The California Building at 1111 Tulane has been renovated from its formal office building to a mixed use building, with retail space on the first floor and 167 residential units on the upper floors. The ten story California Building offers studio, one and two bedroom luxury loft-style apartments – all complete with granite countertops, stainless steel Bosch appliances and stackable washer and dryer. The apartment’s contemporary features include spacious living areas, modern light fixtures and Granite & Quartz Countertops.Our monthly rent includes Wi-Fi, garbage removal and quarterly pest service. We provide our residents access to the Business Center with conference rooms. Featuring an arcade on the 7th floor, Media center and lots of extra space. Our second floor Fitness Center offers a cool, quiet location for your daily workout. Our community is pet friendly! (Restrictions apply.) Garage parking is available within the building – offering the ultimate convenience for the daily commuter. The garage is fully enclosed and offers elevator access through the lobby area. Centrally located; walking distance to Tulane Hospital, VA Hospital, & University. Our front door is also just steps from the Loyola streetcar line, and a short walk to the world-famous French Quarter.
