This apartment community couldpeaceful and beautiful, yet there are major plumbing issues, and extreme lack of respectable and approachable property management. It is very obvious that they are struggling internally with staffing and training staff to be kind, helpful, and resourceful, let alone acknowledging basic human respect. The energy here is quite hostile, unwelcoming and depressing. Had I known. The employees of the community would be so draining and flat out rude, I’d have never signed a lease and would most definitely never recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE, in fact I suggest the exact opposite for anyone looking for a new apartment home.

Over all, if you need an apartment it’s great. Otherwise just be prepared that it’s not taken seriously as a property. You’ll be maintaining the snow and ice problem if your neighbors don’t. Along with get the updated apartment because moving into one that was not I was left in a disgusting and distasteful manner of plumbing leaking, molded shower heads, a running toilet, air leaks in the doors, and just poor care because “it’s not remodeled”.

I submitted an emergency issue in a Saturday around 4 pm and maintained staff arrived an hour later. Inspection the sink and walls and went upstairs apartment to check if they found something there. They were very nice and professional trying to figure out the problem. I mentioned that I had reported months ago that the kitchen light was out for a couple of months and the bulb on the laundry room was out as well, the lady right away responded that she will replace them on Monday. On Monday I communicated her that I had forgotten to mention the bulb on the oven was not working either and she took care of it as well. When I came back from work I have all the lights working! I was so pleased at her job she is the best!!! I always see the maintenance staff early in the morning around 6 am working so I appreciate them.

Good area and good location right in the middle of Castle Rock, but don't expect mail security in side the main building or at the boxes because the door barely latches and people don't get their packages so they can't be secured in the metal storage. Lack or maintenance for grounds, residents have had to shovel snow on their own to get to parking lots in the winter. For the price I pay I would expect small quality of life things to be handled and not worry about them.

Enjoyed living here, it's close to a bunch of small hiking/biking trail. The staff are very responsive and always send updates on what's going on in the community! There was a small fly problem this past summer, but they were able to take care of it.

I really like the fact that this management team cares about the building’s appearance. Now that they’ve made improvements in the overall look of the apartments, it’s nice and I brag about how Jonathan and Estevan keep everything updated.

The Bluffs at Castle Rock is not a very nice place to live you can hear every little noise, dumpsters are constantly full and has old furniture piled high behind them & never gets picked up, the lighting in the common area is out all the time, and there are rodents every where. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE BLUFFS AT CASTLE ROCK TO ANYONE!!

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to speak with The Bluffs at Castle Rock Management Team. We do apologize for any frustration you experienced. Unfortunately, due to severe snow conditions, the trash vendor was unable to come out for a haul. However, we are glad to report that they have since been to the property and picked the items up as a separate haul was scheduled once the snow had melted. Additionally, the maintenance supervisor just replaced all the lightbulbs in the building. Due to the location of The Bluffs being between two fields, we are aware of potential pest issues, so the team is proactive in mitigating this and has a pest control vendor who comes on Fridays. If there is anything else we can be of assistance with, please do not hesitate to let us know in the Bluffs at Castle Rock leasing office. So far, so good. I just moved in a few days ago. Management and maintenance staff is very responsive and handles everything in a timely manner. Property is clean and well kept. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. So far no complaints and I feel comfortable here.

I have had a great experience with staff and maintenance. The grounds are always kept clean. I have not experienced nor witnessed loud obnoxious neighbors. The apartments are cozy and renovated with up to date appliances. We are happy and feel safe living here.
I wasnt sure if my call would be taken care of during the pandemic, but maintenance responded when they could and now the broken window has been replaced and they did a great job!
The apartments are amazing a true place to call home!
Loved the contact less effortlessness of getting our application, lease documents, signing experience and caring from the management office staff. Most pleasant rental experience I have ever had.
The staff are always courteous and professional. The apartments are beautiful and overall, I would highly recommend The Bluffs at Castle Rock!

The pool and playground are fun for the kids. The office staff is nice and try to respond quickly to any requests. They also check up to see if the requests are handled satisfactorily. The maintenance staff is friendly and capable of performing the tasks given them. If they cant solve the problem then they get the help needed.
