Love it! Since new company took over the lawn/plant maintenance is finally being taken care of! That was the only thing that that bothered me. Office people are awesome too!
The landscapers did an amazing job solving all my issues. They maybe went overboard resodding my entire back yard. Now I need my sprinklers attended to. With the new sod the riser doesn’t come up high enough.
The application process was not difficult. The hard part is getting consistent information the week we were moving in because there were so many different people, temps included, in the office. The community is clean and very quiet. We have had zero issues here and are looking forward to being active in the community. Everyone has been professional and friendly.
Didn’t feel special. Paid money, picked up jet, and was sent on our way. The apartment still had cobwebs. Nothing too bad, but nothing special or noteworthy either.
Great living here, Neighbors and peaceful is what keeps me here. They are diligent at working to get the property to look great. It is frustrating sometimes that I have to talk to someone new every time I visit the office and have to explain myself. Not enough to sway my decision to live here. I intend on renewing my lease to see this property grow .

The homes are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality finishes and plenty of natural light. It’s clear that a lot of care went into creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The community itself is beautifully maintained, with clean landscaping, safe streets, and amenities that truly enhance daily life—whether it’s the walking trails, pet-friendly spaces, or the inviting common areas. Management is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs, which makes a big difference. It’s peaceful, conveniently located, and feels like a real neighborhood where people look out for one another. Whether you’re a young professional, a growing family, or anyone looking for a fresh start in a great place, I highly recommend calling this community home!
Communicate upon moving in is lacking and unclear. People have been changing constantly in the office. While everyone is very nice, it feels as if the constant changes perpetuate a level of confusion.
Great place. Friendly staff. Easy move in process. Easy application process. Clean. Many amenities. Nice layouts and many options. Large property with walking trails and lakes. Pool has been updated and very nice.
We’re still new here but so far we’ve been very pleased. The grounds are well kept and always look so nice. It’s nice and peaceful here. The cottage is pretty and I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a place to live.
Been a great process moving in and a well taken care of facility. Everyone has been very kind and the community and quiet and relaxing. We plan to be here for a while.
The community is quiet and safe, and I rarely heard my neighbors. I wish there were wider or more walking paths for exercise. I think management could focus more on engaging with residents about updates rather than just aesthetic improvements like planting flowers or conducting yoga classes. Parking was one of the biggest frustrations. If you choose a home with a spot in front of it, don’t assume it’s yours unless you paid for it. Parking depends entirely on the consideration of your neighbors, and unfortunately, mine consistently blocked my gate with their truck, making it difficult to even enter my own home. Despite multiple complaints, management didn’t do much to resolve the issue. They’ve replaced things on residents’ homes without any notice—something the previous owners would have communicated in advance. Other issues included pest control concerns (finding rat droppings in my shed despite pest control being included in rent.
A really nice and clean community. It’s also quiet but you do see neighbors out and about walking their pets. The office staff was very friendly helping us get our lease signed quickly. I’d definitely recommend this place.
Responsive with request, the property is kept clean and tidy, and the residents are nice and friendly. This is my second year here, and just now under new management, but they have been great and communicative since the transition
I just wish to have a kids playground or park. Something for toddlers entertainment and play. Otherwise it is really nice to live here. That’s why I don’t rate 5 star.
Pleasant and professional to deal with. Office staff and maintenance personnel get your problems fixed quickly. Amenities like pool are and club facilities are nice for tenants.
It’s been great. I love living here. It’s convenient to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The rent is reasonable and when I need help I get it quickly.
This is a residence that is quiet, clean and if something arises it’s resolved promptly. The walking trails are kept nicely. The yards are kept in a timely manner..
We have loved living here. Getting a house was such a daunting thought for us but this is the perfect and safe in between for our growing family.
We were one of the first ones to move into the apartments and it’s been a great experience here. The residents are friendly the old and new staff have been accommodating!

The dog park needs more lights at night, and it’s needs to be monitored better for people not picking up after their dogs and for people leaving spent cigarettes on the ground. Other than that, it’s clean, safe, and well maintained.
Its a great place. Very clean nice spacious. The people are nice . The pool and amenities are great. The community is set up very unique. Most of people's pet are friendly.
It hasn’t been smooth but under new management it has been smoother! I would love if the rent would come down but other than that it is great
They've been great so far and have made the transition to new ownership an easy one. On time and fair, I plan on renting from them for a lone time to come.

I currently live in a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in this wonderful complex, and I couldn’t be happier. The community is peaceful and well-maintained, making it a great place to call home. The facilities are excellent, and the management team does a fantastic job keeping everything clean and in top condition. One of my favorite things about living here is the abundance of outdoor spaces. There are plenty of areas for walking, which is perfect for getting some fresh air or enjoying a relaxing stroll. Whether it’s the beautifully landscaped grounds or the quiet atmosphere, this complex truly feels like a retreat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-maintained place to live.
Cottage is great! Not very happy with management. We should have been notified prior to all of the changes that happened. We were not told the community was being sold/ all new people taking over. Also they took away all of the cute sculptures/art that was throughout the community. One of the things that drew me to the community. Also, traffic on Old Conroe and 1488 is horrible.
Safe and secure neighborhood. The new mangers are courteous. Publishing due rents on the first of each month is a welcome idea. I love everything about this community.
I love it here, it’s quiet and everyone is friendly. Beautiful community, easy access to everything. This is my second year and i am still enjoying.
I love Cottage Living! My unit is like a little house with a small yard in front and back. The layout is perfect. Whenever I have needed maintenance service, they have been quick and thorough. I feel very safe in the gated community.
Friendly staff. The community is kept clean and manicured. It would be great if the pool was heated during the colder season since there’s no hot tub
new owners are the worst grass and plants are dead in back of property. They leave the gate open all day. Springer system still not working after a month.It took them over an month to get the portal working. The new manager has an attitute not helpfull at all Do Not move here
We toured and signed on the same day. The staff and the community were both amazing. The fact that we were able to get a front yard for our pets, was literally everything we were looking for. Macie did an incredible job showing us the neighborhood. Cannot wait to move in!
