The move in was absolutely seamless. We relocated from southern Florida and the leading staff made it so easy we felt confident even though we had never seen the apartment in person until the day we moved in.
Move-in day was coordinated so nicely. Everything was set for us right on time, loading dock and elevator usage. Easiest move day I’ve had ever.

The Burton team are great. Maintenance always quick with any maintenance issue. Cleaning crew are amazing when comes to keeping the building clean. I love the Burton Staffing! They have an inclusive servant leadership system whereas the concierge is very attentive to the residents ensuring that they greet everyone entering and exiting the premises. they are very observant and helpful as much as they can. The Leasing team OMG! Chelsey and Renee, Janae, and young man with the curly hair on the concierge team I can never get his name right because I call him “smiley” this young man smiles all day and his smile is contagious he has a good friendly welcoming spirit. Even the building engineers and the cleaning staff I love it here. The Burton Team they make living here worth the stay. They are on top of everything. You sneeze wrong they will ensure you have what must be done and the do the job well done! I don’t have anything bad to say about them, my experience here is the best apartment living ever! They keep the Burton community entertained with different festivities, they love our furries, sanitize our common areas, so peaceful they all get a 10!

On my 3rd lease at the Burton now. Such a great community with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The amenities are hard to beat and the resident events the building throws are even better! Maintenance requests get answered extremely quickly and efficiently. The building and apartments are insanely nice. Definitely recommend!

The cleanliness, maintenance staff, concierge, and leasing staff have all been great! Although I don’t see them often, the ones I do see are normally pleasant and friendly. The few requests that I have are taken care of promptly. The morning concierge is always pleasant and friendly. She very accommodating and helpful. She always greets me with a smile. She has a very good personality and is an asset to the organization. Most of the maintenance staff are pleasant and greet me with a smile. They work very hard at keeping the common areas clean all the time, definitely a great asset to the organization as well. I really like the location of the building; very accessible to all the main streets. Although I haven’t been able to enjoy the events that are taking place here, I enjoy living here; and think that they are a great perk. I look forward to continuing my residency in the future.

So far so good. Its only been a few days and love it here! Great building and amenities and close by the train and stores. I do think the staff can improve. I wasn’t informed about everything prior to move-in like how bad the water smells when the apartment has been vacant for a while and a few other things. They should have ran the water prior to my move-in.

My resident experience is excellent. The concierges are kind, polite, and professional. The common areas are kept impeccably by the cleaning staff. The gym is well appointed and, I have yet to swim in the pool, but I look forward to it. My sister visited with her daughters and they were all impressed by the rooftop facilities. Thanks.

This apartment has a lot of amenities and things going for it. I think maintenance and the staff have always been super helpful. I do think, though that sometimes communication around major events is sometimes a bit slow and not always fully satisfying, but they always find a way to try and, any concerns that we have and I appreciate that.

There was a one point lost due to missing mail and trespassing entry in to my apartment but other than that it’s great place to live. I also like that there are different activities throughout the month .

We love the Burton. The front desk, leasing, and maintenance Staff are all amazing and throw great events each month for the building residents. Amenities are the best I've seen in DC and the gym is huge! The only con is that there is a lot of construction in the area and the trains passing right outside the building are loud but the windows luckily block out most of the sound.

Everything has been up to our expectations right now. We just moved in and we feel we made the right choice. Noise from the tracks at night might be the one thing that is still taking us time to get used to, but nothing we can't manage.

Whenever I had any issues or concerns, they were always prompt in addressing them and ensuring that everything was in proper working order. Their professionalism and expertise truly made a difference. Additionally, I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the concierge desk. The staff members are always kind, friendly, and willing to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their warm demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond truly made me feel valued as a resident. I must also mention the cleanliness of the apartment complex. It was evident that great care was taken in maintaining a clean and well-kept environment. One of the standout features of The Burton is the gym. The facilities were top-notch and well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine conveniently within the complex. It is a great amenity.

i just moved in and it is super nice with great security. there ar great views and it is a pretty central location. one of the better 3 bedrooms in the area for a good price

Nice building. Nice amenities and great experience. The pool is a fun and has a very nice view of the capital. Sometimes I think staff could be more easily available but great environment nonetheless

So far so good. Staff is very attentive. They are quick to respond and very helpful. The apt building gives hotel and the gym is so nice!!!!!

I loved the community of the apartments when we moved in. The staff went above and beyond to make a community. Even though it was new, the staff did a lot to keep the community looking clean and maintained. Since we've moved in, there has been a lot of change in the staff which has led to a bit of disappointment. They don't communicate as well and do not maintain the community atmosphere as well. If they could improve upon communication to their residents that directly affect them, this would be five-star place.

Our lease is coming to an end and overall, it was a decent experience. Amenities are amazing as always and the apartment building is the cleanest building I’ve lived in. The cleaning staff here is outstanding. Unfortunately the construction outside took away most of our experience. It’s been absolutely miserable. Although we knew construction was going to be present in the beginning, it occurred much longer than anticipated, which had ended up being our entire 13 month lease and then some. This should be expected though living off New York and Florida Ave, but it was a bummer. Overall, everything else was a good experience.
