The monthly events have been such a delight, the complex is very clean and organized. The concierge and maintenance team is very pleasant. The only concern is the rats outside the building. You walk out of the building and there like five rats going back and forth.

Love the new addition of snack hour and events that really help residents meet their neighbors! Additionally the concierge and maintenance staff is so amazing and helpful when needed the most! Makes living at the Clark so worth it!

I've had a decent experience living in this luxury apartment. The parking garage is convenient, and the gym is a great perk—though adding equipment like a StairMaster and a squat machine would make it even better. The package system is efficient, and the dog grooming area is a thoughtful touch. While the common areas could benefit from more regular cleaning and fresher scents, overall, the apartment offers solid amenities and a comfortable living environment.
Such a smooth move-in process! So grateful to be here! The staff has been so helpful and accommodating and I'm so in love with my new apartment layout!

Move-in was easy and the staff was super helpful. I was able to have the loading dock for a long period of time and a trolley. The building is clean, gorgeous and spacious outdoor areas for pets.

I’ve lived at The Clark for the past three years, and it’s been a fantastic experience overall! The building is beautifully maintained, with modern finishes that still feel warm and inviting. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light. One of my favorite aspects is the sense of community here. The staff is always friendly and responsive, whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly or simply greeting you with a smile in the lobby. I really enjoy living here. The concierge people are always helpful and polite. I love the location I feel like we are almost equal distance to old town, crystal city and pentagon city. The walk to the subway is about 2 songs on my pandora playlist but I walk slow so do with that what you will. They always have fun events for us here as well. I have had a great experiences here at the Clark and look forward to many more.

Living here has been a fantastic experience. The concierges are friendly and helpful, the maintenance is quick to help I've never had to wait longer than 24 hours to get an issue resolved. During a recent issue, we found our apartment flooding due to no fault of our own. Within the same hour it was reported maintenance was here, flood was cleared up, and damage was minimized to the point none of my personal belongings were ruined. This has been a 10/10 experience and I would even say I get spoiled living here. When it came time to renew my lease it was the easiest yes. Cannot recommend living here enough.

I love it here, and it’s only my second day here!!! The staff is great. There was an event going on the same day of my move in. It smells nice. I love the environment. Everything’s great.

I love most things about Clark and staff at front desk. I don’t enjoy is the trash room where we have to leave trash because the trash elevator gets clogged and doesn’t open. I think the apartment lock process inconvenient. If I want a cleaning staff or family member to access my unit, they need to check in at concierge’s every time, and the staff is not always there and it’s long process. At Sur residents can give access key code to friends to access and don’t need to ask for that for every visit. This is inconvenient for those who have active social life and cleaning staff. Finally, elevators are slow and one of them often doesn’t work. If you fix those, it would be great. If you could fix those three, it would be amazing. I am one of those who doesn’t need free food on holidays and doesn’t need community parties. I want to be able to get my trash out, use the elevator without waiting for 5 min, and have my visitors access my place without feeling like being exported all the time

Would definitely renew my lease here, as this a could community to live in. The commute to work is not bad at all and I definitely feel safe living in this area.

The management of the building feels great and welcoming. So far so good. It’s clean and well built/ventilated. Douglas the concierge was helpful. The keys are a bit finicky but I would say it’s not the end of the world.

I like staff, cleanliness, maintenance, I am very happy at Clark. The area is great - metro is close, and everything I need. The apartments are new and clean. No mold, leaks or insects.
