Property Ratings at The Clara
When I first moved in the pool was clean, the chairs were nice, the landscaping looked good. Fast forward: the landscapers might not even own a lawnmower or sheers? The grass that once was, is now 2ft weeds. Plants and trees impede walkways. Pool chairs are nearly all broken. The tiles on the pool are so dirty people are scratching in their names in the grime. Dog poop bins are typically overflowing. Beach chairs are also broken. What once was a nice community has gone downhill and I won’t be renewing my lease.

That's why we've replaced our pool furniture with all new loungers and have a weekly cleaning schedule for our pool, as well as a regular maintenance schedule for our landscaping. Love love love The Clara! This place is so Great from the entire Staff to the ameneties. The have a great Amazon hub and super workout facility. There is a dog washing/grooming room and walking areas. Very family friendly.

After selling my home I needed a temporary place to stay and after extensive searching The Clara won out. I am so grateful everyday to live in such a beautiful place. I feel like I’m living in a resort..my lake view is spectacular, the sunsets in the evening have actually made me tear up, the amenities are incredible! But it’s the staff that makes it even more than an apartment complex. They are all so friendly and helpful and Michael is one of the reasons I may stay longer. He’s always ready to help, he’s so kind and I love love love his lobby parties! Thank you Michael and all the staff for your care in making The Clara a place I would consider calling home for longer than expected!
The Clara is a wonderful community. The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced. The amenities are great and there is so much to do in this community.

I absolutely love living at The Clara. The staff is amazing-Alyssa, Michael, Brian, Jordan, Jesus and Luz. I love all the amenities-resort style pool & beach, greenbelt access, the incredible gym and my beautiful apartment! Thank you to all the staff for making this such a wonderful place to live!
Being here for about a month we have found that we really enjoy walking the green belt and seeing the pond or going back and checking out the river. We also love the pet spa and use it at least once a week.

Overall we have enjoyed living at the Clara. The amenities are top notch we have lived here for the past year and have had zero issues with any of the appliances, they are top notch quality. They took the time to make sure these apartment homes were built for convenience and for the most part quiet and peaceful living. The great reviews this place gets are well warranted! The Clara is a great place to live as it has wonderful amenities. The floor plans are great, the apts all have updated appliances, the Wi-Fi is fiber optic, as I work from home this is extremely important, it’s a very pet friendly place with arenas to walk your fur babies, if you don’t have a gym membership you don’t need one here… the gym is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to your questions and your requests if it is within their ability. There is even a dog wash station!!! BBQ areas and other common areas that include an outdoor fireplace,ping pong table and community garden. The pool is nice as well as the paddle boards and kayaks that you can check out to use at the lake. Plus we have some resident ducks and swans!!! There is also storage for an extra cost on premises for a bit extra if you need. We also have an Amazon hub!!! They also have a community awards program where you can earn points towards gift cards and plenty of opportunities to meet your neighbors with fun community events!!! It’s a great place to live!!!
Our townhouse at The Clara is our forever home and we enjoy sharing pictures with our friends across the country and around the world. So very glad we discovered this woodsy, lakeside paradise which is still close enough to civilization to be entirely practical for our wants and needs.

Everything about The Clara community is first-rate, top drawer and excellent on all counts. Little wonder our family considers this our forever home.
I've just moved in, and everything goes well so far. Location is great, my apartment is nice, all the residents I've met are very friendly, and I've had only great experiences with people working in the office. It's a little pricey compared to other communities but I think it's worth it.
