Endless problems at this complex

I have lived at the bungalows for 3 years because it was convenient/close to the law school and the price was fair. In this time, I've had nothing but problems here. From roaches to a broken AC and from flooded carpets to mold. As I write this review right now, a gas leak that was reported in early December is just now being fixed, leaving the residents without heat during the winter. We also didn't have hot water for 9 days when the leak was first reported. This is the third time since living at this complex I have gone without hot water for a period of more than three days. I have no many horror stories from living here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
