Friendly helpful management. Exceptional maintenance department. Great location close to restaurants, movie theater, lakes, etc. wonderful places to walk dogs. Apartments are relatively quiet.

My husband, Larry, and I, and our dog Sadie, moved to the Courts Of Devon just over three months ago. We couldn’t be happier! We love our apartment and the patio. I can enjoy having flowers and plants and Sadie can enjoy sitting outside and listening to the birds and watching the squirrels and rabbits go by! We have absolutely lovely neighbors. And the neighborhood itself is so walkable and beautiful . Everything you need right at your fingertips! The maintenance staff are so helpful and responsive. And we love the gym and the pool. We look forward to many happy memories in our new home and neighborhood.

We are delighted with our apartment. The location is ideal. Parking is always available. Our experience with maintenance has been exceptional. The men responded almost immediately. They are courageous and knowledgeable. The Office Personnel are always helpful and very responsive.

Everyone is very professional and friendly. The whole process has been smooth sailing. We just Love the neighborhood and can’t wait to move in!

I am happy and hopeful for the lawn sprinkler system to be reactivated. The lawn in front of my apartment needs replenishment. Aeration and seeding are not enough if there's no water.

The maintenance staff is wonderful, anything goes work , they react and fix things quickly. The office personnel is pleasant, unfortunately they don’t follow through. They ignore Lease requested, it’s takes 3 or 4 calls before the issue is addressed. I’ve been a resident since 2015. I’ve left several messages about resident smoking, the tenant is still smoking. At least they are pleasant. I hope they fix the communication and address issues quicker

The Courts of Devon is a fabulous place to live. The leasing staff is helpful and friendly. My apartment was spotless when I moved in, and the location can't be beat.

We really loved living in these apartments. The apartments are very well appointed for the price. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and kind. I genuinely cannot recommend living here enough.

The Courts of Devon in Gaithersburg shines! Staff are genuinely helpful, addressing concerns swiftly. Amenities impress: a well-equipped gym, sparkling pool, and inviting common areas. Location is a major plus, close to shopping and dining. Apartments are spacious, with modern finishes. A true community feel prevails. Minor noise from nearby roads, but overall, a fantastic living experience. Highly recommend!

Been extremely helpful with the move in process, from lease application, through the whole "what needs to break completed before moving in" stuff, etc. You've made it very easy.

Management team and staff are attentive and responsive to requests. I like the 'Consider it done' mindset. I have lived here for slightly over a year and plan to stay here longer.

Great location and staff, quick to respond to small/maintenance requests but from day one of living here our balcony was unusable. After years or requests to get it fixed it was just replaced the month we are moving out.

Wonderful community and neighborhood to reside in. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance, along with walking trails. Office and Maintenance Team are some of the best around.

We value this community and sing its praises all the time. From the great staff at the office who respond quickly when needed (rarely needed though since barely any issues ever), to the maintenance crew who are super professional and on top of things, the community events that are high quality (always so impressed), and the super well maintained overall facilities. Love it here.

One year living at the courts of Devon and it has been amazing! The community , the neighborhood, the people who live and work here are incredible.

I seldom need anything from management or maintenance, but when I do, the staff is right there within an hour. The complex is extremely well maintained and management seems to take pride in that. Another thing that sets Courts of Devon apart from other apartments I've encountered in the past are the various social activities offered on a regular basis.

We have been living here for almost a year and except for some noise from upstairs apartment we are very happy here. The staff and maintenance crew are amazing!!. The pool was so enjoyable this summer. The area has almost everything we need and is walkable.

Living at the Courts of Devon has been great! The staff is top notch, the grounds are alway kept beautiful and when I need something done in my apartment it’s taken care of quickly and always with a smile from the staff! The location is absolutely perfect - close to shopping, dining, post office, my bank, and so many events right here in the Kentlands/Lakelands. I moved here for the convenience and it sure hasn’t disappointed! It’s everything I was looking for and more!

The amenities and maintenance are great. We also find that our electricity bills are lower living here because of the insulation and ample windows and natural light. The location is excellent.

The Courts of Devon is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. From the front office to the team that maintains the property they are professional, friendly, and responsive. I would highly recommend.

The apartment complex and the amenities are well maintained and clean. The maintenance staff are very capable and diligent in their work. The neighborhood is very charming, calm, and gives a happy vibe.

Overall a great community to live in if you're looking at the Lakelands/Kent lands area. Management is very good about upkeep of the units and property. Good air conditioning and heating in units. Only hiccup is the frequency of landscaping, which can be disruptive for those who work from home.

So far my experience has been very good. My apartment was move in ready. I’m loving the location; the neighborhood is fantastic. Everyone I’ve met so far in the complex has been very friendly!

A wonderful Community, in a great location for a short commute to DC. Spacious green spaces in the neighborhood and main street area for dinner and shopping.

Been good overall a few things major things have broken but we're replaced asap. The only issue that has never been addressed has been the deck which i have asked to be repaired several times and was noted on the state inspection and still never repaired. Great location and staff is friendly. Not an energy efficient unit at all windows and doors are very drafty.

Overall, EXCELLENT move-in process. SENSATIONAL community to walk in. Neighbors we have met this far seem "top of the line". First-rate staff

I have been here almost a year and absolutely love living at Courts Of Devon. The staff is excellent, service is always done with a smile, and the sense of community here is amazing! The RAD events were beautifully put together and I had a great time! I continue to love the community, the walkability to everything at the Kentlands, and the access to so much more!

We just renewed our lease. We love living here. The management and employees are wonderful; they are always responsive and helpful. Kurt is terrific and recently helped us and went above and beyond. They have special events that are high quality and fun which build community. Any request to fix something are taken care of quickly and efficiently. Thanks for being a great place.

The neighborhood is amazing everything you could possibly need in within walking distance. The apartment throughout our time here has had some issues as well as the deck.

I've been here for 11 months now and I am thrilled by my experience here. Being new to the area, I really needed the social aspect. There is something every month and I truly value the effort to forge a sense of community.

I have been here just a little over three months and I can’t tell you how much I love this place! The staff is so personal and professional - and extremely prompt when I need something - and the residents are truly amazing! I have met so many great tenants at the social functions the Courts of Devon has as well as just walking around the community. I am so glad I found this incredible gem in the Kentlands!

The Courts of Devon community is incomparable to any other. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the area is conveniently located near beautiful walking paths, shops, and restaurants. I cannot recommend it enough!

Overall very good experience after 1 year and a half. The regular community events are rather well organized and we sometimes go. The maintenance team is responsive and friendly. Recently we were told not to use green area next to the terrace as a personal patio. That's too bad.
