Broadwater is a beautiful community. It is well maintained and cared for, the staff are attentive and care about their residents and quick to help when a resident needs something. The pool area is clean and always inviting, the gym has just been newly renovate. Our newest neighbors are nothing short of kind, considerate and we would not trade them for the world. We have lived here almost a year and are already planning to renew the lease for another 1.5 years.

Not the best experience for being called luxury living, cheap countertops, floors between floors crack all the time whenever people start walking, around the complex needs upgrades like paint, roofing, gutters, garbage gate needs fixing, main gate keeps on coming out of track every week or it stops working.

However, we are in high hopes to start upgrading more units in the next few years! We are also painting this year, so we are excited about that! The Broadwater is a quiet, high end, luxury living apartment complex. The price is great when you consider the amenities and the quality of housing. The staff is highly attentive and the maintenance crew is very professional and experienced. The gates are well made and work great to deter theft and crime. The Broadwater should be on anyone's list when looking for high quality affordable living.

The Broadwater Apartments is a secure location. The apartment grounds are always clean. I've been here for about two weeks and I couldn't imagine moving anywhere else for my first apartment.
