I just love the view and the people that I’m surrounded with, I feel like when I need things done or fixed, the staff are always there to help and support.

10/10 tenant experience! Welcoming leasing team and staff, prompt maintenance, ample parking, plus nearby grocery stores and other necessities!

I've had a decent experience living in this luxury apartment. The parking garage is convenient, and the gym is a great perk—though adding equipment like a StairMaster and a squat machine would make it even better. The package system is efficient, and the dog grooming area is a thoughtful touch. While the common areas could benefit from more regular cleaning and fresher scents, overall, the apartment offers solid amenities and a comfortable living environment.

Move-in was easy and the staff was super helpful. I was able to have the loading dock for a long period of time and a trolley. The building is clean, gorgeous and spacious outdoor areas for pets.

The Clark is awesome and is beautiful apartment in us and quite and very nice and I like the activity and the gym has everything I like it ??

The building is always clean ands the staff is very friendly. The apartments are modern and the maintenance staff is very responsive to all requests.

The apartment and staff are amazing! We are loving it here so far. Only concerns as of now are that the gym has been flooded and no news on when it will be done and the access to the front door and mailroom keep acting up.

So far so good! The move in process was seamless and everyone was so accommodating and nice! I love it here! My neighbors are friendly and welcoming as well.

I’ve lived at The Clark for the past three years, and it’s been a fantastic experience overall! The building is beautifully maintained, with modern finishes that still feel warm and inviting. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light. One of my favorite aspects is the sense of community here. The staff is always friendly and responsive, whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly or simply greeting you with a smile in the lobby. The amenities are top-notch, too – the gym is well-equipped, the rooftop lounge offers stunning views, and the shared spaces are perfect for hosting friends or getting work done. The location is another huge plus. Everything you need is within walking distance: great restaurants, shopping, parks, and public transportation. It’s truly the best of city living without sacrificing comfort or convenience. After three years, I can genuinely say that The Clark feels like home.

I really enjoy living here. The concierge people are always helpful and polite. I love the location I feel like we are almost equal distance to old town, crystal city and pentagon city. The walk to the subway is about 2 songs on my pandora playlist but I walk slow so do with that what you will. They always have fun events for us here as well. I have had a great experiences here at the Clark and look forward to many more.

Great apartment building. The staff is prompt with resolving concerns that come up and we love our unit! There are also a variety of fun events that they sponsor and it enables a wonderful sense of community.

Living here has been a fantastic experience. The concierges are friendly and helpful, the maintenance is quick to help I've never had to wait longer than 24 hours to get an issue resolved. During a recent issue, we found our apartment flooding due to no fault of our own. Within the same hour it was reported maintenance was here, flood was cleared up, and damage was minimized to the point none of my personal belongings were ruined. This has been a 10/10 experience and I would even say I get spoiled living here. When it came time to renew my lease it was the easiest yes. Cannot recommend living here enough.

I love it here, and it’s only my second day here!!! The staff is great. There was an event going on the same day of my move in. It smells nice. I love the environment. Everything’s great.

I love most things about Clark and staff at front desk. I don’t enjoy is the trash room where we have to leave trash because the trash elevator gets clogged and doesn’t open. I think the apartment lock process inconvenient. If I want a cleaning staff or family member to access my unit, they need to check in at concierge’s every time, and the staff is not always there and it’s long process. At Sur residents can give access key code to friends to access and don’t need to ask for that for every visit. This is inconvenient for those who have active social life and cleaning staff. Finally, elevators are slow and one of them often doesn’t work. If you fix those, it would be great. If you could fix those three, it would be amazing. I am one of those who doesn’t need free food on holidays and doesn’t need community parties. I want to be able to get my trash out, use the elevator without waiting for 5 min, and have my visitors access my place without feeling like being exported all the time

Would definitely renew my lease here, as this a could community to live in. The commute to work is not bad at all and I definitely feel safe living in this area.

The management of the building feels great and welcoming. So far so good. It’s clean and well built/ventilated. Douglas the concierge was helpful. The keys are a bit finicky but I would say it’s not the end of the world.

Great building, great events, great staff! Also a great community of residents and never expected to grow my social circle so much from living in a building!

Decent experience so far, the location is very convenient and the amenities are very nice. Unfortunately no pool but the club area is very nice.

I like staff, cleanliness, maintenance, I am very happy at Clark. The area is great - metro is close, and everything I need. The apartments are new and clean. No mold, leaks or insects.

The staff at the concierge’s desk is always so friendly and they make you feel at home. The maintenance staff is also friendly and stick to respond.

I’ve been staying at the Clark for close to a year now. The apartments are modern and clean. The area around is also quiet, safe and walkable.

Friendly staff, great events, even better amenities. This place is the perfect choice for me—I currently have a 2 bed, 2 bath with in-unit washer and dryer.

Everything and everyone has been great so far. So far anything that I've asked for, I've received the answer to or someone would look into it and then follow-up with me.

I have been living here for four months and so far it’s been pretty good. It has access to Bus and Metro stations which is great for the friends that want to come and visit me.

It has been a great experience staying at the Clark! Great neighbourhood, well maintained amenities and lovely staff! The apartment has monthly residential events. The biggest downside is there is constant smoking smell which we can smell from our apartment even though the apartment does not allow smoking in the apartment.

I have lived here for 4 years. This is the best apartment I have ever lived. The Clark staff are friendly and responsible; the building is new and the amenities are pretty nice. Although I have to move out due to job change, I will miss this place as I really have wonderful memory here.

Today was a five star move in day. Raquel was pleasant and very helpful. The concierge seemed new and overwhelmed with the busyness of the front desk during after work evening hours-this was my first encounter with him. However, I am currently learning and figuring everything out. I am super excited about the spring event coming up.

We have been staying at the Clark for close to 3 years and love almost everything here, including our friendly concierge. The reason for the 3 stars is mainly due to our recent experience of marijuana smell in the apartment, and especially with young kids at home it’s really unpleasant.

I enjoy staying at Clark. It’s clean and safe. The only thing is that I feel too much attention to my every step on the property, something I’ve never experienced before. Privacy is low, and this is a concern when you pay lots of money and want to rent a home, not a hotel room.

For the past 5 months, The Clark has definitely felt like home and just the cleanness and the hospitality has definitely made it feel like a community.

The entire experience start to finish has been great. Karen was phenomenal and showed us rhe entire building. She also informed us of community events and local attractions. Once the tour was over, we were sold, and started rhe leasing process right away. The process took less than a day, and we were approved. Since we were moving cross country, they made sure ro communicate with us along the way. There are lots of apps and links for the clark, which makes everything so easy to navigate. We also love the concierge service, security, and Metro monitor downstairs. Being so close to crystal city Metro makes this community even better.

The Clark is a great apartment complex. The location is great the building is well maintained and the staff is so friendly. The concierge staff goes out of there way to make everyone feel at home.
