So I recently just moved to Dallas Texas. This is my first apartment in Texas and it was my worst decision ever. So my moving date was on a Monday she had called me on the Friday before that and told me my apartment was not gonna be ready that Monday was gonna be ready next Friday and I had already had to be down in Texas because I have started my job that Monday so it’s gonna be have to come down here anyways. So that makes me come out of money because I had to get an Airbnb or hotel to stay in. Than that Wednesday I called her just checking on the apartment make sure I was going to be ready in Friday and of course she’s like oh actually the apartment won’t be ready Friday but I do have a different unit that you can get into on Friday and I said no I want the original unit I’m not changing again if you can give me to the apartment that you promised me the first time then cancel my lease because I had already got like gas electricity and stuff like that turned on in the apartment. Five minutes later she calls back and says oh no the apartment will be ready on Friday. Now that is almost been two months of living here I have been seeing roaches ??
My husband & I have been living here about a year & a half now. We have never had any issues & they are quick & prompt to answer service calls, Juan head of maintenance is super awesome??. The office staff is super nice & friendly & treat us like family. They truly care & that makes for an intimate experience here. They take extremely good care of the property & are always having something to engage the residents in... The apartments offer everything you could hope for weather you're just starting out or you are already established. They are comfy & cozy, cute & updated & very modern. They offer washer & dryer units & microwaves & a lot of other perks just to name a few. If you're considering a move I urge you to give them a try, you will be glad you did. I know we are?? I love the new management that took over because I been living here for some years, and before the new management, the pool was never open because it supposedly had a leak, which it didn't. But now, however, with the new management, the pool's opened and we've had a few parties, including today's pool party where all residents were invited: I personally had the burger w/ some chips, and it was really nice. Thanks.

When they were The Corners I wouldve given it 4 stars. Not 5 due to parking. Once ParaWest bought it and it became Bellevue Terrace it went downhill. Office staff rude and liars. Lots of noise and trash. Parking is ridiculous. Gate stays broken. Water leaks at least 2-3 times a month. Roaches and gnats. You get charged for pest control that never happens. Terrible overall area. Rent at your own risk!!!

I LOVE the location of my apartments, not only is it moments away from supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping and fine dinning, but its also only a short drive from downtown Dallas and most of its popular surrounding cities. The office staff is extremely helpful. If I ever have a maintenance issue it is attended to immediately. The units are spacious and well kept. I don't know my neighbors, because the apartment is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves, which is how I like it. My two year old daughter and I occupy our unit and I feel safe there and we have had no problems. I do recommend checking it out.
The Corners are pretty quiet,clean,nice pool and residents are friendly
