The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Curb
I moved into The Curb after being homeless for 2.5 years and thought I finally found a quiet, safe place. Instead, I was hit almost immediately with “smoking” violations based only on alleged odor, with no photos, no video, and a “100-foot rule” that does not appear in my signed lease. Management refused to inspect my unit even after I invited them multiple times to see there was no smoking inside. I’ve also experienced staff behavior that made me feel watched and harassed (including hanging around my door and then speed-walking away), a conveniently timed “random” inspection, and, most recently, tampering with my brand-new 2023 Nissan Ariya while it was parked in the garage. A police report and a body shop estimate now state the side molding appears to have been pulled or kicked off the vehicle, not normal parking damage. I’m documenting everything with emails, recordings, police case numbers, and repair reports because I no longer feel safe or respected here. If you’re considering moving in, read the lease carefully, ask very specific questions about enforcement and security, and document every interaction from day one.
I came to look at a unit at The Curb about a week and a half ago. When I arrived I was greeted by a women in the waiting area. She was very friendly. The leasing consultant that ended up giving me a tour was Joshua Cam. Joshua was very friendly, very friendly and was very knowledgeable. He had a new employee shadowing him as well, his name was Alexander. Alexander was an absolute sweetheart and so kind. What I liked about Joshua is he did not put pressure on Alexander. I know how some people get when someone is shadowing him. He gave him space allowed him to ask his own questions and wasn't bossy towards him. I love to see that. Joshua showed me a few units and some of the amenities. The building smelled amazing and was very clean. I know I asked him the same questions about 10 times but he was patient and answered them each time. Even if I decided not to move there I would highly recommend Joshua or Alexander!!!
You can always here fire alarms going off especially late into the night. Twice the building fire alarms went off at 2am and 3am due to someone pulling the alarm. I have been late to work this year 3-4 times due to building water being shut off at 7AM and not being able to shower. Floors are very thin, all you can hear is people walking above you. Apartments can never stay cool, A/C has to be running 24/7 while you are home. You are pretty much paying SONO and Stamford prices to live next to a highway and not walkable to anything. On the weekends all you can hear is street racing all night up and down the connector. Cheap appliances; my oven brakes every other week. Don't even bother asking to get it fixed anymore; cannot preheat anything. You are also paying full expensive prices while they are constantly tearing down roads and doing road work by the train station and across from building C.
You hear EVERYTHING from above you, even the pipes when someone flushes sometimes. POOR quality. The granite countertops aren’t even granite, just a high grade replica. Told the management office in regards of the unit above me making such stomping noises and that was ignored. So many restrictions for residents. The “leasing manager” is just always LOST. In the lease it even states you need a certain percentage of your unit to be covered with carpet (I should of known from then). & I don’t need the leasing office to write a comment in regards to my review or a phone number because the same nonsense is going to keep happening. TERRIBLE
DONT.Just dont stay here lmao, you can literally hear EVERY footstep of the unit above. They be walking casually but it sounds like 808 bass sound or sounds like stomping. Can’t even sleep properly you will wake up by the noise.Really thin walls and floors. You’ll be mad everyday if you work at home coz of the loud stomp even tho they just “WALKING” And the staff seems like doesnt even care.So dont ????
I moved in a few weeks ago, everything about this place is great except for if you lose the lottery and get an awful upstairs neighbor. We have children running and stomping around for hours per day and a parent that screams and doesn't seem to care. Our ceiling and floors are vibrating constantly. I've put in a noise complaint, if meaningful change happens I'll update this review.
Easily the best tour we've been on in the past few weeks looking for apartments. Our guide Kaitlyn was extremely informative and didn't pressure us at all, she was able to show us a ton of apartments and really knew her stuff. Thanks again!!!!
If you're looking for a place to party and be rowdy and loud and disruptive well into the night and have no regard for your community or neighbors, don't live here. If you want to live somewhere, that is quiet, clean, well managed, well equipped and secure - live here! I've lived here since 2019 after having moved from Stamford and it's a dream. Management is professional, attentive, and helpful. There are a lot of rules and regulations in the lease and that is part of what helps keep the community as lovely as it is. It's not a free for all. And we love that. Amenities are plentiful - beautiful community rooms and facilities, patios, pool, game rooms, gym and spin studio. Secure building dial in and concierge on staff into the wee hours of the morning. If your priority is making a nice, comfortable home with peace and quiet and convenience, this is it.
I’ve lived here now for 5 months and it is getting worse each month. The alarms never stop going off just from baking in the oven, the apartments are sweltering hot at a routine 74 degrees without turning on the thermostat. Packages are stolen, lost, and perishables are rotted before you receive them. Management has no control over the owners BLT Business & Land Technology who refuse to hire a concierge for Building 1 so you have to get EVERYTHING in Building 2, which is a huge inconvenience. The service elevator is not monitored and anyone moving has to use that one elevator which also serves half the building of over 250 people. The staff is so overburdened that they can’t unlock the elevator when someone’s move is finished because they are also managing the needs of Building 2! We can experience no elevator for half the building for days. All of this while paying premium price is ridiculous. You can find better amenities at a lower price. Stay away. Tenants are generally miserable here just waiting for their lease to expire.
Its a nice building, very costly and Management got soo many rules and restrictions for residents! Management controls how you live here... Sometimes you will have to walk into the other building for your packages! U cant have decorations or whatsoever! Elevators are reserved with no notice to residents!
Have to get to work??? With a parking garage with only one entrance and exit you might in trouble. Do you enjoy sitting behind several people trying to leave the building? Is your boss forgiving when you are 10-15 minutes? Does the same excuse fly at work day after day? Do you enjoy buildings where the manager combative and need customer service training? Do you like being locked into a lease and then they cut rents by $100/month and offer you nothing? Bottom line, overpriced, poor customer service, nickle and dimes you on top of the rent. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this place.
