The Choices at Holland Windsor is a quiet atmosphere. The grounds are clean and well groomed. The entire staff are friendly and responds quickly when called. The community is well lit so you feel safe to take a walk at night.

Great place to live and raise your family everyone here are amazing spacious living big rooms and lovely apartments.. They have a supermarket literally across the street and other shopping amenities near you

I have lived in The Choices for two years and really enjoy my time here. The community is nice, the apartments are well-kept, and overall it is a great place to call home. My only complaint is the parking spaces- it can be frustrating and could be improved. Other than that, I’d highly recommend!

Very nice community, wonderful staff, and friendly maintenance men. If there is ever an issue that arises, all staff are on the job and ready to assist. Could not ask for a better place to call home.

I really like living in this apartment complex. It’s super clean, quiet and the office people are very nice. Love my maintenance gentleman they are always so good to us and fix our any problem or necessities with promptly…. We are located around all kinds of convenience things from grocery shopping, gas, restaurants and 15 mins from the beach ! The size of the apartments I think it’s Something that I think I would like them bigger specially for the townhomes. My only thing I am a little against is the rent keeps on going up every yr you stay here, don’t know when or what would be the cap. And now the bills that are paid to the complex went up also.

Our resident experience has been great. I believe we have been living in this community for about 5 years or more. The community is quite, well manicured and the staff is great. Good customer service and awesome Maintenance staff that will take care of your needs.

We’re so appreciative for the communications received from the office via text message or email. We’re informed of various activities, events, etc happening in The Choices community. The maintenance service calls are always done in a timely manner. The community grounds are clean and groomed. We live in a friendly environment here at The Choices.

This is the best apartment complex in Virginia Beach, the staff and amenities are 5 star. I wouldn’t choose any other place to live. I have no complaints about living here.

if you have any upstairs neighbors good luck. you hear everything that goes on above you, it's ridiculous. These apartments are not luxurious as they promote.

It's the best community we have ever been in. My daughter loves the playground and the pool. She absolute adores the office staff and maintenance people.

From Day 1 when I called looking for an apartment and none were available, they went above and beyond to help me find something that was available. When I came to tour in person the next day, I was lucky enough to arrive as soon as an apartment had availability. It was only right I applied immediately. After a 3week wait I’ve finally moved in and couldn’t be happier.

Super nice community I had no complaints and it’s going on 4 years of living here.. close to all the amenities and highway. The staff are great neighborhood is clean and hated the neighbors are super cool and maintenance is on top of everything

This place is centrally located, very quiet, great clubhouse. The only thing that could be better is the pool last summer. The pool was consistently dirty which caused the pool to close for days.

Moved here a week ago. So far everyone is nice and friendly. One of the reasons I chose this place is parking, gated property, and trash not sitting out. My first week here neighbor had trash sitting out for 12 hours, was very disappointed by this due to the strict rules on trash, neighbor above me dog barking after 10pm and at 5am, Hopefully these are rare occurrence.

We love the community, but lately it seems as though we’ve been running into plumbing issue after plumbing issue which has taken a little bit of a toll on it. Maintenance, however, has promptly responded to all of our many calls regarding several leaks and water overflowing which we’re thankful for.

Allera is such a sincerely wonderful person! She made the application and move in process so simple and easy. I hope that she continues to be sorry of this community.

The Apartments really are beautiful. We were actually going to move here a few years ago, but another apartment came available first. We knew before our lease was up at our old place we wanted to move here. We have lived here now for a few months and really wish we had looked into this area better. I also wish staff here would have been upfront and honest about the constant Jets flying over all hours of the day and night. I also wish they had been honest about all the noise people cause by using Holland Rd. as a place for people to race their very loud cars down. Most people wouldn’t mind this, but I have a condition that is very affected by loud sounds. I wish they had been upfront about the parking issues as well as a few other things. We haven’t even unpacked all of our things because when our lease is up we are moving. I realize most places will never discuss the true issues, but it seems like honesty would benefit them, because it will offer them long lasting tenants.

I have been living here for 4yrs. It has been absolutely amazing! I haven’t experienced any issues or significant problems. This has been the most peaceful apartment experience I’ve encountered.

This has by far been one of the best experiences I’ve had with apartments! The staff is amazing and has moved very quickly whenever I’ve needed anything. The facilities stay beautiful and cozy! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Today is our 1 year mark of living at The Choices and we couldn’t have made a better choice . I love being on an end unit and the location where we are. Overall, the community makes us feel safe to live in and there’s rarely any issues between neighbors on our end. 9 times out of 10 The neighbors are beyond friendly. The neighborhood could use some upgrades, and the price increases have been a little much, but you get your money’s worth for the most part.

Living at the Choices is a blessing. We honestly love this area that seems to be pretty much safe. We love the amenities that they offer along with the hard working maintenance crew that attend to everyone's needs to make sure their needs are met.
