The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Club at Indian Creek Apartment Homes
The price for the location it is in can't be beat. The grounds are well kept and feel very safe. The units are definitely a little dated but everything is super clean.

We appreciate your feedback about The Club at Indian Creek Apartment Homes! It's great to know that Kelly, Crystal and our maintenance team have been helpful. We're pleased you enjoy the space in your apartment and find it quiet and clean. Your recommendation means a lot to us, thank you!
I have lived here for about 2 months now. The facilities themselves are great. The property managers however, are not. Many of their policies4 seem very superficial and non-value added in any capacity, in fact several of which created problem situations for me. Around 5 issues have come up and basically, they told me to kick rocks. Do not move here if you can avoid it, as none of your issues will be taken serious

Moved in with graffiti on the wall while the painters were still painting the apartment on MY move in day. The complex tried to make me wait another two days to move in, but I had already paid movers to help. Took almost a month for them to fix the heat and internet. The maintenance always marks that they have completed their work, then you come home and nothing is fixed. They also do not call before entering, be careful. This has been a horrid living experience and I do not recommend.

I've lived here over 20 years. I wish it was easier to contact the office when I have an issue. I always seem to get voice mail.
My apartment was literally falling apart when we moved in. The closet door was off the hinge, there was crayon all over the sliding door, holes in the wall and the kitchen was disgusting. The management and leasing staff alone are HORRIBLE, just awful. They never responded to any emails or phone calls. I recently moved into a new place and it took a month of me, and my current landlord calling and emailing about my proof of residency before we FINALLY got a response on their text line. Absolutely ridiculous. DO. NOT. Live here.
I've lived here for a little over a year. As apartment living goes. You'll be happy with with area, staff, response to issues that arise. And safety. Definitely recommend this place good people. Nice apartments. No bugs!! Big for me.
Great Manager when available. Maintenance $$$ issues obviously not working on our behalf
Don't recommend this place. Maintenance orders are not completed or done at all!
Quick efficient response to problems.
The Club at Indian Creek has been a great place to live. Communication is always prompt, and they do a great job of keeping the place looking nice.
Don't move here. The overall maintenance of the grounds is not good. There are holes in the buildings and the paint is falling off the outside. My upstairs apt has no insulation and gets really hot. The decks were all supposed to have all have been replaced, but that got screwed up and only half were done when the contract was broken.
Ive lived here at Indian Creek for over 10 years. Its my home. For a two bedroom apartment its rather large over 1300 ft.², and I have a backyard and patio with a garden! The management team is always helpful and you can always reach someone either by phone, the resident app, or in person. I highly recommend The Club at Indian Creek for anyone who wants to live in a large, spacious and clean property with all the amenities such as a pool, playground for kids, a weight room, coffee bar, an Internet office with computers, laundry connections and laundry services, and ample parking with garages and carports. But best of all its the super management team who keep things running! This is a really nice place to live!
I love living at The Club at Indian Creek Apartments. Everything is well maintained and the staff is friendly, attentive, speedy, and thoughtful.
Club at Indian creek is an amazing place to live
Service sucks. Few things get done. My door still.doesn't have a lock on it. Basement flooding. Air doesn't work.
Just moved in and all I can say is GREAT STAFF, good location and any maintenance issue I had was addressed promptly and professionally, well done!
If I could give negative stars I would. Endless list of AWFUL management and DISGUSTING apartments. They changed management and NOTHING is different besides ridiculous rules and money hungry people. I’m moving out in 2 weeks and I’ve never been so excited to get OUT of this place and NEVER look back. Worst apartment experience I’ve ever had.
The management for this complex is rude and lazy. They charge a mandatory fee for concierge trash service, but consistently fail to get the trash. The management refuses to do anything about it and insists that residents should have to deal with their subcontractors to take care of it. There is also a persistent issue with roaches in the complex, which is only getting worse because garbage is left in the hallway for days while their trash service fails to pick it up. Getting maintenance issues dealt with is also hit or miss. I waited almost 3 months for my bathroom faucet to be repaired. Water was pooling under the bathroom sink, but my repair request was closed over and over again with the promise it would be dealt with "soon". I will not be renewing my lease, and I strongly advise that no one reading this move here.
I cant believe i have to even give this place one star much less a moment of my time. This is just crazy. I cant believe theyre allowed to run this bait and switch money grab operation here. Someone should call the BBB and report them. This is a scam apartment complex and is absolutely the most terrible place to live. Can you not? I wish i could afford to leave but i cant.
Please save yourself. Why there are any 5 star reviews is beyond me. My apartment is full of bugs and smells like curry. Please seriously heed the warning of others. You wont get to see your apartment until its too late and you've already signed the lease. Nothing is alright about living here.
The apartment was not clean on move in, doors off hinges. Terrible experience living there. Power bills are $300 . The water goes from scalding to freezing for no reason. Smells like curry and dog. Absolutely the worst.
Horrible apartment complex and horrible people. Mold and several security issues. They'll use the model apartment to lure you in and dump in a garbage apartment. Don't worry, you'll be forced to sign all documents before given the key to inspect your apartment. Terrible place.
We lived here for one year and could not get out fast enough. We even thought about paying the ridiculous fee to leave early. The carpets were disgusting when we moved in and I had to fight to get them re-cleaned. They smelled like a wet dog and urine. A few weeks after moving in we started having electrical issues which continued for over a month there were times we had no heat during the coldest part of the year. The parking is very crowded and the trash is constantly overflowing. The sliding doors were not air tight and the holes were even big enough we even had an issue with mice coming through. There was mold in several places including under flooring (which was peeling back) and air vents. My husband and I were basically sick the entire time we lived here. The day before we moved out the ceiling started leaking and the maintenance guy told us just to leave it if we were moving anyway. The price and location might be attractive but I can not stress enough do not move here!! The staff is not helpful and they are very rude with the exception of one person.
This is a great location for everything! Right next to trails for walks, runs, taking the dog out. Just down the street there is the highway access, but far enough away where the noise doesn't reach you. Shops, stores, restaurants all within a 5 min drive. This is also the lowest rent wise you will pay to live in the nice Overland Park area. Apartments dated could use some slight cosmetic updates inside, but not that bad. They allow even the bigger size dogs, which was perfect for us. The staff is very friendly and love animals as well. They are always giving treats to our dog when we come in to bring rent. If you want a great location in Overland Park without paying a premium, this is a great place.
The apartments are not new. Fairly old, to be honest. However they are pretty well maintained. Apparently the complex was just bought by a new management company less than a year ago. That new company is making many changes for the better. From fixing the potholes in the parking lot, to fresh exterior paint and new floors in the hallways. The maintenance is fairly quick to respond to issues and the office staff are very friendly. All in all I am happy with my residence. I would have liked a newer facility, but everything else makes it better.
