The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Bricks on 13th
There is too much crime here. 100% not family friendly. There is smoking(tobacco and weed) and drinking in the pool area, theft, and break ins happening all around. You’re required to pay for things that you don’t need like valet living (where they take your trash out for you) even in you live right next to the dumpster, you’re also required to pay for a package locker which the mail man doesn’t use. Office staff are never here. And if they are they have their “closed” sign hanging. They don’t answer phone calls, messages, or emails. There’s no point in living here. The maintenance men are nice.

I had to come out of my pocket and extra 550 because they lost my move in money order, which i was told to do. I literally got my keys and a few months later they started saying i never paid it and if i don’t i’ll get evicted. i’ve had mold around my sink for almost 2 months because nobody has come to fix the caulking. rodents in the ceiling.

Doesn’t complete work orders in a timely manner for example one took 6 months. Expects you to follow your part of the lease but won’t on theirs.
The Arbors in Temple are a great starting out place. The workers are very courteous and they will work with you on any issues you may have. However maintenance is a bit on the slow side. You live in a friendly environment with cool neighbors that make you feel welcomed. The washer and dryers do suck so definitely find a washateria elsewhere if you have dirty bulky laundry.
