The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Thank you for taking the time to give our staff a shout out! We are here for each of our residents, and we ask that you reach out to us if you were to ever need anything. Thanks again!
Very unorganized office staff, trash dumpsters nasty with trash and furniture, you and your company will be towed at the drop of a hat even with the vehicles registered and parked in the designated spots, one car can only visit 3 times in 7 days. If your company come in another car, that car gets 3 times as well. It's not the person but the car that registers. Do yourself a favor and skip these apartments unless there is an absolute must. The money you pay is not worth the trouble you go through.

Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We will share this with the team to let them know to keep up the amazing work. - The Bellevue Heights Team
They have nasty rude disrespectful management! This is the third or fourth management in two years an by far the most difficult people you will ever deal with! Parking is horrible! They will tow your car with in seconds of parking want even give you time to register it! Big ant problem! The Assistant manger is very rude and doesn’t know how to speak with people! You can’t even opt out of valet trash! They will leave your trash for days at a time outside! Animals will tear it open an they think you gotta pick it up!! W

We are disappointed in this characterization of our staff and community. We are committed to treating all residents and guests with the utmost respect and impeccable service. We’d like to work with you to improve your living experience and hope to speak with you directly. Please reach out to us in the office at (972) 686-5644. Thank you.
Do your research. The rental rates are higher than they should be especially considering the problems. The office staff are dismissive and slow to act on complaints. Residents are charged fees for trash valet that is not dependable. You end up taking your own trash to the dumpster but can't opt out of the trash valet fee of $30.00 per month. The utility bills are too high. Water bill is over $70.00 for one bedroom. It should be closer to $30.00. Between trash valet charge and excessive water bill, those two unexpected expenses add a hundred dollars or more to monthly rent. That's a hundred dollars that could go toward groceries, entertainment or savings. Neighbors have had flooded apartment multiple times because the cause of the flooding is not adequately fixed. There are problems with mosquitos, ants, and mice. They've towed resident’s cars and also resident’s guests cars from designated visitor spaces on grounds that the cars are not registered on a website that does not work. There's litter, dog poop, bent, outdated blinds, cluttered, trashy balconies, pot holes on parking driving surface. It used to be a pretty peaceful community, but has developed crime issues. I do not recommend this community.

This complex has gone down the drain. When I moved in two years ago everything was great and I had no issues. Now that management has changed it’s like they just don’t care about anything. I submitted a work order for cracks on my walls and my tub pealing about 3 weeks ago and NOTHING has been done to date. In fact I got a email saying that the work orders were closed because they “called me and I didn’t answer”. I never got a call or voicemail. I tried calling immediately that day but no one ever answers the phone. So I had to take more time out of my day to go to the office and figure out why this happened but I wasn’t given an answer they just said they will submit another work order. I finally got something schedule for the 4th week since my original request and questioned if everything could be done in the same day but was told that the cracks would need to be inspected I told them that they should have done this two weeks ago and I was told it was already done. I questioned what was done and my question wasn’t answered. So now i will have to wait even longer for my walls to be fixed. I hate that I renewed my lease or that I even referred friends to live here. I can’t wait until this lease it over so I can get out of these horrible apartments. If you are reading this to know if you should move in or not. DONT. DONT MOVE IN.
Wonderful community. The staff treat you with kindness and they are extremely helpful. I would most definitely recommend this for a place to live. I am very happy choosing this as my place of home.
LANDMARK AT LAUREL HEIGHTS HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL HOME TO MY WIFE AND I FOR SEVERAL YEARS.IT IS SAFE AND WELL POSITIONED FOR CLOSE PROXIMITY TO STORES ,MALLS,SCHOOLS ,GREAT RESTAURANTS.AND EASY ACCESS TO ANY PLACE IN OUR METROPLEX AREA THAT YOU NEED TO GET TO. IT ALSO HAS TWO LARGE POOLS,A CLUB HOUSE ,A BEAUTIFUL OFFICE WITH AN EXCELLENT STAFF OF LEASING AGENTS MANAGEMENT AND SUPER MAINTENANCE STAFF. ALL OF THIS AT A VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE FOR 1,2 AND 3 BEDROOM APARTMENTS THAT ARE IN A VERY SAFE AND NICE AREA.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and I love my one bedroom apartment! There are some major pot holes that cause some trouble driving, but other than that we love everything about it!
Ants are a realllllll problem here. They are in the closet, found some in the cabinets, even in my IRON. Theyve sprayed 3 times. Pros, friendly staff, GREAT FAST maintenance crew.
