The Choices at Holland Windsor

We’re so appreciative for the communications received from the office via text message or email. We’re informed of various activities, events, etc happening in The Choices community. The maintenance service calls are always done in a timely manner. The community grounds are clean and groomed. We live in a friendly environment here at The Choices.

This is the best apartment complex in Virginia Beach, the staff and amenities are 5 star. I wouldn’t choose any other place to live. I have no complaints about living here.

Very nice place to live in, family friendly, staff is nice, amenities great and events are fun. Very safe and clean. Convenient location with grocery store across the street and local spots close by

The Choices at Holland Windsor’s apartment and townhome community has been a pleasant living experience. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. The community is well lit and the grounds are always well groomed. If you’re looking for a place to call home come and check us out!

if you have any upstairs neighbors good luck. you hear everything that goes on above you, it's ridiculous. These apartments are not luxurious as they promote.

It's the best community we have ever been in. My daughter loves the playground and the pool. She absolute adores the office staff and maintenance people.

From Day 1 when I called looking for an apartment and none were available, they went above and beyond to help me find something that was available. When I came to tour in person the next day, I was lucky enough to arrive as soon as an apartment had availability. It was only right I applied immediately. After a 3week wait I’ve finally moved in and couldn’t be happier.

Super nice community I had no complaints and it’s going on 4 years of living here.. close to all the amenities and highway. The staff are great neighborhood is clean and hated the neighbors are super cool and maintenance is on top of everything

This place is centrally located, very quiet, great clubhouse. The only thing that could be better is the pool last summer. The pool was consistently dirty which caused the pool to close for days.

Very well kept community, and very friendly staff. And love all the things done here with tricker treating, information and food trucks. Any issues with the apt maintenance is here within 24 hours

Moved here a week ago. So far everyone is nice and friendly. One of the reasons I chose this place is parking, gated property, and trash not sitting out. My first week here neighbor had trash sitting out for 12 hours, was very disappointed by this due to the strict rules on trash, neighbor above me dog barking after 10pm and at 5am, Hopefully these are rare occurrence.

We love the community, but lately it seems as though we’ve been running into plumbing issue after plumbing issue which has taken a little bit of a toll on it. Maintenance, however, has promptly responded to all of our many calls regarding several leaks and water overflowing which we’re thankful for.

Allera is such a sincerely wonderful person! She made the application and move in process so simple and easy. I hope that she continues to be sorry of this community.

I love it here, apartments are so clean and well taken care of. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The grounds are kept very nice. The have monthly community events. I highly recommend living here.

No problems so far, although I’ve only lived here for a week. Nice staff at front office. Always available when I need them. Maintenance staff also nice. Quick to respond.

The Apartments really are beautiful. We were actually going to move here a few years ago, but another apartment came available first. We knew before our lease was up at our old place we wanted to move here. We have lived here now for a few months and really wish we had looked into this area better. I also wish staff here would have been upfront and honest about the constant Jets flying over all hours of the day and night. I also wish they had been honest about all the noise people cause by using Holland Rd. as a place for people to race their very loud cars down. Most people wouldn’t mind this, but I have a condition that is very affected by loud sounds. I wish they had been upfront about the parking issues as well as a few other things. We haven’t even unpacked all of our things because when our lease is up we are moving. I realize most places will never discuss the true issues, but it seems like honesty would benefit them, because it will offer them long lasting tenants.

I have been living here for 4yrs. It has been absolutely amazing! I haven’t experienced any issues or significant problems. This has been the most peaceful apartment experience I’ve encountered.

This has by far been one of the best experiences I’ve had with apartments! The staff is amazing and has moved very quickly whenever I’ve needed anything. The facilities stay beautiful and cozy! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Today is our 1 year mark of living at The Choices and we couldn’t have made a better choice . I love being on an end unit and the location where we are. I absolutely love it here. Love how friendly everyone is and I love living here. The townhouse I live is so clean and spacious. The staff helped me so much.

Overall, the community makes us feel safe to live in and there’s rarely any issues between neighbors on our end. 9 times out of 10 The neighbors are beyond friendly. The neighborhood could use some upgrades, and the price increases have been a little much, but you get your money’s worth for the most part.

Moving here after being away out to sea for almost 2 years was the best decision I’ve made in a very long time! I felt safe, connected, as well as distant and it works for me.

Living at the Choices is a blessing. We honestly love this area that seems to be pretty much safe. We love the amenities that they offer along with the hard working maintenance crew that attend to everyone's needs to make sure their needs are met. The community at large is very friendly and well kept. The staff is friendly and ready to listen whenever you have a question or concern that may need resolving. We love living here.

Everything here has been great! Been living here almost 2 years and never really had an issue. The maintenance are quick and efficient and everybody in the office is very helpful!

You really can't beat this place. I have been here for a while now and love it. I've never had any issues. They love your feedback and strive to make it the best place to live. And they definitely succeed.

If you have problems with over sleeping and don't like when it's too quiet, then this is the place for you. You are guaranteed to be up before your alarm and can hear the bass from your neighbor as they work on their DJ career every weekend. You better get home early, parking is limited because you will be walking if not. If you like excitement you can anticipate on random objects being dropped at random times of the day.

Such a great community with even better amenities, my favorite has to be the movie room and the pool table. Also like that everything is close by so I don't have to go to far. Would highly recommend this property!!

The units are beautiful and well kept, interior and exterior. Maintenance always completes work orders in a timely manner. I love how often food trucks come out. I truly love living here. I don’t think we could have picked a better place in Virginia Beach!

I moved into The Choices in the Spring of 2021. The property is well maintained. The maintenance staff is absolutely the best. Cecil is friendly and so helpful whenever I have needed anything fixed, he has taken care of it quickly. He is irreplaceable. The apartment is beautiful with modern updated counters, cabinetry appliances and flooring. I am very fortunate to have a view of the lovely pool and close access to the awesome clubhouse. The staff create events for the residents at the clubhouse which is a great way to meet staff and get to know the people in our community. I have made some good friends here at The Choices. Fun times! The staff also arrange for a variety of food trucks to come throughout the month. If you forget about an event or food truck date, no worries, they will text you to remind you. I am happy I made the choice to live at The Choices!

I have lived at The Choices not once but twice. I had to leave my beautiful apartment to move and when I retuned there wasn't anything available luckily I was able to get back home and me and my dog are so happy. We love the community atmosphere and the luxury to have so may things in a close proximity. The staff is so accommodating and the food trucks come in handy after a long day. I would defiantly recommend this property!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing life at Holland Windsor Apartments in Virginia Beach, and I must say it was a fantastic living experience. The people in the office and even the maintenance crew were so welcoming and helpful. My apartment was beautiful and very clean at move-in. It was overall an amazing experience from start to finish and I am sad to be leaving.

I came in and was greeted by such a warm presence. Everyone was so friendly. I wish I was able to move in, however, my time frame did not work. They pointed me in the right direction and went out of their way to help me.

Community is clean and in a convenient area. Everyone I encounter are very nice and helpful if I have questions. Apartment has a lot of closet space and modern looking. The amenities completely sold me!
