Hey - what a lovely thing to say! We appreciate you so much.
I am happy with my apartment but am concern that there seems to be more concern about how the outside of the building looks then the inside of the building. Mainly the breezeways.

I absolutely love living here! The apartments are spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The management team is incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Every time I've had a question or needed assistance, they've gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The amenities are top-notch, and the community feels so welcoming and safe. Plus, the specials they offer make living here an even better deal. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! It’s hands down the best place I’ve ever called home!

Communication is improving. The garage parking needs to so much better. Their needs to be speed bumps. Including by the park before kids cross street. Overall great area & so good to have a 24 hr gym!

So good to hear from you! Thanks for letting us know. Have a great day!
The District in Little Elm is a very recently and modern-constructed series of buildings. Great pools and modern exercise rooms. The apartments have all modern appliances, laminate flooring with marble counter tops, and a nice bathroom with a tub/shower. The central HVAC unit is great. Balconies are average but include a very modern sliding glass door with hang-down blinds - although Studio apartments do not have any extra windows.

Hey there - our pleasure! Happy you had a great experience.
The staff are so unprofessional, and rude. I do not understand why they are so rude, it's not like they do anything, as they do not pick up the phone, they do not call you back and they do not reply to e-mail's' The pool smells like weed. Pest all over the place Just a Bunch of people not doing their job. things damages and broke all over the place I am going to move out on my own, they can deal withz this mess

Hi there - I'm so sorry you had this experience. Please rest assured we find this type of behavior unacceptable, and will address it immediately. If there's anything else you'd like us to know, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We want to make it right.
You can not get ahold of the office. The office does not pick up the phone. The office does not return your voicemails. The office does not respond to E-mails. The grounds are trashed. Homes and Halls are infested with ants, Roaches, and crickets. Very cheap constructions, so everything breaks. The Latch system does not work, and there is 1 real key to your home. Be ready to be locked out of your home all the time. The office and anyone who works there can open your door at any point and time with their phone, and there is no tracking to see when they enter. Loud is an understatement. You can hear everything for everyone. no peace. Management is carless. The office staff are rude , unprofessional. Bonus, if you bring up a major issue to the office, instead of fixing the issue, they cut ties with you, and refuse to ever talk to you. They also can not keep employees to save their life. So far we have had 4 managers, then we went months with no manger. We have also lost 4 assistant mangers, and currently do not have one. The rest of the staff are temp workers. I have never seen a community so poorly ran. There is so much frustration in this community due to the management not willing to address major issues. I will never rent from this management company ever again, its been a nightmare.

Hi - I'm so sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations (or our standards), and one of us will get in touch directly to see what we can do to make it right.
When we moved a few months ago things were fine until someone moved in above us. The floors are incredibly thin. You can every footstep, even alarms going off and they will not do a thing about it. Poorly built so much that now when our neighbor steps in various area we hear creaking. We can still hear neighbors when we have fans, sound machines and earplugs in. No compliance officer is actually on-site nor do they ever answer or call back. They have been through 3 managers in less than a year. We’ve made numerous complaints and now they have stopped responding to us at all. We’ve lived in places like Austin Ranch and loved it! Management, building the property with quality material and contractors and enforcing noise policies makes all the difference. 100% do not recommend and if you do move here make sure to get 4th floor.
