove! My apartment flooded twice so I wasn’t a really big fan of that! But overall it was cool!

My husband and I moved in here and we love it. It gives us peace of mind knowing the complex is gated, there’s tons of family friendly amenities (the pool is absolutely gorgeous) and there’s always fun events being planned by management.

I have lived here for 5 years and have no complaints. As a single mom I have always felt safe here and never worried about my son being being home alone after school. It’s safe, the grounds are kept clean, and it’s a peaceful place to call home.

Really good community. Very family friendly. Great location with easy access to highway, grocery stores, ect. My only issue is pet waste from lazy owners.
My experience at the Dorel has been a good one, very clean and quiet. The price are affordable and the staff is very welcoming. Not a bad place to stay if you looking.

So far the apartment has been good. No problems with guest or anything, but the parking can be scarce sometimes. I think it’s because some people leave their cars without moving them for a while. Otherwise it’s been a good experience.

The Dorel and its management team have been very communicative and helpful with all aspects of my stay. I have had no negative interactions and any work orders that I have placed have been on minor things, such as wasps nests, that have been fixed in a timely manner by friendly people. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and am glad I chose this complex.

Have lived at Girard Ct apartments for 9 yrs very peaceful and quiet area. Definitely would recommend more landscaping that has pretty flowers. More often upscale looking area other than what we have currently.
Very nice apartments and has a nice view. Appliances are good and it’s very quiet in the buildings. Good amount of parking and neighbors are respectful

I moved to Dorell In June 2024 till today I don't have nothing to complaints about. The customer service of the office is great, whenever I need help they are always here and also my son love it especially after school he always stop at the office to grab water and snacks. I love this community and everyone has been minding their business lol. I love a quiet place .

Everyone here is very kind and helpful! The amenities are fantastic and I am enjoying the spacious room we have. The staff here has made it very easy to feel at home.
In 33 years of military service and moving on numerous occasions, the support received by Brittany to transition to Texas has been exceptional, accommodating, and exemplary. Brittany helped with recommendations for electric services, emergency support, internet, and suggestions for home decor. Moreover, her choice of gifts, follow up phone calls, and introducing neighbors, helped make this transition smooth and less stressful. In closing, Brittany's professionalism, recommendations, and thoughtful consideration is a great testament of community I look forward to serving and living alongside. Peaceful and friendly. People also mind their business too. Great area to walk around at. Pools are good when the heat is out. I love working out in the gym. Miss Brittany and The Dorel team loves their job and are always ready to help me out when needed.
So far We love it here. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. The apartment is really nice and we love that it comes with a washer and dryer! Lol
Brittany was incredible with helping me and my boyfriend with the move in process. Great at communicating. Was so helpful with explaining all the details for moving into the apartment. love the atmosphere.
My family and I have lived at the Dorel Apartments for over a year now. Our time here has been nothing short of incredible, especially with the most recent management. Brittany is a phenomenal leasing agent and always goes above and beyond to help us with anything. We are so happy we decided to renew our lease and call this place our home.

Recently suffered a debilitating injury and will be on crutches for several months. A neighbor in the building noticed the change in my situation and offered to take care of my trash bags for me. What a great neighbor and what a great community!

I really would like to stay brief, but the front office personnel are amazing. They work with you, and make sure your concerns are resolved. Maintenance is efficient and comes as soon as possible and as much as you need them! Apartment community is quiet, not loud, not much happens when it comes to incidents for the most part.
